Host was friendly and helpful. Sent photos to aide the arrival and check in process. Great community room, cozy, board games, outside games, swing, outside seating. Comfortable beds large shower. Beautifully decorated. Great view and access to lake! Room to water in less than 1 minute! Overall Fantastic! We went during off season and it was so peaceful, beautiful. Great location! Easy walk to town.

Great location, very easy going communication with the host before and while staying. A free breakfast with simple food was offered.

The place has an amazing location, with beach just opposite to the villa and walking distance to the center of Torri. The house has this well kept traditional furniture and special atmosphere. Breakfast not included but you get some treats in the morning, so we felt no need to look for breakfast places around. Beds are a bit too soft but we slept well.

The style, cleanliness, location, terrace…

The beds for my children (big teens!) were put up so not quite as comfy but they slept well so not a big problem.

The building can't cope with high temperatures. It should be noted the start of my stay was in a heat wave, however it was still a bit uncomfortable at night even when things became a bit more 'normal'. There are shutters / fans / a weak aircon to use but that just wasn't enough. The window was also open when I arrived - I guess that makes sense to air the place between guests but I got a fair few insect bites on my first night (and judging from the walls, previous guests had also had to squash a few insects). Something I'd hope would be much easier to address was that the instructions I needed to check in were only sent on the day so I was already travelling and without wifi to access these. The owners noted the unprecidented temperatures and there was a free breakfast provided which was much appreciated. Overall, I still think this is a really nice place to stay, but these issues might be important to some people.

Amazing owner, she was very nice to us. You will get little breakfast every morning, even though it's not the part of reservation. There is no kitchen, but you can use microvawe, cutlery and stuff like this, and your own space in shared refridgerator. There was air conditioning in the room, but it was not very effective, there was a fan and windows have blinds, so you can make room completely dark with no hot sun access. The owner of the house is the owner of the beach bar, which is just across the road and where you can get drink and meal, little sandwiches to big lunch, some inflatables, stand up paddle board, sunbed, umbrella, etc and that was great. The beach is clean, public, free and accessible anytime. Little convenient store is just 5 mins away, the city center with many restaurants, more convenient stores, post office, pharmacy, etc. is 10 minutes by walk along the water. Bus stop "Torri Pontirola" is just a minute walk from the house, so don't go to "Torri del Benaco" stop in the city and use this one. There is private space for cars behind the gate. I definitely recommend this place.

Super chilled place with lots of lovely spaces to hang out. ‘Beach bar’ and swimming area across the road and super easy to walk into town. Super comfy bed.

There is traffic noise during the day but this dies right down at night.

A wonderful villa with very welcoming and kind hosts. They offered me a bigger room than the one I reserved. The place itself is beautiful. The view from the terrace when having breakfast is wonderful. The location is great, a nice 5-minute walk to Torri de Bernaco, a very nice village with a very relaxed atmosphere. I strongly recommend this villa for everyone coming to Lake Garda.
