Well, upon arrival they only had one luggage cart that went in every direction. You would think if you only had one it would operate properly. When we opened the door to the room the very strong smell of the disinfectant was overwhelming. After organizing our items, we turned on the TV to see the status of the storm, it did not work. We called the desk at 4 pm and she said she would be up when she checked in everyone. She came up at 8 pm & after a few minutes determined she could not repair it, but someone would be up the next morning at 8 am, no one ever came.

Extended stay motel- no breakfast. TV did not work- said it would be fixed next day. Rediculous! Noisy between rooms. No drinking glasses, no microwave or coffee maker.

1 the 1st room they put the me in had a leak in the bathroom floor, with serious mold the bathroom. Then they moved me to the 2nd floor, which was not better. The room had a bad mood smell. I almost got sick. I have high expectations when I'm staying in a suite, I was very disappointed. We'll never book this hotel again.

Staff is racist if your black your treated like a criminal whole staff smokes cigarettes they close the office early and no one answers phone maintenance guy walks around staring and watching you roaches in rooms toilets broke

All the staff is wonderful they tried to help me in every way they could the rooms are petite yet comfortable

we had no hot water for the 10 day stay we were there. talk to the staff repeatedly about fixing the problem with no concern from maintenance.

I like the location that was it and the fact it was pet friendly.

The room was not very clean. The fridge was rusted. The shower pressure was terrible. The furniture in the room was coming apart.

Very affordable and easy to get anywhere in the city About 30 to 40 minutes to ft Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island

A little out dated dresser was falling apart and could not take a bath cause the shower only worked Room always had a kinda musty moldy smell but wasn't overwhelming

Given that it was winter, I understand the higher rates, but it isn't really close to much at all, other than the interstate. There is no lobby, no amenities, not even coffee. The room had a small kitchenette but there were no utensils, plates, cups, nothing. There weren't even any plastic disposable cups so you literally couldn't even have a cup of water by your bed. There was no in-room coffee maker, and the front desk closes really early so you couldn't really even go ask for anything. For the price, $177.00, it was also only a full size bed so the value really isn't good.

No breakfast was served hotel was outdated old bed broken linens old snd stained it was disgusting.

Bed was crap - head of mattress was lower from age I would guess. Stayed in a handicap Accessible room . No chairs with arms which was needed.
