Everything was perfect about the property and the hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. Good spot!

My husband and I have stayed at Ocean Pointe 4 times but this was by far the nicest unit...clean, very well equipped kitchen and thoughtful things like books and games. The complex is quiet and family oriented with a beautiful pool and hot tub area. There is a small sandy beach and pier to catch the sunrise from. The weather is always amazing. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We had a wonderful time and there were plenty of things to do in the area. Many great restaurants and attractions to go too.

We stayed at Sangria Sunrise for three nights at the end of a two-week vacation. The place was very clean and well-appointed. I can’t say enough about the amazing ocean views! We appreciated being able to do some laundry before heading home. We ate mainly in the condo and found the kitchen was fairly well-equipped. A great option for couples, if looking for a place in Tavernier.

The condo was perfectly appointed, extremely clean and perfectly suited for two people. Host was very responsive. Great location and the amenities were great.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at sangria sunrise! The space was perfect for our getaway. The place was stocked with everything we needed and was very clean & comfortable.

The condo is exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Beach towels, tennis rackets, kitchen gadgets, laundry pods, etc. The pool and tennis court is right across the parking lot which was very convenient. It was comfortable and nicely decorated.

Walked into the property and it was gorgeous. Noticed the bed was unmade and house was a bit messy. Texted the owner for them to find out their cleaning company got the date of cleaning wrong. The owners responded IMMEDIATELY and took care of us in every way possible. The property is beautiful, perfect location and the owners were so sweet and so on top of guest comfort and happiness. The only thing I could say is that I hoped the association at the property could turn the heat in in the hot tub, but that had nothing to do with the property owners. You will not find a nicer property and the owners are the best!!!

This condo was just wonderful. Clean and cozy. The decor is so tasteful. The view was outstanding. We stayed for two days after leaving Key West. While Key West was active and busy, this offered the peace and quiet we were ready for. So many beautiful parks to enjoy. Founders Park was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this property. Will be.coming back. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay.

Great property! Very, very clean. Well appointed. Washer/dryer a big plus. Beautiful view and short walk to the pool (which was also very nice and clean) and the beach. Michael and Tracy were excellent hosts and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

It was very clean and comfortable. Utilized the pool several times to sit and relax.

This was by far the best vacation rental we have stayed at you can tell the owners care and really thought of everything. I'm sad we wasted the first part of our trip in Miami and didn't just stay in Tavernier the entire trip!

Everything was as described. Communication with property manager (Tracy) was excellent! A 5 star rating is not high enough. She responded appropriately and promptly to our requests. Sangria Sunrise was such a nice gem for us. The view was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. Checking in process was super easy. They keyless entry makes it so easy to go in and out throughout the day. We enjoyed ourselves on the location and also traveling locally around the keys. BONUS: Osprey nesting in our viewing area! The pool was a delight, nicely heated like a therapy pool and kept clean. I would book this unit again. You will not be disappointed.

Just what we needed...a getaway with nothing on the agenda. Beautiful view off the balcony and the perfect accommodations for the two of us.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Everything was VERY clean! I loved that! The porch is very tiny but it was still the perfect place to watch the sunrise. The complex has a great pool area and a lovely beach. I would highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful time at this property. My teens slept good even on the couch bed. Beautiful view and very nice amenities!

The condo was just what we needed for 2. The deck (although small) overlooked the Atlantic. The pool was immediately in front of the condo building, but noticed zero noise, even though kids were swimming/playing. We loved the location, as we were exploring sites in the northern keys. Thank you for your hospitality!

Tracy and Michael were fabulous to stay with! I was here for almost three weeks for school and it was a joy to come “home” every day. The views are beautiful and it was a short, pleasant walk to the beach (definitely recommend going down to watch the sunrise!). Everything was clean and the property was inviting. Location was convenient. Would highly recommend!

This is a great condo and the owners are very interested in providing a great experience.

We were delighted to step into Sangria Sunrise and find that it looked like the photos. It is clean, thoughtfully put together and comfortable to be in. The bed made sleeping enjoyable, the sofa was cozy and welcoming. The kitchen had the right tools to cook if needed and a grocery store is just a couple minutes down the main road. Tracy was very helpful before and during our stay - very communicative and open to questions and provided good recommendations. The grounds at Ocean Pointe are well kept and the staff is friendly. The location made for an easy drive back to Miami airport the morning of our departure. We kayaked with Paddle the Florida Keys (located very nearby) through the mangroves - definitely a highlight of our stay. City Hall Cafe & Wine Bar had a great wine list and excellent food. DiGiorgio's Italian was a great comfort meal, particularly as we didn't realize Easter weekend would be quite so crazy - large space so we could get in. Marker 88 has a fantastic bay side location with beach, lots of outdoor seating, great food and good quality cocktails.

Have stayed at Ocean Pointe twice and it does not disappoint! This condo is absolutely beautiful and the owners are fantastic! Quick and great communication, and very friendly. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!
