Large room.. breakfast and evening meals good idea. Staff friendly.

Walls too thin. Lots of noise from room above us and next door rooms. Breakfast not the greatest… no bacon or stand alone sausage.. omelet tasted rubbery like it was frozen and placed in a microwave. Not impressed. Evening social meal was good… had plenty of food for horsed-oeuvres.

The space was cozy.

There wasn’t a thing that disappointed me.

The buffet was outstanding, all personnel were so helpful and friendly. Room fantastic.

Beautiful color scheme

Our room wasn’t clean. Hairs in bathroom. Cup rings on bed tables. Dairy Queen leftovers left in microwave. Room smelled like feet.

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was awakened by inconsiderate guess who were loud in the hallway by our room. We could hear them again around 3:30 am through the wall. My husband killed 2 bugs in our room. They were small ones. The waffle maker would not cook the waffles through at breakfast.

My family loved that the complimentary breakfast was served until 10am. The gentleman at the front desk was very sweet and professional.

Location, comfortable beds, pool was nice

The carpet in our room left our feet black it was.so dirty. Shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were both empty when we arrived for our stay. Bathroom near pool had no soap when we arrived on Wednesday and was still empty when we left on Saturday. Not sure how much cleaning is happening. Breakfast was ok, constantly running out of silverware, food, and coffee. Had to dig through the dishes to find one that didn't had old food on it. Then taking long time to restock ( maybe short staffed) Had to wait 20 minutes for coffee during breakfast one morning then when I went back for refill they were out again.

Very friendly staff, clean, comfy, spacious....

We had a minor situation, but it was resolved very effectively.

Had a kitchenette, there was an area to purchase drinks and snacks, and great location

1. Air conditioner was not working when air would be lowered extremely hot 2. Shower took about 10 mins for water to get to decent temperature or would’ve had to have a cold shower and also need more ledges in the shower 3. Had a huge spider in the fridge

I did not like that the hotel is very pricey on the weekend and that our room was double booked and someone walked in our room with the key and I really didn't like the front desk person (male ) Attitude and show no sympathy for the problem

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

I don’t have any complaints from this stay.

The King Suite was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great spot. The staff was very welcoming and friendly!
