The Bolton family have created an incredible place in this lake house on Canandaigua Lake. Comfort, cleanliness and charming aesthetics embrace you as you vacation in their home. Communication with the host is outstanding. I would highly recommend this vacation locale for family retreats or even a romantic getaway. GLORIOUS!

The location in the quiet cove was amazing. Ample outdoor space between the dock, the beach and lawn and the deck off the house. The house was well appointed and every room was big and comfortable. The details in the decor and the amenities were a huge plus. Great stay would definitely go back.

Lake living! Perfect location on the lake. The way the house is laid out made for easy use and plenty of space for our whole family. The dock was a little tight for a novice to dock a pontoon boat but even for a beginner boat "captain" it was a great way to spend the day on the lake and stop back for meals and breaks. Views were amazing from the house and the floating dock was amazing! Highly recommend this house for a fabulous lake trip!

The property was very well maintained and the hosts were very responsive. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake.

The house was very modern and clean. Everything we needed was supplied and the beds were very comfy. Being it was 90 most days the air conditioning was wonderful. Parking was good with places for any guest just down the road. Getting in and out of the driveway was tricky as it is a very busy road and on a knoll but workable if you were careful. Beach and dock were great so you could either dive in or walk out. Having our own bedrooms for four couples was a plus and we had enough room to gather inside and out. We would book again. The host were very helpful with any questions we had.

The house was amazing. The property and views were amazing. This is a 5 star vacation home on the water. We had so much fun!!

Beautiful Lake House. The 4 bedrooms were a plus due to our large family. The kitchen was a dream come true, all new high end appliances , counter tops and cabinets. The Family room view was outstanding due to the wall of sliding glass doors. The attached deck was large with a big table , We brought a large pontoon boat with us and the dock in the back was a blessing. Beautiful and convenient. Being older with bad knees the access to the lake was a God send. Few steps to reach it. Looking to book it next year. The Boltons were great hosts. /

This property not only holds magic scenery and serenity, but feels like “home away from home” with the amazing accommodations. Excellent correspondence with the owners with timely responses. Our family enjoyed our time together and will definitely plan on returning next year.

Great house and very well equipped. Water edge with wonderful view. the only negative is the short driveway off Route 21 which needed great care to exit.

The setting for this house is really beautiful. Perfect view and lovely clear area to walk into the water for smaller kids in addition to deeper water off the dock for jumping and fishing. We stayed at a house once where the "walk in" was really gross which made it useless for the kids, but this was the exact opposite, it was super clean and the kids were in the water constantly. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our only FYI for others, because we were surprised, is that only one of the four bedroom areas has doors that completely close if off as a room. It was absolutely a non-issue for us, as it was just us and our two kids. But, if you were planning on going with a mixed group, particularly if some wanted to stay up later downstairs while others went up to bed, that could be difficult because without the doors noise traveled easily into the sleeping areas. Not at all a complaint, just something to be aware of. All in all a delightful week at the lake and I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing get away.

Our extended family (7 adults, 4 young kids) has vacationed on numerous finger lakes, this being our second trip to Canandaigua. The view is spectacular, and the property is well laid out for convenient use of the lakefront. Great summer vacation spot, one of our favorite family trips, thanks to very good hosts!

Great views. House was very nice, as advertised. A few days of 90's taxed the AC, but not to the point of unbearable. Marie was always very prompt in responding to text. Would welcome chance to visit again.

This home was a lovely place to stay for the week. We brought a boat and explored Canandaigua Lake - which has beautiful, clear water. The views from the home were spectacular! Our days included boating, hiking at Grimes Glen, zip lining at Bristol Mountain, dinner in Canandaigua, and simply lounging on their dock! Every night that we did not go out, we had dinner on their deck - overlooking the lake- then a campfire on the beach. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We rented a pontoon boat from German Brothers who were agreeable to pro-rate the fee for time used (less than full-day // more than half-day). I rented this property with a few friends for New Years. I would highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway!

Just got back from a lovely stay @ the Bolton’s lake house! The property was fantastic, as described, clean with everything needed for a great stay. The cherry on top are the views - enjoyed our coffee out on the dock and our wine down by the fire pit! Lakeside all weekend ❤️ Can’t wait to visit again!

Had a wonderful week with the family there. When the weather cooperated (and when it didn’t) the home was a perfect base for our week enjoying the autumn in the finger lakes! The house was cozy with amazing views of the lake and the hills, and the boys had a blast with the dock in back, the shale beach and fire pit! Would highly recommend!!!!

The four of us enjoyed this gorgeous home and all of the culture of the Finger Lakes. It was a much needed couple vacation. The house exceeded expectations. The view was spectacular. Perfect weekend for the fall leaves. We would 100% come back and bring more friends and the fam.
