The ocean front views from this condo are absolutely breathtaking through floor to ceiling windows and a comfortable deck. The unit is nicely updated with open concept architecture and decor. Bedrooms are large and roomy. Kitchen is well furnished with necessities. The overall condition of the property is well kept and very clean and location is perfect, providing access to the Promenade and stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Staff is warm, friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next trip.

It is a nice room with great views but the furniture specifically the reclining chairs were very worn out and uncomfortable. They were also very small, my husband is 6 feet tall and he couldn’t really sit in them. Everything else was great.

This condo is literally minutes from the turn around in Seaside and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved walking along the esplanade. The condo is modern and very cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The beds are large and very comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean. Will definitely recommend to our friends and hope to return again soon.

This was our sixth year staying at Sand and Sea and third year in a row staying in this unit. A couple suggestions for the homeowner….Hope you bring back two regular chairs and a small table so us older folks can enjoy sitting out on the deck area. The two Adirondack chairs are beautiful but to difficult for us older generation to try to sit in and get up from. It was very warm when we were there. Since there is no a/c a couple of stand up fans to blow air around would be nice to use. Carpet is due for a good cleaning in the entry way and by the kitchen island and hopefully that happens soon….This is a very well maintained unit with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. See ya again next year!!

Our stay in Seaside was too short and we would have loved to stay longer in this beautiful condo. The on line pictures are a true representation and the unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The one thing the pictures don't capture are the beautiful sunsets every night from the balcony..which were amazing. We had dinner in every night in the lovely dining room as restaurants could not top the view! Also we didn't use it but there is a small indoor pool that families with young children seemed to enjoy.

We will definitely book this condo again! It worked fantastically for our family of 4. We loved the location and the views were amazing, especially at sunset. Everything was very clean. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We booked this trip/stay and thought about the trip daily, once here, everything was perfect. The room condo was immaculate; looked and smelled fresh. The humongous window wall view of the beach and the Prom walkway was amazing.
Most restaurants were within walking distance and the service was always friendly.
We rented bikes and road up and down the Prom & I even found a painted rock;
Marcy’s Stones.
All in all, I will definitely miss this place and will be waiting impatiently until next time.

This was a delightful condo with the perfect view of the ocean! The bed was comfy, the decor beautiful, and the kitchen well equipped. Beach walks, shopping in town, seafood dinners, and lots of chair sitting and wave watching. Perfect getaway!

Clean with a couple details that could have been better but overall happy! Place has an amazing view, beautiful kitchen and decor. The furniture wasn't the best though. The two cream chairs are broken down and very uncomfortable. The bedding looked great but not soft at all. Very cheap feeling bedding. We would definitely stay here again if there was a few adjustments in that.

Overall great, except we could not control the thermostat and it was really HOT in the unit. We had to open all window and doors to control the temperature. They had a passcode on the thermostat not allowing us control.

We absolutely loved this condo. The huge windows with the view of the ocean is unbelievable. The condo was very clean with every amenity you need. The beds were comfortable. I also loved the water pressure in the shower. We would absolutely return.

This was a wonderful property with nice amenities and well stocked house. The door to go outside was extremely hard to open and took two of us to do so, so passed that along. The only thing that would have made this place 100% was some more ventilation or air conditioning as it was stuffy after coming back on a warmer day.

The view was amazing! It took my breath away every time I walked out to the living room. The place felt brand new and was decorated beautifully. I'd love the decor in my own home.
The home was very clean. I'm picky about cleanliness and it was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed. They even provide coffee.
The staff I dealt with were all helpful and friendly. They checked in on us via text a few times during our stay.
The only critique is I wish the pool was warmer. Other than that, the place is perfect!
