Our family (and dog) really enjoyed our week in this spacious, well equiped home. The pictures don't fully show how lovely it is. The separate kids zone downstairs along with table tennis and grassy yard were a real bonus.

Extremely impressed with this gem of a place. Homely & comfortable and obviously cared for by its owners. Recommend you book if you’re at all interested! Hope very much to return one day.

Great spot for larger family groups as we all had our own ‘chill out’ spots when needed. Great location and super accommodating for kids. Hosts were also super helpful and friendly.

Our family of 4 loved this place. Lots to do, large backyard and the table tennis was great. Split level living gave lots of options. Everything in the house worked and made things so smooth and easy. A great place for a relaxed break

We had a lovely time. The house is in a quiet pocket, with easy access to everything - shops, walks, beaches. There was plenty of accommodation and space for a family to spread out and hosts provided plenty of activities to keep children/teens occupied. House was lovely and clean. Would recommend this house. Fantastic holiday home

We loved our stay at Tom’s place. It had everything you could want for a beach stay and a wonderful homely feel. We didn’t want to leave and definitely book again. Thanks Tom!

This home was lovely to stay in, with a huge yard for our puppy to run around, a trampoline for kids, and a table tennis table as well. The home had everything you could want. Great bedrooms with really comfortable beds, a great kitchen with everything you could need, and a lovely little family room with a wood fire. It was light and bright on the sunny days, and warm and cosy on the rainy days. We really loved it, and wouldn't hesitate to book this home again.

The size was perfect for our group. Our pet enjoyed the backyard to run around. The teens had their own privacy occupying the room downstairs. Very close to town centre and beach. We just found a couple of huge spiders in the house so I suggest a little bit more of cleaning needs to be done.

Easy walk to shops, beach, surroundings and lots to do. Lots of games, entertainment options and a fabulous yard with so much for all to do.

It is a true holiday when the car keys are not needed after you have arrived. This great home is walking distance to the beach and shops, we even walked to the surf club for dinner one night. Very comfortable and we were appreciative of all the board games on the not so sunny days. We hope to be back one day soon.

Fantastic house located within walking distance to local shops and the main beach. The house was very clean and comfortable, and accommodated a family Christmas for 8 people with no problem. Kitchen was great, and the essential outside barbie was provided. Wi-fi available throughout the house. Also, separate area downstairs with a large lounge with TV, bedroom with two sets of bunks and bathroom is ideal for kids. The only slight drawback for us was that as the house is over a split level it wasn't ideal for my dad who has some mobility issues, but aside from that it was a perfect escape and would highly recommend. Thanks Tom, we had a really great break at your home.
