Great place to stay if you like being on water but don’t want/need beach. The wildlife is incredible - saw dolphins, manatees, sting rays and many different kinds of birds, including ducks. Boat activity up and down the intracoastal waterway was fun to watch. Local restaurants are good and plentiful! Great time!

Even though the pictures were beautiful !! The house and the atmosphere it’s just 10 times better than I thought it would be!! It was so clean and kayaks and bikes and a beautiful hot tub on the water by the dock!! Being that I live only a half hour away I will definitely rent it out a couple times during the year for a getaway !! I would recommend this Beautiful house to anybody !! The beach is across the street !! So many wonderful restaurants nearby everything is very Close!! If you want a nice vacation rental on the water this is it !!! We definitely will be back !! The best part of the property is the back yard/patio. If you love watching dolphins, manatees, and an amazing assortment of birds, and boats, this is the place for you! We have always stayed on the gulf side, so I was worried about the transition to the intercoastal side. Needless to say we loved it! We spent 90 percent of our time on the patio. Glad we took a large umbrella to provide some shade in the mornings. We did some fishing. n' Didn't catch much, but enjoyed doing it. I would recommend this property without reservation. We also loved the fact we were able to take our dogs! Book this place! You'll love it!

The listing was exactly as described. Sue was very responsive with communication. The View was outstanding and peaceful. We enjoyed all the boats going by and all the marine life. Take bug spray for outside as you will need it. While me and my husband prefer a soft mattress we slept in the guest bedroom as the beds were much softer. The battery operated toilet in the master bath could use some work. Thank you for a wonderful stay:)

What a location! The waterfront views are amazing and the neighborhood was quiet during our visit. We made use of the BBQ grill, the bikes and the hot tub, and my husband fished every day. The patio lighting is quite charming at night and the light under the dock drew massive amounts of fish. My granddaughter and I visited the nearby Splash Harbor water park and drove up to the Clearwater Aquarium. We arrived on Memorial Day weekend, so the boat traffic was nonstop for the first few days, but the rest of the week was calm and quiet, giving us a chance to see dolphins, manatees and rays right off the dock area. We are more than happy to have chosen Bahia Vista for our vacation and hope to return again! Thanks must be given to Sue for her excellent communication during the rental process!

The property management team is courteous, professional, and responsive. The view of the intracoastal waterway is outstanding and we enjoyed it while using the oversized hot tub which was clean and worked perfectly, but its exterior could use a refresh. The walk to the beach is very manageable and the local restaurants are likewise conveniently located and exceptional. We found this property in such a family-friendly beach community ideal for a relaxing, recharging vacation.

Loved the setting at Bahia Vista and all the outdoor activities offered at the residence. We did have to purchase a new coffee maker as the one that was there wasn’t functioning well. The intermittent dolphin sightings were wonderful.

We used the kayaks daily, rode bikes and our boys fished off the docks. We had dolphins swim right under the dock and even saw a pink flamingo.
The house was clean and spacious, the backyard was super nice. I usually have a hard time sleeping but not at this house. It was quite and we all commented on how good we slept.

I never thought I would like staying without the ocean in front. Being on the waterway was absolutely gorgeous. You could watch the dolphins, the different birds, and the beautiful sunrise every morning. The house is an open space absolutely gorgeous clear in only 5 minutes from the ocean perion it is your own personal paradise. I cannot wait to go back again.

Bahia Vista is an incredible vacation home! The location of the home on the point of the intercoastal has to be one of the best in all of the IRB area. My husband caught a variety of fish daily just fishing off of the dock. We brought our kayaks & fished several days & caught an assortment of fish. Almost everyday several pods of dolphins would swim right by the dock as the dolphins tried to gather up the mullets in the channel. We hope to return again to Bahia Vista!

During a hot and busy holiday weekend, Bahia Vista provided a peaceful and pleasant retreat. So nice to have shade and a cool breeze away from the crowds on the back patio. We saw dolphins, rays, and shorebirds daily. The dock was great for fishing, and the house was spacious and well laid out. Be aware that the kayaks, though in reasonable condition, are on the small side for adults and because of all of the glass that provides the beautiful water views, the house is very bright, very early in the morning! We very much enjoyed our week at Bahia Vista and would definitely stay here again.

The property is not completely fenced, so for some folks traveling with a dog that could be an issue. The house is about a 1/2 mile walk to the beach and is convenient to both the grocery store for making meals in, and great places to eat nearby. Indian Rocks Beach is a great community and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bahia Vista!
