Comfortable and convenient

This is a great VRBO. The location is perfect. It is out of the major hub of the traffic/stop lights in the city. Any shopping you need to do this location is the best. Malls galore with easy access and wide open spaces. Beautiful view of the mountains and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at Sunnyslope. This was the best furnished VRBO we have ever stayed in. Our Host (Michelle) was quick to reply to any questions. She was great and we appreciated her assistance. First Class all the way. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Lovely Condo centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. Plenty of restaurant and shopping choices nearby.

Nice property and great neighborhood. The only complaint is that the showers are low pressure showers. Thanks

Pros: The location is convenient to Oro Valley and Tucson, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The house is is equipped with everything you need for a short term or longer term stay. Nice newer washer/dryer. Nicely updated bathrooms. Nice hardwood looking tile flooring - no carpet. :) Con's: Lot's of House Rules...Upon arriving, owner wanted me to confirm that I read all of the rules. Upon reviewing them I discovered that the A/C thermostat was locked at 75 degrees, meaning it won't go below 75 degrees in the Summer. I didn't tell my husband right away as I knew that he wouldn't want to stay and once you arrive...it's really hard to find other lodging at the last minute. I was hoping that he wouldn't notice but he figured it out once we got hot and he couldn't get the A/C to go any lower...I had to finally confess. He said that this place is a "No Go" for our future visits to the area. The internet was also a problem...it works but the speed test was only 4 megabytes, so it's something to consider if you need to do any zoom meetings or work from home while on vacation. The TV is older so it doesn't have any apps on it so we had to use our laptop to watch Netflix and other streaming apps. The rulebook said that there was supposed to be an HDMI cable in the right drawer under the TV, but when we looked it wasn't anywhere to be found. Luckily, we had one of our own...if this is important to you - make sure to bring one. The road noise on Oracle is pretty loud when you have the doors open in the evening while trying to cool the place down. All in all the property was okay considering the price. If you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in a nice, safe location and don't mind the A/C lockout situation and older TV -- you will be just fine.

Great location & comfortable, made it easy to accomplish a lot of Tucson tasks & travels. We now have a place in Oro Valley as a result of this trip so that would be the only reason we wouldn't return.

Had a quick weekend for my daughter’s sporting event. Townhouse was exactly what we needed. Comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen (appliances and utensils not food).

Clean. Equipped. Priced fairly. Big thank you for allowing my family to check in early. We drove 6.5 hours and had to do early check for a 3:00pm appointment for wedding rehearsal. VRBO should make communication better. Technology needs to be improved.

If you're looking to put 8 people into one place, this is a reasonable place. If you're looking for a quiet place to retreat and relax, I didn't find it to meet my needs. We also had people from the neighborhood demanding to know how we rented the place. It's completely functional, but not pleasant. Positives: Clean, everything you need in the kitchen, nice library, sleeps 8, everything works; host was responsive. Negatives: Quite dark inside; noise from Oracle Rd; Fixtures and furniture are quite dated (think rusty, paint spotted, fixtures from the 70s in many cases); two full/double beds in the master bedroom made it feel like a bunk house rather than a retreat.

House was beautiful and having the pool and jacuzzi gave us something to do in our downtime. Minutes away from our friends in oro valley. Best place we could find for the money

We were totally pleased with this property and the owner. Great communication, ease of check-in, clean, property exactly as described, very well stocked, comfortable beds, and quiet. We would highly recommend this property. And would love to stay again.

We loved the decor and comfortable furniture, and covered parking. We spent the Christmas holiday at the townhouse, cooked meals and particularly enjoyed the string of white lights on the porch that made it festive. Great library of books, nice tv which we don't usually watch but due to the pandemic we were more homebodies than usual. The townhouse had been redecorated and the master shower was especially nice as were the comfy beds. The neighborhood provided a short, safe walk and the place was close to Trader Joe's, hiking trails and had great views of the mountains. We would stay there again.

Hostess truly was exceptional and went well `above and beyond'. She had contacted us and we told her we were on the road, returning from a work assignment and needed advice on where we could find a place to have a Thanksgiving dinner the next day. Unbeknownst to us, she went to a local grocery store and was able to reserve for us a full family meal to pick up. We o enjoyed that meal. Condo was a great place to spend our holiday. It was comfortable, well equipped, a great location, close to everything we needed including a wonderful state park to hike in. Highly recommend.

It was perfect for us. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds etc. Michelle went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed including providing a blender for our smoothies! Exceeded our expectations!

The property was great for my family of four. We were all in town from different places for a wedding. It was convenient to everything we needed in Tucson and Oro Valley. Michelle was super responsive with any questions.

Perfect for an escape from the city but still have amenities within reach. Quiet neighborhood and still accessible.

We were in Tucson to visit our son, who's a student at the UA, and the condo was a perfect place for us to come home to each evening. It's clean, well-kept, and the owners were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

This was an awesome place to stay . Traveling wth an 87 year old mom, it was easy to move around the house and get to the vehicle. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

This rental was a true nightmare~not a premiere host. We received a call from the owner THE DAY OF ARRIVAL that renovations were just done/not complete. She did NOT inform us of everything not completed, so we didn't know until we arrived: no tv/cable, no kitchen disposal, no hot water/pressure in master bath shower, open ceiling fan sockets in three rooms, temperature lock at 75 degrees with it raising to 82 degrees which seemed to be at the top of every hour (took an hour to cool down), and HORRIBLE AND UNPLEASANT communication with owner. We left after half our stay, and the owner REFUSED to discount ANYTHING. This is the worst experience we have ever had in any domestic or international rental!!! Vrbo did not help us at all; they said issues needed to be resolved between the renter and owner.

Had a great time at our stay at this property. Only could be in Tucson for a few days but this was comfortable, great location and communication with the owner was excellent.

The home was very comfortable the location for me was perfect because of the meeting that I had and my only observation would be for the owner to let the cleaning people know that they could pay a little bit more attention to detail
