Had my family of 7 for a 3 night skiing weekend. House was very comfortable and location was perfect. Steps to the Intown Lift and steps to Main St.

Can't get a better location to main st. Warm and great free parking outside the door. Great spa pool and short walk to town lift. Can almost ski to the house. Will be back.

Our second year in a row renting this idyllic spot - plenty of room, perfect location, and walking distance to the town lift. Perfect!

First of all, Angela and Todd are wonderful hosts. The communication was top notch and they were extremely accommodating. I reached out to Angela prior to our stay inquiring if the home had a Christmas tree since we would be spending the holiday there and we had our small children with us. She almost immediately responded informing me that they had ordered a pre lit tree and ornaments that would be delivered days before our arrival for us to decorate!! As for the home, it is a wonderful home and an amazing location. It is just blocks/walking distance from shops on Main St, Town Lift, the Transit Center, etc. The historical home is very well kept. Check in was a breeze and communication with the management company was easy. Park Ave is very well maintained during snow season and was adequately plowed/salted. Coming from south Louisiana, this was something that I was concerned with but was never a problem. Overall our stay was amazing and we highly recommend this home as well as Angel and Todd! We did have one small issue that is no fault of the owners or management company and that was that some neighbors (presumably) decided to use our trash cans as 'community' cans and filled them with their trash leaving us with little to no room for our trash. Contacted management team but there wasn't much to do as the trash didn't run until Friday. Again, this didn't affect our stay but just something to be aware of! The house was in a perfect location if you plan to be around Main Street. The hot tub was awesome! We had more than enough space for a family of 8. Property manager and owner communication was excellent and they were also accommodating. The only negative things was the house was not up to par with cleaning. Bed sheets on most of the beds were dirty with alot of dust, bugs and dirt. Also trash in some rooms were left behind from prior renters.

A beautifully maintained house, two blocks (less than 2 min walk) from the town lift for close to ski in/ski out access and one block from the restaurants/bars on Main Street. What's not to like!

The location could not be beat 1 block from town lift and walking distance to everything in PC. large house with plenty of room and well stocked with everything needed to make you feel at home. We loved every minute of the stay in the house and this trip will be hard to beat:)

Stayed here for 2 nights for ski trip and it was the perfect place to enjoy Park City. Right next to all the Main Street restaurants and 2 minute walk to the town lift at Park City Mountain. Highly recommend this place. Has 9 beds!

While everyone else is taking trollies or walking long distances to the Town Lift, those at this property will have it so easy! This property was everything we hoped it would be and our annual ski vacation was one of the best. It'd be difficult to find a house closer to the ski lifts, restaurants, bars, etc. Everything is close walking distance. The house itself has plenty of beds. The showers were particularly nice. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There are plenty of Roku TV's, seating, appliances, etc. It was nice that the home had basic spices and oils available for use. We used all of the amenities, including the grill and hot tub. Everything was in working order.

Absolutely perfect house for our family, right in old town, walk to the town lift. Everything we needed including plenty of beds/ three full baths/hot tub/ great kitchen. Both the property manager and the owner were quickly responsive to questions. Hope to return soon!

We stayed at Downtown Park City 1/01/2022-1/06/2022. We are a family of 8 with kids ranging in age from 18-25. I'll start with the good because it really helps to overlook the things we were not so happy with. The house is at the center of everything. You are a 4 minute walk to the town lift (for intermediate skiers) and minutes to restaurants, bars, etc. After a long day of skiing it was fabulous to not have to get in the car at night. With that said, there were some issue with the house. Although two of the bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated, the house is not "modern". The description boasts three full baths and while there are actually three full baths, the shower in the main floor bathroom is.....painful. My two boys ended up using the master bath because they said the water in the shower actually hurt. There is a washer and dryer in the house but the dryer doesn't work well. We had to run the dryer multiple times for anything to actually dry. Additionally, the TV's and the fire place were not in working order. To the properties defense, we didn't communicate any issues with the owner as we were there for five short days and didn't want to spend valuable time with minor inconveniences. A few other things that should be pointed out.... The main floor has a very small bedroom with a daybed and pull out trundle. In order to get to the loft you must walk through the small bedroom. The loft has a narrow and steep stairway. This wasn't an issue for us but should be pointed out. There is a fully updated bathroom in the loft. The master bedroom is downstairs. It is a good size and has a small sitting area and a desk. The mattress is probably due for an upgrade. Parking is an issue. We had to drive to the mountain everyday as we had a beginner skier in our group. As there is no driveway or garage you must park on the street. We had a large SUV and street parking was difficult. Maybe it was the time of year that we visited but two of the days we had to park a few streets down. The street is also one way so we had to circle a few times. After a full day at the mountain stressing about where we were going to park was just....annoying. Ultimately, the true draw to this house is its location.

Our family of nine stayed at this property for skiing, snowboarding, and time together. It was wonderful! Everyone had a comfortable bed. There was ample bathroom space. The kitchen is outfitted with everything we reached for. We even baked a birthday cake one night! The charm and personality of this old miner’s cottage are lovely, and it is a very short walk to rent gear, catch the Town Lift, and go to shops. Thank you for a beautiful amd cozy spot to gather our family!

You cannot beat the location of this home. Our party was small, but it could sleep a dozen easily. We loved both the historic charm and the interior renovations that were done with care to preserve the home’s history. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to rent here in winter or summer.

We’d love to return to this property! Our family skied for a week. This charming but modernized house is 3 easy blocks to walk from the PC Townlift, which you can also take down the mountain if you have beginner skiers in your group. The house had everything, and the kitchen exceeded our expectations. Everything about this house & our experience was quality. During the pandemic, we also valued having separate housing, no shared common spaces with people outside our bubble. We cooked & did take out. And the hot tub was so relaxing after skiing! Lower level has 1 luxurious bathroom for a master bedroom & a bunk bed room, which has a door leading to the hot tub. Main floor is open plan with comfortable living room, dining table, small bar, and modern kitchen. There is a daybed off the kitchen & a bathroom off on dining room. Upstairs is 1 full bed & 4 twin beds in one shared space with an updated bathroom. Thank you for making our getaway so easy!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. I personally love the historical nature of the house. Being close to town and restaurants was definitely a bonus. We also enjoy the hot tub that was definitely a good addition. Wood book this house again!! 😊

Very charming. Great hot tub and location. Great kitchen. Stairs are steep and lots of reasons to be on your toes with little kids. I would not recommend for kids under 4 but truly loved it. We were just always worried about a trip and fall into, or a broken antique. We REALLY ENJOYED OUR stay. Just ran around a lot. Thank you for having us.

Our two families had a fantastic two week stay at this property. The very few issues were dealt with promptly and effortlessly. I highly recommend this property for it’s location - a short walk to the town lift and Main St. We had a very comfortable stay.

The location --- you cannot ask for more, at the heart of everything, restaurants, shopping, ski rentals, lift... The house--- clean and well taken care of... Check in and out --- a breeze, friendly and professional Reservation --- perfect We had a great time. WE travel to ski and rest... hot tub is a must. We greatly enjoyed our six night stay at your property of 614 Park Ave. Everything in your charming historic home worked perfectly and it’s location in relation to downtown and the town ski lift couldn’t be better really. Being one block off of Main Street it was very private and quiet too. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed to cook many meals there. Your home will be our first choice in which to stay for our next trip to town. Thank you for helping to make our ski vacation amazing. Peace!

Easy walk to the town lift. Right in the heart of town for dinner. Living room was large enough to accommodate entertainment by some and catching up on work emails by others. Hot tub was heated and ready to go upon arrival.

You cannot beat the location of this property. Our group of 8 adults fit comfortably and enjoyed being so close to everything. And luckily the town runs back to town opened on our first day!

I don't think you could get a single family house any closer to the Town Lift. Perfect location. While the home may not be newer, it has plenty of charm and a lot of room to spread out. The home was well stocked with everything that we needed and the manager was very accommodating. We will return!
