The home is exactly as described and maybe even more!. Excellent condition and outstanding cleanliness through out the home. Everything is in perfect working order, including the supplied grill. This home is in close proximity to every thing you could ever need and adjacent to two major highways to get anywhere in the entire valley with ease. You would not be disappointed with this quite well appointed home.

This was my family's third stay at Michelle and CJ's beautiful home. We love it there! The house remains beautiful and incredibly well appointed. From the lovely, comfortable décor to the fully stocked kitchen, the house has everything you could want for a stay in Sun City. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. There is such a tranquil vibe throughout! Michelle and CJ are accommodating and friendly. There are many special touches in the house. This is the place.

This Sun City, AZ, property is lovely. The house is immaculate, well maintained, and up to date. The neighborhood is tremendous, quiet, and with friendly neighbors and other residents out walking their dogs, driving by on golf carts, or just out walking, enjoying the beautiful weather. Our favorite place was the front patio, where we could enjoy some sun and, of course, beautiful sunsets. In the backyard we were able to watch quail, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, bunnies--as well as sample the oranges and grapefruit which were ripening on the trees in the back. We were a little too early for the lemon tree. And, last, the property owner was outstanding, quick to reply to any questions, as was the property manager. Looking forward to our next stay!

This was our second holiday-time week at this gorgeous property in Sun City, and the house is still lovely and perfectly appointed for all needs. Our group of six had a fantastic time at the house. There is space for all to gather, eat, play games, but also plenty of nooks where people can carve out a little personal space for themselves when needed. The kitchen remains the best-equipped rental I've ever had, and the beds are still comfy, linens quality and in general, the house has a tranquil vibe that really lends itself to vacationing. Michelle and CJ are every bit as warm and welcoming as their home is! This is a very special couple with a very special rental.

Just as you would expect. Spotlessly clean, completely stocked with the necessary accessories, and located centrally to all of the Sun City activities. Most of my time was spent sitting in the Arizona room watching the rabbits, quail, and occasional coyote. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk and the neighbors are very friendly. We will definitely be back.

However, you need to change your deposit policy. I reserved the house about 2 months in advance. At the time of reservation you took a deposit of $500 for our 3 day stay. You charged my credit card (not a debt card) and held $500 for two months. I work in the hotel industry and we never charge the card unless something goes wrong, we only get an approval code and charge against that code if there is a problem and something is damaged. Moving forward, if you are going to actually charge the card, then do it 2 or 3 days before the stay. Keep the money for the stay, check the house, and then refund the money on the card thus keeping the money for a very short time. Besides that issue, everything was fine and you have a lovely home.

Rented this lovely house to bring in the New Year close to our family and friends. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Close to the mall, grocery stores and restaurants. If your looking for a nice relaxing quiet stay this is a MUST.

We stayed in this gorgeously appointed home over Christmas and everything was just perfect. Michelle could not have nicer or easier to work with, booking was easy and the house really is special! Plenty of space for the six of us staying there, comfortable sleeping and sitting spots, and many special touches including welcome goodies and a fully tricked-out kitchen. Highly recommend, look forward to returning!

This house was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. The fruit trees in the back looked great. I really didn't want to leave and go back to my house. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here over the holidays, while in town for a family wedding. The property is beautiful--everything inside is brand new and lovely. The entire home is incredibly spacious, the beds are to DIE for, and it's a quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed evening walks. SO many extras--coffee and tea, bottles of cold water, toiletries. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy-to-find--absolutely everything we could want. Although we spent most of our time on the west side of Phoenix, the property is close to freeways when we went elsewhere, so the location was perfect. Definitely planning to stay here again when events bring us to the area!

What a beautiful home!! My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable bed and everything you might need to feel at home. The home is located close to stores, restaurants and other businesses. We highly recommend this beautiful home. We will be back!!
