My wife and I have stayed at this property three times but this is the first time since 2019. It was great to come “home” again. We love the house and yard with the view of Mount Taylor and the sunset from the back yard swing. We will be back again.

The home was much more than we expected. Beautifully kept with awesome awesome views all around. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 7 night stay for 7 adults, one infant and 3 dogs. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

It was definitely a good time seeing my family. We began our visit attending a celebration of life for my brother in law... it was a beautiful service. The rest of our stay was a vacation!

Larry and Don were very helpful and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. The home is comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Thank you!

I grew up in Albuquerque so when I saw this home on the website I snatched it up right away. ABQ is a great town but you have to be choosy about where you stay, this house is in a great area. To start with both the owner, Larry and the manager, Don were great to work with and responded to questions quickly. Don was flexible as our travel plans moved around and got us into the house smoothly. The house was really nice, in fact one of the nicest VRBO's I've ever stayed in. We were there over Christmas and my son, a Culinary Arts student did a Prime RIb Roast, rice pilaf and dessert for a family get together and the kitchen had every tool/dish that we needed, it's so well equipped! Beds were great, plenty of blankets/pillows, fireplace works great, patios are really nice for those lovely NM evenings and even the views are great. From the back patio you look out over the Rio Grande Valley and can see the volcanos, or Balloons if you come during the Fiesta. Wonderful place to stay.

Charming patio home conveniently located in NE heights. Plenty of space. Good kitchen setup for cooking. Very private and a western skyline view too. Would stay there again. Manager checked us in and showed us the property- unexpected and welcoming.

I was looking for a place with a garage and this place had a very nice and clean garage and had a remote opener. This was very helpful as we tend to leave things in our car at night and gave us that extra layer of security. The Foe’s have done a beautiful job of decorating and landscaping the home. My wife and I spent several evenings with a glass of wine on the back patio. We did not do much cooking but the kitchen was well equipped if we needed anything. Although it was just the two of us, there is plenty of room for a family or multiple couples. We hope to visit Albuquerque again next year and we will most certainly look to return this property. Sky lights and inner courtyards give an added feeling of space. The views are also wonderful...Sandia mountain from the front and the Albuquerque expanse with great sunsets to the west. The property manager is thoughtful and goes out of his way to make everything as easy as possible. A great Home Away property!

I rented this home for my daughter and family to stay in while they visited at Thanksgiving. They have one daughter and 2 well behaved dogs. I can only say that the home is as beautiful as listed. They have an atrium in the home that has Bougainvillea blooming with a lot of flowers and huge geraniums also in bloom. We loved the home and I intend to rent it again when I have visitors

This is a beautiful home and would be a great place to stay for any occasion but it was especially well located for traveling to and from the balloon fiesta.

This was a great house with a wonderful layout. Little extra touches like the peaceful water features throughout the courtyards and the back yard made for a calming, wonderful stay. I especially loved the swing in the backyard. Just relaxing and reading in it made for enjoyable afternoons. The house was loaded with plenty of extras. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for three weeks while visiting friends in Albuquerque. House and property were as described on website, fully furnished for all our needs. Excellent service from the property manager, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Location was convenient to everything.

Pictures don't do this property justice. Better than expected. Blown away by all the extras. Roses, flowers, outdoor swing/hammock and water fountains were very soothing and relaxing. Four of us (plus 2 wives and 3 dogs) played in the National Senior Games Volleyball Tournament. Had plenty of room for 15 for a dinner/grilling party one evening after the games. I searched many places online and this was the best deal in town. Reuben (Texas)

This is beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Nice views of Sandia Peak as well as sunsets. Very comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, and a garage! I will definitely plan to stay here again.
