Loved our stay at this property. Every bedroom and all common areas have beautiful views. Lots. of room to spread out indoor and on ample balconies. Well equipped. Responsive owner. Definitely would rent again..

Renting was easy and I will definitely be back!

I will not be staying ever again. Not all of it was terrible, The Good: The location was okay, the view was wonderful, the home with beautifully decorated and it did look like the pictures. The Bad: My bed looked like someone rubbed a glazed donut on it. Boan was quick to send someone from house keeping, however they just put the comforter in a trash bag and left A lot of things didn't work in the room, the AC wouldn't really blow in the room with the 2 beds The direct TV didn't work The remote for apple Tv had the up button stuck. The stove wouldn't turn on I had to pay a fee for having a service dog (in America that would be illegal, I don't know the laws of Mexico) -that one I knew going into and was willing to over look so that's equally on me The resort isn't done being built and construction is underway, so no restaurant or hotel bar (they have a small pool bar very basic and do offer room service) The Nail In The Coffin, at 9pm on Wednesday Sept 22th, I had two people from security knocking on the door telling me I had to let them look around the room. I let them know that I didn't believe them, nor did my grandmother. We let them look around and after they left another man came from security and said we had to let him look around take pictures of the piping and left. I booked this room for my grandmother and my parents, all older people they were scared that it was a scam to see what they had. Ending Thoughts: As an American who works for a company in Rocky Point, I go back and forth from phoenix. I can tell you for the money the standards all around should be higher.

Great views and an amazing patio. Pool was clean and nice. Staff was very nice. There is no underground parking but the parking lot is guard gated and safe. The massages on the beach were great.

Boan is an excellent owner and super attentive during our stay! The condo is stunning, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Perfect alternative for a much less busy resort during spring break getaway during COVID times. We loved EVERYTHING! Thank you!!

most beautiful property we have rented in Rocky Point

This condo was everything we hoped and more. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning. Each room is large with a spacious private bathroom, and the kitchen and living area is beautiful. The resort fees and cleaning fees are a bit expensive, but we really enjoyed this rental.

We stayed a full week at this stunning property located directly on the water (greater than 180 degree view). In a word - outstanding!Every amenity, including rare outside deck jacuzzi that not only fits the entire family but provides full view of the beach during the day and the Milky Way at night. Oh, did I mention the glorious sunsets? This is a six star property.Property security is ever present as is the property cleaning crew. We never felt unease or unsafe. Added bonus: the owner was promptly available to answer any questions and provide valuable insights. This is a property you will wish were your own.

Just what we need to end the year and bring in the new one. Restful, Relaxing and Enjoyable. The view from the property made you feel that you're at the top of the world. Boan the owner was on top of all the accommodations with the recommendations of the personal chef who created an amazing spread of food from Ceviche and fresh guacamole to shrimp and chicken fajitas all delicious with plenty of leftovers. I also recommend renting the kayaks for the time as well. Thank you, we will be returning and recommending this fantastic beach vacation rental.

Spacious living w/perfect 3 bedroom /4 bathrooms. Absolutely perfect for 3 couples. Elegant to look at. Needs some maintenance it over all probably best 3 bedroom condo on the beach.

This place is even more gorgeous in person than in the photos. Also, the owner is the best I've encountered for Rocky Point. They keep their properties in the best shape possible. Having rentals can be hard to maintain, but they do a great job. Go and enjoy!

Communication with the owner was excellent and quick. Unfortunately the condo is in major need of repairs. For example, the screen doors on the balcony were all ripped and torn, crown moulding was broken and falling from the ceiling, chunks of corners of wall were falling apart, numerous lightbulbs were burned out (4 in just 2 rooms and then I quit counting,) there was one lamp where the lightbulb was velcro’ed into the socket (massive fire hazard), another lamp there was no where to plug it in, pillows in master were paper thin, beach towels were probably as old as the condo itself, the stove was a filthy, greasy mess. I definitely would not stay here again nor recommend unless they do some maintenance.

Three couples in this penthouse had more than enough room... we have been planning this vacation for a year and walked into the penthouse and ... those views tho!!!! The penthouse was beautifully decorated and everyone had more than enough closet space and bathroom space... and did I mention the views? The fridge wasn't working well when we arrived and Boan had it fixed and working perfectly within hours. Boan is easy to work with and answers questions immediately.... and when I stopped messaging him with questions, he messaged me to make sure all was well. We were so busy lounging on the beach, jet skiing, shopping and riding quads .... and after a day of fun we *got* to return to that gorgeous penthouse and those views and ocean breezes. The beds were soft and comfy as well. We cooked a beautiful dinner in one night... played games and enjoyed those sea breezes... would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Boan for a fabulous vacation!!!!

We came to Rocky Point for the first time in 6 years with small children. We stayed at this property with 10 people. We couldn't have been happier! The views were stunning with the wrap around balcony. The beach was near private because you are at the end of all the resorts, so it's less busy. Perfect with children. We could even walk 3/4 of a mile to Wrecked at the Reef. Boan, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back to this property.

Quiet and very spacious condo.

I appreciate the low occupancy of Esmeralda. Owner very responsive and easy to work with for my (second) stay in this condo. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location, felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Amazing views and the unit had everything we needed to eat in! Will definitely return.

My family and I spent five nights in this beautiful condo. The view of the ocean and beach is absolutely beautiful! Boan, the owner is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. My family and I are already looking forward to staying here again next year.

"Wow" and "Uuuu"was the reaction we gave as my friends and I walked into the suite for the first time. Definitely the nicest room I've stayed in during my 5 years of going to Rocky Point. VERY SPACIOUS. 9 adults stayed in this suite and we didn't feel cramped at all. There were a few minor issues and the owner was on hand via text and phone right away to resolve ANY issue. This owner takes pride in this room and it shows. Because the resort is still under construction, not a lot of tenants/users yet so you practically have all the resort and beach to yourself. Take water shoes when entering the beach, still very rocky in certain parts (they don't call it Rocky Point for nuthin). I can't wait for the full resort to be developed. There are still more amenities poolside at other resorts but if you have the pool all to yourself, then that's a bonus. If you are looking for luxurious accommodations at a reasonable price then stay here.
