The house was exactly how it was presented in the VRBO app. The house is very large and we all had plenty of room. It was close to all the activities on the South side that we were interested in. Would definitely recommend.

We just visited with our three adult children and two infants. This is Great home for a family group with excellent amenities and everything a group needs for a day at the beach. We had a toddler and an infant which made the athletic club pool a nice option. Management was extremely responsive to any questions. There are a number of beaches and shops a short walk from the house which was handy given the crazy high car rental prices in Hawaii right now. Definitely a home our family would,love to return to.

This home is a fabulous VRBO in the Poipu area. Not only is the house beautiful, the amenities comfortable, and the location fabulous, Jon and Amy have outfitted the house with just about everything you can think of. Not only was there everything provided for a trip to the beach (snorkels, boogie boards, an abundance of beach towels, an ice chest, and a wagon too), but there were also tons of games to play while at home. We loved playing football, corn hole, ladder ball, and even hitting the whiffle ball around in the spacious back yard. There were also great games for inside play too. We also loved access to the wonderful facilities at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. We had with us family from ages 7 months to 61 years and we all had a great time. Thank you, Jon and Amy!

We really enjoyed this home! There were 9 of us, 4 parents, 3 teens & 2 kiddos and plenty of room for everyone. Two different living areas (up & down) was nice for kids and adult activities. The backyard is great, we spent a lot of time in the backyard playing catch or just hanging on the Lanai. The neighborhood is very nice & quiet but very close to everything in Poipu. It’s well equipped with cooking utensils & beach gear. Everything was nice and well taken care of. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor dining table, it’s a built in table and bench, our whole family squeezed in for most breakfasts and dinners. It was cozy & comfy. The ONLY thing I can say about personal preference is I really love staying on the beach in Hawaii (hearing the waves, seeing the water) & while this is not that, the house & grounds really made up for it. It was beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing this home with us!

This property works so well with multiple family members. We had a family of 9 with 3 sets of couples and some children. It was perfect for us. The house is in a great location. Our family really enjoyed staying there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Pretty much everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, there was one problem with ongoing workers in the yard and although most of them were respectful one in particular was not and so I can’t give this property a five star for this stay. However, the construction taking place is nearing the end. I would not hesitate to recommend the property - it just narrowly missed five stars.

There were 9 of us and this home was just what we were looking for (the 41/2 bathrooms were a real bonus). It is close to restaurants, shopping and the beaches. Also the host was great and very responsive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Our recent stay in Kauai was wonderful! This house is very comfortable, has all the necessities, is in a great location and at the hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. A wonderful beach was nearby where we did a lot of boogie boarding and snorkeling - perfect spot for both, the athletic club was a great plus for our active teens and the preteens who would rather swim, some of our group played golf, while others did a horseback ride and we found a lot of great food options (smaller, off the beaten path places). The location was great, as we didn't spend much time in a car getting places -- either walked or a quick drive. We (4 adults, 5 teenagers) all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Home was immaculate, spacious, well stocked and close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Lanai was comfortable and enjoyed it for morning coffee or cocktails in the evening. Owners were very helpful and top notch communication. We will definitely book another trip in the future. Highly recommend!

The home is large and close to the mall and beaches. Unfortunately, we were not told until the last minute that they were building a smaller house in the back yard. I had specifically rented that property for the fenced backyard so that three children could play. You could not use the yard or sit on the patio in the back because of the workmen. Although the house has a playroom and it advertises that 10 people could stay there, only 5 chairs were provided around the dinner table. We had to ask for extra chairs and chairs for the lanai upstairs that had broken chairs.

Perfect for family with 6 adults and 4 young kids. Plenty of beach equipment: folding beach chairs, umbrellas boogie boards, etc. a couple of additional lawn or patio chairs would be nice. There was construction on an ADU going on but workers were unobtrusive and quiet. We would be happy to rent again.

Property was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the location which was central to the beach, shops and restaurants. Any questions for property Mgmt were answered promptly

We had a truly wonderful stay! This property is very well kept and had plenty of amenities. We loved having the boogie boards, beach chairs, wagon & cooler. The outdoor shower was also a great feature. The owners were great to work with and incredibly easy to communicate with. We appreciated being able to have a late checkout the last night. Great location too!

This house is in amazing condition because the property owner, Jon, cares about his guests having a wonderful vacation. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the beds are comfortable, updated bathrooms...can't say enough about the quality of the home. They even provided shampoo products! There are numerous places to hide if you need quiet time but my favorite was the outdoor porch in the back where there is a large wood table where 8+ people can sit to relax, eat, or play cards like we did many nights watching the stars. My entire family - us (parents) traveled with our 3 grown children, their spouses, and 3 kids under 2. There is a playroom for the kids and lots of sand toys to take to the beach or pool. Boogie boards, towels, chairs, etc. How awesome it was to not have to go without or rent these things. The Athletic club that you get to go to has a great place for the kids to swim and even has a slide. There is a great place to eat there as well. We have been coming to Kauai for 30 years and normally stay in a condo (timeshare) but we will be back if it is available. Beach is close by so it is a great location for everything we needed. Jon checked in with us numerous times and was so kind and helpful. The airlines lost one of our pack-in-play beds so my daughter had to buy one (lucky Target had one to buy!) She talked to Jon about having one at the house and he quickly said great idea and reimbursed us so we left it behind for another guest. Jon is an amazing host - one of the best I've ever worked with. Stay here...you will love it.

The property was perfect for my family. There were 10 of us and it housed us more than comfortably. The location was great, the house was beautiful, but the best part was actually communication with the property manager. We had a couple concerns that Jon addressed so quickly, it was actually surprising. Thank you so much for making this family vacation memorable.

It was our first time in Kauai. There was a total of 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a blast. The place was super clean and spacious. Each person had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We also had access to the athletic club which had a wonderful pool and fitness center and bar. The beach was also within walking distance. I have already recommended to others. They are currently building an additional suite and I can’t wait to come back and have my parents stay with us as well. Also there were plenty of accommodations for kids including beach toys and mats/toys within the house. It took a lot of stress off me to keep them entertained. The porch swing was my fave spot in the house for morning coffee. Loved it.

Fabulous home with bathrooms for each room, lovely front porch with swing, fantastic covered patio with grill, lovely views from lanai's, incredible kitchen and dining areas, comfy beds, completely furnished with everything needed including lawn chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels and games. Jon and Amy are the most responsive and helpful owners imagineable. Plenty of room for 8 adults and best experience ever renting a property. Hope to go back again!

This house and location was just perfect for our family vacation. Access to the swim club, beach equipment, and close proximity to everything make it an ideal spot. The owners were extremely easy to work with and were quick to respond if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this house!

Our overall impression was that we would stay there again. The location was perfect, clean, and the bonus was the workout access.

We had a wonderful stay in Poipu! The house was lovely...exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. The house was clean and very comfortable! The kitchen has all necessary appliances and there was basic beach gear available. Loved spending our evenings grilling on the outdoor BBQ and eating on the spacious lanai. Great memories were made! The house is lovely and comfortable, perfectly located for getting to beaches, shopping and restaurants in Poipu. The athletic club access was a great bonus. Thanks for your help and recommendations during our stay.

Upon arrival we were really impressed with the home. Beautiful detailed carved doors, pineapple light fixtures and groomed yard. The home was lovely to walk into after a long day of travel. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Big open kitchen,windows and double doors to open and feel the breeze. We had many kids so the fenced in yard was perfect. The lanai was fun to enjoy and drink after a day at the beach. Wash machine and drier we’re very helpful. TV’s with access to Netflix was fun for the kids who woke up early bc of jet lag! Close to shopping, restaurants and of course the beach! We ended most of our days at the athletic club hot tub. The ladies even enjoyed a yoga class...fun perk to the house! The manager, Lou was very responsive and helpful when needed. Amy, graciously assisted when there was a flight mix up. Highly recommend!

We loved this vacation property for our stay in Poipu. It was super up to date, with so much space for our family and the location was ideal for beach access to Poipu Beach and a short drive to Koloa town and local restaurants. We walked over to the Kukuialua shops for dinner and ice cream and loved how quiet the neighborhood was. This home also has this incredibly large backyard that our kids loved and they had games like corn bag toss to keep the kids entertained. We also used the pool and fitness center and were very pleased with the equipment there, the pool and the pickel ball courts. This house is really large and very comfortably slept the 9 of us. The TV room was also a very nice place to hang out as a family and had an incredibly large TV. We ate at Keokis and at Tortilla Republic and both were like a 2 min drive to get there. I guess we could have walked. We would certainly stay here again for the comfort and location. It was like a gorgeous home away from home and we absolutely loved it! So sorry to have to leave Thank you for your hospitality! We are coming back!

We had a wonderful stay in this rental home in Poipu. The house is spacious and offers various possibilities to relax and enjoy, ideal for our family of 8. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet is huge and the other rooms upstairs are equally nice. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed quick access to shopping (Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center and Poipu Shopping Village that are both a 1-2 minute drive) dining (Ruth Chris, Tortilla Republic, Red Salt, etc, that are within walking distance or a 1-2 minute drive) and all of Poipu's beaches were about a 10 minute walk or 2-5 minute drive. We enjoyed the 3 patios and the nice trade winds that come through the home. Cocktails on the porch swing each evening was very relaxing. Perfect location to enjoy what Poipu has to offer along with a well furnished home. Thank you for a very memorable vacation.
