Some small maintenance items need to be addressed. Great location and access to beach. Need some written directions on how each TV set operates. It would be nice if they had a book with all the instruction written out in simple instructions. Still one of the best properties we have stayed in over 35 years and numerous trips to Rocky Point.

This is probably the 8th time at least we've stayed in this villa. It's my favorite spot to stay due to the end location of the villa with extra parking, pool bar, security of Bella Sirena, easy check in, great bed set up for couples and absolutely incredible views and location that can't be beat. We arrived an hour early and the villa was ready for us, very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. It would be nice if a few of the beds were replaced and maybe some fresh pillows---the guest master bed is very lumpy and one of the double queens sinks in the middle. My chef had some trouble with the pans sticking and those are due for replacement too but overall, it's hard to complain about anything when you see the views of the ocean from this villa. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Bella Sirena is our favorite resort. The house was great, awesome location and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Thank you!

We enjoyed our time in your gorgeous beachfront home so much! It was the perfect size for our large group and we loved being right on the sand. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The teens really enjoyed the hot tub right out back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

It doesn’t get any better than this. Villa is steps away from water. Located in a beautiful resort with the friendliness staff. Home was very clean and has everything you need to just release and have a great time!

Amazing vacation with a great place to stay in the most perfect location! Fit all 11 of us comfortably. TV operation instructions would be helpful for each TV! Use of AC and Heat would be helpful. Kitchen was stocked and Keurig was appreciated. May want to change listing to include coffee maker AND Keurig. Loved having a washer and dryer for all the beach towels!

We stay here every year and we are always happy. The house is stocked with plenty of things so we don't have to bring a lot. The property manager is very good at communicating and very nice. Check in process was easy. Overall a great stay! We are already booked for next year. :)

This is our second stay at the Villa's at Bella Sirena. Gorgeous home and is perfect for a large group. Hot tub on the patio and steps from the beach is icing on the cake. All accommodations and furnishing are top notch as well. You won't regret booking!

Great home for those with large groups who want the comfort of being right on the beach with no hassle. We took full advantage of the services provided such as massages on the patio and chef services for a dinner onsite. Neal is awesome and a great host.

Perfect weekend get away with 3 family’s. Great location for the kids to run outside to the beach and also have access to the pool. Each room had a bathroom in it or next to it. We even had a chef come cook for us ( catering by Liz ) It was a dream. There’s an outdoor shower to rinse off and lots of beach toys for the kids. Every question we had was answered promptly. I want to plan our next trip it was so amazing.

This was our fifth or sixth stay at Bella Sirena, and it was terrific as always. We've always stayed with the same property owners, and they are very kind and helpful, they also really thought through what their guests might need during their stay and have supplied lots of nice touches like pack n plays for the littlest guests. We'll definitely be back again!

We love this villa and have stayed a couple times. It’s a great spot for a group, close to the ocean, and pool so lots of options for people.

This is a great property. Everyone enjoyed the trip and we are planning to stay here again next year.

We had a group of 12 stay in the Villa. We found it to be very comfortable. As luck would have it, the owner was staying nearby and we had the opportunity to meet him. The Villa is in good shape but there are minor issues that could be addressed. The owner had a maintenance man come over and fix the issues that we had identified. We liked everything about the villa. The kitchen was well appointed and the pantry was well stocked. The kitchen is a bit small for a house that large, but we worked through it. The AC worked great and the location cannot be beat. This group has stayed in Puerto Penasco a few times and we all agreed that this was our favorite place to stay, primarily for the location and the amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed in this villa multiple times and it’s always wonderful. Everything was perfect, resort was clean and staff were friendly. The views from this villa are breath taking. Location is great and the unit was well stocked with all the essentials. We’ll be booking again in the near future for sure!

We have been staying at this villa for the past two years everything was great, but need to replace mattress on all the beds. Also a table would be nice to have outside so we could eat instead of going inside. Everything else was great we really love staying here.

Pros - Great location and patio/backyard area is top notch. Neal, the host, is very responsive and helpful. Lots of items in house to make stay easier (coffee makers, washer/dryer, etc.) Cons - 2 of the beds are just broken. The 2nd master and one of the queen beds. Made it hard for the guests we brought to sleep. The couch as well is broken. Sags deeply in one part. Disposal side of sink smelled greatly and we couldn't get it to go away. Shower leaks and soaks floor. Our group all felt that this place should either be 1/2 the cost per night it was or that some of that money needs to be put towards making it a 1k+/night destination (cost after fees and taxes).

Rocky Point can't get any better if you stay at Villa Del Mar. We've stayed here many times and it's always fantastic. Perfect set up for couples as everyone has their own bed/bath set up. Ocean views are incredible. Spa was clean and heated up for us upon arrival, house was cooled, clean and ready for us. Plenty of towels and basic supplies, very well stocked. We didn't need anything while we were there and had a fantastic weekend. We're already looking forward to our next stay here!
