The condo facility and interior decor is somewhat dated, but the location certainly outweighs everything. Walk downhill to town and restaurants and uphill to a lift. The lift was an easy walk to ski out in the morning and back in the evening. The kitchen was small but has everything you’d need to cook meals rather than eat out.

Check in was easy, we got there before check in time, but they let us park in the rental parking lot (quick walk to snowflake lift) so we could ski. 7 min walk to town. I gave “communication with property manager” 3 stars because during our stay a fuse blew while using the hair dryer. We had to call back 3 times bc “they forgot” then told us to call a different property management company. We didn’t have lights or heat or a good 2 hours. It was a very busy weekend (Presidents’ Day), but it was still frustrating. Otherwise super cute, clean, and convenient ski in/ski out place and would stay again!

This condo is exactly as listed. Very cozy and clean with ample amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The bed was so cozy and comfy. You can’t beat the location. Walking to the lift only a short walk away was well worth it. Check in procedure was very easy and just around the corner from the house. All other instructions for the unit were provided and clear. The size of the unit was perfect for two. We did live out of our suitcases but it worked for us. The couch was a great size to sit down and relax. Bathroom was well stocked as well. Easy living for the six days we were there!

The unit appears old. The Queen bed was too high for one of us and a step ladder had to be arranged. Falling off it during the night was worrisome. The coffee pot handle apparently had been broken earlier and "Quick-fixed" and fell apart as hot coffee spilled. No serious damage though, just no more coffee. The towel rack in the bathroom needs to be glued. Finally, the list price said "additional fees" but only after I had booked were the numerous fees listed..deceiving! Otherwise, the unit was quiet and clean.

The condo location is just a short walk to the snowflake chairlift and about a half-mile walk to the center of downtown, so a great location. You can ski practically to the back door.The interior has all the basic amenities and some bonus add-ons like a heated bathroom floor. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils items you need. It felt small and crowded compared to other condos we have rented.Our biggest gripe was the paper shades on the windows which allowed lots of ambient light to come in at night from the parking lot and stairway light. This disturbed sleep for both of us.Our unit was on the corner and so we heard all the noise of people coming and going, especially loud due to ski boots.The stove was missing some knobs so it was not fully functional, however it works fine for cooking basic things like pizza.In summary, we have rented similar units nearby to this one that I would give a far better grade. It needs updating before I could recommend to a friend.

Small property but worked great for myself and spouse. Easy 100 yard walk to snowflake lift. Condo had dishes and basic supplies is sugar, paper towels. Closet where you can store items. Very small dresser to store things. Loved out of our suitcase. Hot tub and pool you drive to but only a one min drive away. Overall I was extremely happy

Easy check in but had to pick up and return keys a short drive across town which wasn’t very convenient. The location of the property was as advertised — short walk to the Snowflake lift. Bed was REALLY comfy. Bathroom was large given the overall size of the studio.

Such a cute little place, walking distance to everything. Very cozy.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy studio. It's quite small but well-laid-out, and we were able to cook in the kitchenette. The bed is comfortable. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of downtown in a quiet area. The afterhours checkin process was easy and low-stress. We thought the bedspread/comforter/bedskirt didn't seem clean (it's also possible that they're just old), but the sheets were definitely very fresh and clean, so we weren't too bothered by it. Overall a great experience and we would go back again!

The pictures and listing are accurate, and the property team is top-notch. This little condo is right on the Four O'clock run which means skiing convenience, easy access to hiking trails in the summer and enjoying the creek on the north side (back side of the building). Bus stop across the street or a 6 or 7 minute walk to Main Street.

It's small, but it's plenty big for 2. I was there by myself during my stay, so it was fine for me. It's a bit dated, and "rustic" look, but very nice and a very short walk to the lift.

Cozy, clean, nicely upgraded condo and location was amazing! We walked to downtown, and snowboarded right back to the unit. We could have walked to snowflake lift easily, but took a quick 2min shuttle ride to Beaver lift. For the hot tub during Covid be sure to reserve hot tub sesh online at 10am day before you want to use. Set your alarm! Also bring your own towel or robe for hot tub.

We arrived in breck late Saturday night due to our flight being pushed back 4 hours. With all the hassle of flying and renting cars I️ assumed the check in instructions would be sent to me within 24-48hr before checkin (commonly how these vacation rentals do things), -and therefore did not look for the checkin instructions. We arrived to breck around midnight when I️ realized they never sent me any check in details at ALL. I️ call the number listed but (lol) it’s an office answering service with no options for an emergent contact and goes to voicemail. I️ tried to message email etc for about an hour before I️ call a VRBO rep. They call the private cell number they have on file several times for me, but also no answer. Interestingly enough right after speaking to the rep at VRBO, I️ get an email with vague check in details with no address listed for their office where you’re apparently supposed to pick up the keys. Thankfully there was the name alpine Meadows in the email or we would have never known where the office was. The office is not the address of the actual rental location. It’s about 5 miles away from the apartment complex which also would have been helpful to know considering it had just snowed and we’re driving around everywhere looking for a random lockbox. We eventually get the keys and go to the rental. We go to unlock the door with the physical key but we notice there is a keypad on the lock as well. We figured this was probably broken considering all the hell they put us through to go pick up some real keys right? No. We unlock the door to put some stuff inside (mind you it’s -2 degrees at 3am) and go to the car to grab the rest. We come back to find the door has locked automatically behind us although we had physically unlocked the door with the actual key. They did not give us the code, there was no code in any of check in papers, only the keys. It took us a while to find the emergency number. A woman answers and tells us we should have had a code in our check in papers for the keypad. Once she gave us the code and we got in it was about 4am. I️ looked and read EVERY word on the check in papers. There was never a code listed. A couple of days later, another employee reached out to let me know they had sent check in instructions on 1/4. I️ don’t have a single email from VRBO or the rental company on that date. I️ travel a lot and have never experienced anything quite like this. Just be vigilant about making sure you have the info.
