We rented this property for a Labor Day weekend getaway. Family came in from all over to stay in this beautiful mountain home. The property was large enough for 14 adults to spread out, get good rest, gather inside for shared meals, enjoy the views and sunshine on the deck, and see the stars while gathered around the fire pit. Evenings were spent in the basement making the most of the game room, the hot tub, and the movie theatre. We worked closely with Sally to arrange for a small wedding and catered dinner in the home. The weather was beautiful so the wedding was held on the deck with amazing views of Peak 8. The dinner was held inside and the private chefs were able to make good use of the large kitchen. The family dogs all joined us and there was plenty of space for all 4 dogs to run and play. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better place to accommodate our family time in the mountains. Thank you to Sally and the maintenance crew for being so responsive and accommodating.

The management was amazing and the house was very well stocked and cleaned for us. If I come back to Breckinridge I would definitely rent this house again or another of their properties.

A great sized home for a large family gathering. Views from the patio were absolutely amazing and plenty of activities within the house to keep everyone busy. Easy check in process and great communication with property owners.

We rented this home for our family Christmas over New Years. The house is everything as described and well maintained. It has everything you could need and feels like home! We enjoyed the movie room, game room and the views of the ski slopes! It’s located close to downtown Breckenridge where we were able to enjoy skiing and great restaurants. Sally was responsive with answers to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a family gathering and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. It was very clean and well stocked. Hot tub was so nice and very clean, not usually the case for a rental property. Views were amazing and the large multi level decks were fantastic. Game room and movie theater were so fun and chairs were very comfy. There was plenty of room for parking for everyone. Tons of fridge space throughout the house for excess amounts of food. Lots of fun little sitting areas to get away from everyone when you need a minute away. All around such a beautiful house and we are already planning a return visit some day. Made the gathering so much more special and we couldn’t be happier with our stay.

I don’t do reviews but this was special. The views were amazing everywhere you looked. Plenty of space for our large group inside and out. Great location. Well provisioned kitchen. There was an electrical storm which caused a power surge all over Breckinridge and alarms started going off rather loudly! Property manager Kelly was on it instantly. Their response and help from the moment we booked was exactly what I would hope for. Thanks for everything!

This is a spectacular house for a large group. Plenty of space, several king beds, well equipped. It was a delightful place for our family vacation.

This property was great for my group of 16 skiers and snowboarders, great location close to the lifts. We didn’t wind up using the private shuttle due to availability, but it was really quick and easy to drive up to the parking areas. We really enjoyed how sound-proof the rooms were, when different rooms of people woke up earlier than others you couldn’t tell. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for a big group and we really appreciated all the cooking supplies and miscellaneous items available, if we needed it it was there! I would love to come back with my family sometime in the future.

Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool room after a long day of skiing.

Very clean home with beautiful views and plenty of room for our group of 20. Property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even driving over to drop off candles for us incase we needed them as they had rolling power outages the first night we got there due to a bad windstorm (I should say the home actually never lost power, fortunately). We really enjoyed our New Years vacation there and would recommend highly for any large group.

An amazing “Winter white Christmas vacation” in Breckinridge. Beautiful private home on 5 acres surrounded by tall trees on mountain side overlooking town of Breckinridge and a perfect view of the slopes. We could see the entire town Christmas lights in evening. The house has a pretty private drive that leads up to house. The home is very clean and smells good. It has all the perfect amenities for large group gatherings! Lower level game room with theater was a highlight for our group. We loved watching Christmas movies on the big screen. Hot tub outside with pretty sunset views. We also took full advantage of the shuttle/limo services for the kiddos to get them to slopes and back…this was a huge bonus! Our host Sally is a great host! And house-host Kelly was extremely quick to respond to us for any house needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishes and utensils, cookware, crockpots, large refrigerator and a really nice grill that we used multiple nights. we’re from Texas so it took us day or two to realize the altitude also changes the way food cooks so keep in mind. Also The house actually has 3 large refrigerators which was perfect! City market which was just few minutes from the house provided all our grocery needs. This was the perfect winter white Christmas for our family and one we will always remember. Looking forward to planning my next CO vacation!! One bedroom has no hot water in the shower. A closet door just fell off its hinges. Kitchen could be better equipped .

We loved our stay at this property. The views are absolutely out of this world! It is perfect for several families to stay! The only thing we did not like were that none of the bathrooms had locks and the fireplace in the master bedroom did not work. Other than that all of our family left smiling having a great time!

This was an amazing experience for a large group with little ones, too. The house is amazing and the pictures do not do it justice. We hope to be back with the same group annually! Thank you for everything, you won’t regret booking this property.

This house was wonderful and the host was available and responsive when needed! We had 14 adults stay here with plenty of room. We all loved the views, the disc golf set, the pool table, the hot tub, and how close we were to town. We went to town a few times to eat and then had a few meals delivered easily! We would for sure come stay here again!

Great place with plenty of rooms. Roomy kitchen so a few people can help cook. Relaxing outside space with a hot tub, plenty of outdoor patio seating. Movie room was super fun too.

The property was as advertised. The rooms were ample and great. We only had 5 couples and could have easily had three more. The kitchen is well stocked, with a choice of two coffee pots and a kuerig! My only advise (and this is nit-picking!) would be to pack any spices you use for cooking. Other than that we had an absolutely great week. Our highlight was the nightly gathering around the firepit to recap the day's events, as well as the past. Will definitely be on our return list.

Perfect house with fantastic views and a large deck for our extended family! The kids play area is a nice thing to have as well. No separate ice maker so plan to buy a couple bags at the nearby 7-11. Loved the location and proximity to downtown breck and frisco!

The house had everything we needed including lots of room for everyone to relax and have privacy as well. Great view from patio and kitchen equipped for making meals. Would stay here again!

We had planned a reunion to celebrate a key anniversary in our extended family. Over a year in the planning and this place was perfect and just what we expected from the photos and other reviews. Large, spacious, clean, well-appointed, and many areas indoors and outdoors to gather as a few or all around the table. Close to town, yet up in the mountains. We highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Due to various reasons, our family was unable to get together for a few years and was very much looking forward to a reunion. When a mountain location (Colorado) was suggested, those from the Midwest and those in AZ were elated about the location and a road trip was planned. Houses to accommodate 17 were not too hard to find but only one stood out - Big Sky Ranch. None of the others came close to having as much to offer. And, after so much anticipation, it didn't disappoint. It was everything that we were hoping for and more. The views were outstanding and just as good inside the house as out. The kids enjoyed the playground, especially the trampoline. Everyone had great experiences and there was something for everyone. The fire pit was welcoming, the hiking and biking trails were fantastic, the river rafting was great and the train ride was the best anywhere. Vail is close to Breckenridge and also a nice place to roam around. Both Sally and Kelly will be remembered as the greatest hostesses we've ever had. Definitely a (mountain) top choice if you're looking for a great place to stay!

Rented this place for my thirtieth birthday weekend and it was AMAZING!!!!! My Colorado friends were impressed, my east coast friends were in awe and everyone that couldn’t make it regretted it big time! The house itself was perfect! Clean, huge, great set up. The hot tub was so fun! Could not have asked for an easier check in process and the responsiveness of the host was much appreciated. Overall would absolutely recommend this rental and will definitely be back! Thank you for an unforgettable weekend!
