We were visiting St. Thomas for my sisters wedding and had the privilege of staying at Patti’s immaculate place! 10/10 location, stocked with everything you could possibly want, extremely clean and Patti was very responsive. Such a fabulous place- thanks for a wonderful stay!

Sapphire Beach never dissapoints and this unit didn't either! A well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and a wonderful host! This unit is on the quieter end of the resort across from the pool. I look forward to returning again!

Beautiful condo in amazing location on St Thomas! Had everything we needed and more, super clean and Sapphire Beach location can’t be beat. Patti was super responsive from pre booking thru questions that came up during our stay. We will definitely be back, and this is THE place that we’ll stay

This property is clean, modern & well-done. Loved the ground floor - walk-in, walkout & covered patio. Can't get a place any closer to the pool. We only used that once though, since we were there for the beach! Short 5 minute walk to Sudi's for good food & great island atmosphere. Then only a couple of minutes walk in the other direction gets you to the beautiful white sandy beach, and more food choices! There is a beautiful restaurant called Sea Salt that was perfect for our 20th anniversary dinner. Then downstairs you can grab a pizza or fish tacos & onion rings by the bar. For breakfast we enjoyed the specialty coffees & sandwiches. Very nice boutique for shopping that we visited for clothing & souvenirs. Many activities, taxis available & excursions for entertainment. About 40 minutes from the airport. Will have a code to use to get into the front door. Do have to open the first door in order to get to the door that has a code. We didn't do this at first & walked around the condo looking for the keypad, thinking we were in the wrong location. Not a big deal, just sharing to save others some time! Appreciated the filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator. Full kitchen if you need, but lots of food options within walking distance. Our 1 yr old's first time in the ocean. Perfect beach for us! This was our 1st time at Sapphire & our 3rd time at St. Thomas. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

This is a terrific place. Sapphire Beach is a great area and the location of this particular unit is perfect. The setting is idyllic. The interior is of modest size but it’s clean and well appointed. Patti is a gracious host and responds very timely to messages. And the views throughout St. Thomas are nothing less than spectacular. Great stay!

Pristine condo in the best area of St Thomas, especially if you want convenience. We loved the proximity of the pool for morning coffee, and the marina for heading out on the water. EVERY Sunday is a blast at the property beach bar with live music. The condo was close enough to walk over but far enough to keep it quiet for us The beach is also beautiful and fun to swim and snorkel. We rented a car, so we visited other beaches on St thomas and St john via the car ferry. Rented a dinghy from Gomojo and snorkeled all the St John North beaches. Saw a shark! Definitely a highlight. Did the day sail to Jost with Cruz bay. Did a sunset sail with loved the crew at Sailing the Cosmos. Sapphirre and d102 are everything anyone could want for a vaca stay. Ps- appreciate all the thoughtful extras! (From beach chairs to a first aid kit to a thermos!) We cant wait to return!

Very clean! Right next to the pool. Quick access to beach. Next to area to play volleyball or kids played a football game in sand. Beautiful lookout right next to pool also. Owners were VERY responsive and helpful! Gave us so much information for the area. Absolutely loved the walk out level as well! Definitely recommend the place!

The unit was perfect as was the location to the pool and ocean! Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The Stay was just amazing. The everyday waking up to the back porch To SAND , BEACH & SUN is just crazy . This condo is the definition of beach front . The condo amenities are amazing too , coffee shop & breakfast sandwich spot in the center of it all right next to the beach bar!! Literally 2 min walk to it . Beach bar it self was amazing! Apartment came equipped with coolers , snorkel gear etc ! Just a 10/10 . Definitely will be back .

We have stayed at this property before(different units), it's nice but the property hasn't done any improvements in years. There are a couple other properties in the same area that are better maintained, and I would recommend them first. The pool was right out side the room, it was open all night but had no lights. The unit itself was clean, but smelled of mildew. It took about 4 days for the smell to dissipate. It needs to be updated.

excellent location! it is on the water but not right next to the bar so its not as crazy. the pool is located right outside the patio and this place is stocked with anything you would need. Patti is incredibly easy to get a hold of and i cannot recommend this place enough!

Beautiful property with easy access to the beach, restaurants and bars! Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation! We definitely want to come back!

Sapphire is an excellent beach and home base, and the property was just as described and the ideal location within the overall complex, with close access to the pool and best sections of the beach.

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days for our honeymoon and everything was simply perfect. Patti communicated everything so well, was attentive and quick to respond when we had questions leading up to the trip. The condo is in a perfect location both on the property and on the island. The pool is a mere 30 feet straight out the back door and the ocean is just beyond it. The beach is only a quick 40 yards to the left. On the beach there is a bar/restaurant (with great fish tacos), a fancier restaurant, and pizza place. All 3 of these were great especially on chill days when we wanted to lay low. There’s another low key restaurant that’s just up the hill in the smaller condos. It was great as well. It felt like “the place the locals go.” The location on the island is perfect as well. The Sapphire marina is just a short stroll from the front door. There are plenty of boats there that do an assortment of excursions. It’s also in a great location because you’re 3 minutes from Red Hook, which has more great restaurants, some night life, a drug store, a small grocery store, and the ferry to St. John. (I would suggest going inland to The Marketplace grocery store for better prices on groceries. I also suggest renting a car before you go, it’s much cheaper than taxis. The condo is perfect for a couple looking to get away. We stayed for 10 days, and it was everything we could ask for. We most certainly will be back to the island, and this place will absolutely be our #1 option

We were looking for a nice place to stay on the beach that also had easy access to Red Hook ferry. We found what we were looking for and more. Beautiful beach with bar, breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots right on the property for those days we just wanted to hang out. Looking forward to returning soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Patti’s home. The location right on the beach was supreme. She was very helpful and responsive. Checkin and checkout were effortless. It was a much needed relaxing week spent at a beautiful location.

We love this property! The view is awesome and the location is great. This was our second time staying in this unit. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. We hope to be back next year.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The condo was clean and had amenities that were very helpful (snorkel gear, beach chairs & towels, cooler) that we took with us and used every day when we visited the many beautiful beaches on the island. Communication with the owner was great and we had no issues during our stay. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful condo that was right on the beach! Just steps to the pool and the views were outstanding! Condo had everything we needed for our stay, the porch overlooking the beach was awesome! Resort like amenities: 2 bars/restaurants and a small coffee shop. Great location in Red Hook - near the car ferry to take you to St John, close to groceries, restaurants and bars. We took a sailing/snorkeling trip out of the marina, which was just a block from the condo. Communication with owner was timely and helpful. We would recommend this stay to anyone visiting St. Thomas.

Traveling was terrible due to airline issues. Man did this place make up for it! It was literally heaven on earth. We could walk right out to the beach and pool. We lost a day due to airline issues and our hosts let us stay an extra day. They saved my birthday!

My husband and I love Sapphire Beach and loved this condo! The location is perfect. This was the first time that we chose to hang out at the pool instead of the beach. It was very relaxing listening to the waves crashing while taking in the beautiful views of the BVI and St. John. Check in was a breeze! Patti is a wonderful host, taking the initiative to give you all of the information before you check in so things run smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the future!

The space was clean, one of the many amenities included a set of toiletries that my step son was impressed with, very generous of the owner! The location was perfect for a short ride to red hook or local restaurants but also has three bar/ restaurants on site. Great view of the ocean while eating breakfast on the patio watching ships. Overall an excellent stay.

Walking out of your door and being on a beach is incredible!

In this condo, the pool is the main attraction being directly across from the entrance. But as luck had it the pool was closed for 4 days during our stay. Others staying near us were offered discounts for the inconvenience, but we were not. I know that the owner just found out about pool closing a few days before our arrival.

This was a host of 1st's for my husband and I. Our first ever trip out of the South and "out of the country ". Our first time on a plane! Everything about this stay was amazing. Our flight second flight, was canceled due to the hurricane.(The Stt airport refused to open(Better safe than sorry). We were first timers so we didn't want to chance missing the next flight, we slept at the airport. Crazy right?! Lol Luckily the next day and flight went off without a hitch. The home was exactly as pictured. Right from the porch to the beach. Everything that you could imagine needing, was provided!!! I mean everything. The views and location to everything was perfect! The taxi stand located at the front was so convenient. The host stayed in contact with me through every step until check-in and wow, I have never had that before(Another first)!! She checked on us, was aware of flight cancelations and gracious enough to understand and comp us for that, I can't thank her enough, didn't know how much that would come in handy. The diary thats in there is such an cool concept. Please dont stop doing that. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us, I really hope to return back to 102 soon. -Anthony & Keyshawnda

When we arrived we were a bit culture shocked. But Patti was amazing and heyhe property was clean and had everything we needed including the amazing view and stone throw from the beach and pool. We ended up having to stay an extra day due to the hurricane and tropical storm and Patti was such a sweetheart and helpful and super accommodating. We will never forget our 10 year anniversary and we will never stay anywhere else when we return!

This location was absolutely perfect! Right out front of the pool and adjacent to a beautiful beach with beach side bar and awesome snorkeling. Also, its a three-minute drive to a small strip mall with plenty of food options and the ferry to St John. I had called the owner because at first, we got lost and she was so kind and patient and ended up guiding me to where it was. I would definitely stay here again

This property is everything they say and more. Loved it and all the amenities this property offered. Will absolutely stay here again!!
