The property is exactly as described. A beautiful house with an amazing view. Our stay was exceptional, the hot tub and barbecue was used frequently throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and to be able to get up and just stand on the balcony taking in the view of the Rhine at Boppard was fantastic. However, due to a recent spinal operation my wife's mobility is impaired and the steps from the road to the door were difficult - please be aware if any in your party has physical limitations. This is no way detracts from the property or how it is presented - it was 1st class. Sven was very helpful and friendly

Dream house with super facilities indoors and outdoors. We were met with a very warm welcome from Sven. Everything worked perfectly. Super location in a beautiful area. Hopefully we will be back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! This home is amazing and we felt so lucky to have this beautiful home with incredible views all to ourselves. We had comfortable beds and so much space to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. We had everything we needed to fully enjoy our family time. Boppard is a great town, too. I would love to visit again some day!

I would not change a thing with this property. It was the perfect place to end an 18-day trip throughout Europe. We stayed 3 nights, and it was perfect. It's in a great neighborhood to walk around. We enjoyed walking down to the city each day and evening for dinner. The place is very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Having a cool garage for our rental car was great as well since it was during hot weather. Boppard has great restaurants and a fun chairlift not to be missed. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

This property and location made for the optimal Rhine River experience. The home was of superior quantity, far surpassing a usual rental space. Sven offered transportation to and from the train station and fully oriented us to the many home amenities and area. The addition of free train use was unexpected and highly useful. After full days of hiking, biking and castle touring we thoroughly enjoyed appetizers and beverages while soaking in the outdoor hot tub with an amazing River view. We truly did not want to leave.

Absolutely stunning property in a fabulous location. Views were amazing. The house had features we were not expecting such as an outdoor shower and an extended garden with seating where we had the best views of all. The weather was not great but the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty to do for all, the kids particularly enjoyed Ketterwald climbing and Bendorf Sayn outdoor pool as well as a day at Klotten Wild Park. If you ve got ahead for heights a ride on the chair lift in Boppard is a must, there is a restaurant at the top for food and drinks or just to enjoy the views. Koblenz has lots to offer also, take a ride on the cable car across thd Rhein to the fortress, also a park and crazy golf course. We used the trains on z few occasions which was really easy to navigate. Thank you for an amazing stay in your beautiful house.

This home is amazing!! Our family of four, with 16 and 18 year old boys, had more than enough space. I called dibbs on the basement room because it felt like a castle room. :) Having laundry was great and the view of the river was awesome!

We had a wonderful time staying here! House was beautiful, the views were incredible, and everything was so comfortable! Very quiet neighborhood as well, yet super easy to walk to town for meals. The owners were very communicative and super nice (even giving us recommendations on where to eat); we felt very fortunate to get to stay here for a few nights while exploring the area. Whoever gets to stay here is in for a treat!

The gem of our trip! Charming home with wonderful outdoor facilities. You could just stay at the house or enjoy this wonderful area or the Rhein River. Loved the room and the area of Germany!

We had a wonderful stay in Boppard! . The property was comfortable and well appointed and Sven, our host, was gracious and accommodating. We were minutes away from shops and restaurants with easy parking. Loved the river! Would definitely stay there again.

4 Tage in dieser wundervollen Rheinvilla Weitblick. Sehr netter Empfang der Eheleute v. Grapow. Die Villa ist traumhaft und wir konnten bei sehr heißem Wetter den Whirlpool und den wunderschönen Garten genießen.
Die Betten waren schon bezogen und es waren reichlich Handtücher vorhanden. Diesen Luxus haben wir bisher noch in keinem Ferienhaus vorgefunden, dafür herzlichen Dank.
Auch die Küche war super ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Wir können die Villa zu 💯 Prozent
weiterempfehlen und werden sie mit Sicherheit auch wieder buchen falls wir noch einmal nach Boppard kommen.

Boppard and the surrounding area is one of the most scenic places we have ever visited and the house added to our experience. The property is well located and the owner does an excellent job of keeping it maintained. The kitchen is well supplied and everything in the house worked as it should. The grounds were pleasant and relaxing with a hot tub and a great grill. We had absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay there again. We thank Soula for being a great hostess and appreciate her efforts to keep the property in excellent condition. We had a great time.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in dem Perfektem Ferienhaus verbracht.
Wir waren gar noch so viel unterwegs Und man kann ganz wunderbar die Zeit im Haus und Garten verbringen.
Alles ist sehr sauber. Pool und Grill sind klasse. Die Vermietern ist super schnell im antworten und dazu sehr nett.

Die Villa war sauber und wunderschön. Man hatte alles, was man braucht und die Kommunikation lief super. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher da, sodass auch der Whirlpoolgang jeden Tag entspannt war. Werden sicherlich wieder kommen!

Großartiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und technisch perfektes Haus in wundervoller ruhiger Umgebung mit spektakulärem Blick auf Boppard, den Rhein und die Weinberge.
Außerordentlich nette Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche und kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus der Spitzenklasse in Boppard
Das Haus bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt, den Rhein und die Weinberge. Es ist in einem tadellosen Zustand mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und sehr guter Ausstattung (Kamin, Whirlpool usw.). Besonders hervorzuheben ist der für ein Ferienhaus außergewöhnlich gut gepflegte Garten mit den schönen Terrassen. Wegen des Wetters und der Geräuschkulisse von der nahe gelegenen Baustelle haben wir davon allerdings nicht so viel Gebrauch machen können. Wir haben die Woche in Boppard sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Villa in Traumlage
Wir sind vom Hausherrn herzlich begrüßt worden und uns wurde das Haus gezeigt und auch alles erklärt. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine Traumlage mit Blick auf den Rhein, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und auch die Betten sind sehr gut. Wir haben die Grillabende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Absolutes Highlight ist der geschützt aufgestellte Whirlpool, das 37 Grad warme Wasser und der traumhafte Ausblick. Wir werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
