This place is bigger than what the pictures seemed, the neighborhood is very nice and we had no problems walking directly to downtown. I would love to move to that area but meanwhile we highly recommend the stay as it couldnt have been more perfect for the occasion. We all were very impressed with our stay!!!

Such a neat home with lots of character! In a perfect, quiet neighborhood that was perfect to stay with my mom and sister for a girls' trip while my son attended Space Camp. The location was perfect - a short drive or walk to downtown, great to get out for morning strolls, and easy access to the interstate. We enjoyed many local restaurants, making candles at Holtz, the french bakery, and the local microbreweries. We will be back!

The location was amazing! The house was spacious and easily accommodated our large group of 6 adults and 3 kids. I had quite a few questions and the Host Shannon was extremely responsive and helpful. The only bummer was that there is no backyard at all, but it was not advertised with one so I shouldn’t be surprised! Overall it was great and I would definitely recommend this house!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The house was so clean and we could tell great care was put in preparing for guests. The bedrooms are big! The only thing we didnt realize was that there are no TVs in the bedrooms. We just used our ipads and phones instead and it worked out fine. The neighborhood was quiet and cute. I would definitely reccomend this home for famlies!

Charming house with whimsical decorating touches in all the rooms of this restored historical property. Rooms are large and comfortable. The location is ideal for walking tours of the historic downtown district.

A beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Everything was perfect, plenty of room for a getaway with adult kids, beautifully decorated and spotless with comfy beds! Lots of fun places to eat and visit within walking distance. Shannon was so accommodating with communication and a change in dates! This is def a must stay for families of all ages!

My family most enjoyed the proximity to downtown and all the excellent food. I most enjoyed the walks in the historic sections of Huntsville. The house was clean clean clean and the beds comfortable. The size was perfect for my two tweens, my daughters and an infant as well as my grown son and his partner.

This property was large and had easy access to visiting old homes in the area as well as being convenient to walk to downtown restaurants.

Old Town Huntsville
This house is in a good location, close to downtown. The house is large with plenty of room for everyone. The only problem with the house is the AC controls are locked in boxes, so you have no control of the temperature settings.

Comfortable and Spacious
We had plenty of space for five adults and the little one. Everything was clean and comfortable in this historic house that had the modern amenities we needed. The neighborhood was great and convenient. The portable baby bed and some toys were a plus. The only suggestions we would make are to include some instructions for the tv and remotes and to wash the linens in unscented detergent.

UAH Graduation Visit
Home location was excellent. Home was clean and very unique. Parking was plentiful. Take note of description- there is no backyard. Front porch was nice and had seating. Kitchen was not very equipped if you want to cook- only one big bowl and very limited pots/pans.

Wedding Guest House for Family
Absolutely love the neighborhood and the house is beautiful. It was so nice that my mother in law could use her walker through out the ground level and had wide access door and bathroom downstairs. We enjoyed the dining room for local favorite pizza that’s only available in Huntsville! It was fun to see all the unique paintings through out the house. It was extremely convenient to The Weeden House.

Week stay for swim meet
We enjoyed our stay at the house. The only thing we didn’t realize was there was no backyard but rather a structure of other rental units. I was hoping there was a backyard where we could hang with the kids. Overall it was nice and convenient. We didn’t have the option of controlling the AC ourselves but the owner was very accommodating in adjusting it for us. We would come again. Thank you!

Property manager (Shannon) was great and very quick with responses. House was perfect for our trip. Updated furniture in the living room was about the thing we'd like to see different. Would stay here again for sure. Close proximity to downtown Huntsville.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was nicely put together and very clean. There was plenty of space for everyone as it's quite a large home. The location was great for our Huntsville activities. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for Huntsville visits
Our Bride Tribe loved staying there for a girls weekend during her shower festivities. They used the kitchen for gourmet meals and loved spoiling themselves in the updated bathrooms. Each bedroom has a personality so everyone had a personal space and the living area was fun and welcoming. Thank you
