Our flight was changed so we had to stay in Monterrey for a night- this spot was close-ish to the airport & was very clean & modern. Room was perfect and spacious with a comfortable bed and updated interior.

Location is in a very industrial area so some noise during the day from trucks/etc but was quiet at night

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff went beyond their duties to be sure we were well taken care of.

They did not put enough towels. I had to request an extra towel and had to go to the front desk to get it.

This property I can very highly recommend. The #1 Reason is the comfort of the beds. The mattress was amazing compared to the average uncomfortable mattresses I find in 95% of any other hotels, including properties that are much more expensive. The second reason is because it was quiet. No road noise, no music from Restaurant Bars, etc.

My wife and both tried the buffet breakfast and we do not recommend it at all. Food was below average, orange juice was horrible, I don't know why, but I could not even drink it. REALLY bad. I suspect the dispense machine had old juice in it and they just added more the next day, or it was not cleaned well or something. The service was also slow. I never buy breakfast packages in advance because we've disappointed in so many hotels in the past, and I'm really glad we didn't buy the breakfast in advance (again).

I first showed up at a Holiday Inn close to the airptort. This hotel - that I finally got to - was identified as an airport hotel. My mistake. The woman at the fromt desk called the right place and their van came and picked us up within fifteen minutes. That exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is a good thirty minutes from the airport - especially in morning traffic. Be sure you arrange your van ride a good twenty minutes longer than you would expect for an airport hotel.
