We traveled with several couples that rented multiple units in this complex for a last minute get away. The property was perfect for our needs. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils we used to cook several dinners. Nick and his father Frank, the property managers and were great! Nick was quick to answer any questions we had and Frank helped us with a boat rental and gave us suggestions on places to go. The building has a pool that was heated (great for evening swims!) and was directly outside our patio door which was great! We built a bonfire on the beach one night and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation on Lake Martin

My family and I enjoyed our vacation last year so much that we decided to book it again for this year! We love the convenience of walking out the door and being steps to the pool, beach area, and grilling area. The paddleboads and kayaks are a huge hit for all ages. We always bring our personal boat with us, so the designated boat slip at the pier is perfect. We enjoyed the quick drive to Oscars and Niffers. Also, a short boat ride to Chucks is a must for Pizza. The sunsets are so amazing at this location… As you can probably tell, we all had so much fun, we didn’t want to leave! We look forward to booking again for next year!

Great place. Lots of memories made!

Upon arrival (right after 4pm) we realized our place had not yet been cleaned. We were definitely bummed because we have a 1 year old and really wanted to be able to get in quickly after a long travel day. After contacting Nick, he apologized and told us the cleaning team would be in and out within 45 min. Besides this inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay and the amenities it had to offer! Side note: The clicking fan in the master bedroom was a huge bummer also.

This place is a great place to stay on Lake Martin. Pool and lake right out the back door.

Jacuzzi tub hot water ran out before the water got up to the jets. The room was dusty. Location was great. Overall it was a good relaxing weekend.

Upon arriving, the front door was stuck and we had a very difficult time opening it. The gas heater that was advertised as working with a remote did not work at all. The gas was not even turned on nor was there a key to turn it on. The manager had to send someone over to turn on the gas and light the pilot light. After all that the gas fireplace still did not work. The advertised seasonally heated pool was not heated! In the guest bathroom the ceiling paint is peeling off the ceiling and the ceiling vent cover is about to fall off. The master bath door was cut down so that it would shut properly but they never bothered to repaint it. The shower curtain in the master bath had algae on it and had to be cleaned. The baseboards throughout the condo are filthy. There was something spilled on the walls of the kitchen that we had to clean. Many of the pots and pans had to be washed before we could use them. The only cooking pot had a handle that was about to fall off. The oven mits were so filthy that we had to put them in the washing machine. Batteries were dead in some of the remotes. All that said, the location is great and the property manager did refund us one night stay. This condo could be quite nice but is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and lots of maintenance.

The place was great with a beautiful view. It was quiet and peaceful. My daughter, who’s at Auburn, loved “getting away” and staying with my husband and I at the lake. Having the extra bedroom and bathroom was really nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying there again!

Love the outdoor area and pool on lake!!

I stayed here with family for my brother's wedding weekend. This is a beautiful, peaceful property right on the lake (and there's a pool!!). My family had some difficulty initially with the gate situation (GPS navigates to a gated back entrance w/ no attendant)- this was noted in check-in instructions but it would be helpful to include the address for the main Stillwaters community entrance as well to help avoid confusion. Nonetheless we all made it and had a great time. Thank you!

We had great visit. Enjoyed the scenary and view at the lake. Location was very convenient. Neighbors were pleasant. Awesome visit. We would highly recommend.

Prime location, central to lake and dining. Private pool was spotless and a real plus. Consider "no wake" posting as the private dock gets a lot of wave action from lake.

Would definitely rent again

This property is amazing with the private pool that is heated when needed, the grills for use and all the toys on the beach!

Great place for family and had everything there we needed!

My husband and I came with our two small children. The unit was perfect for us! The beds were so comfortable! The pool was just a couple of steps out of our door ( behind a gated area) so any time the kids wanted to play, it was so easy compared to having to take everything with you at once, we left everything at the back door area. Also, the large water mat was a huge hit! We loved playing on it. The beach area was also great for kids. They loved riding on the paddle boards with us, which were provided! We also brought our boat, which in all honesty, we didn’t even really need to. We only went out in the boat twice, the whole week, to go sightsee around the lake. The kids couldn’t wait to get back to our place! The grilling area has a blackstone and grill with plenty of seating at picnic tables. There were other families staying in all units beside us and above us. Even on a crowded day, I believe there is enough room and activities to do that spreads everyone out. We never felt like we were right on top of any other guests. We all migrated and took turns and the different “stations”. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We truly have nothing negative to say about this trip, we had the best time together! We can’t wait to come back soon! Thank you for sharing your place with our family!!

We’ll do it again in a heartbeat! We so enjoyed feeding the turtles, fish, ducks and geese. This is a private jewel!!

Our stay on Lake Martin was perfect. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The weather was perfect. We rented a pontoon boat and spent an afternoon on the lake. The owner and his family and friends were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even asked us to join the birthday party they were hosting. True southern hospitality! We would love to visit again! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place!

What a lovely property. We stayed here for AU graduation and while I initially lamented being 35 min away, we thoroughly enjoyed having a little retreat from the crowds in town. Nick was super responsive when we had a small hiccup with the entry code. The property itself literally had me thinking, “I’ve never even heard of this place before but now I want to look for a retirement home here.”

Enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to next year.

Beautiful gated community. The condo was great , the pool and lake were beautiful. We loved the grill and outdoor eating area . They’re were scooters for the kids to ride. This is a above par rental and community . We wish we never had to leave .

We loved this area! The unit was perfect for our family of 5 (3 younger kids). The lake view from inside was amazing. We are not "true" water people but have fallen in love with fishing at the lake, so we needed to do more homework about good fishing spots, renting a boat, etc. We could not fish easily/well just walking to the lake from our unit. Other than that, the area was lovely and we plan on visiting again.
