What a wonderful location and home for a family vacation. The house was a perfect size for a large family with space for everyone to gather together or have alone time. We will be back for sure.

We had two priorities for a late December trip from Ohio: 1. It had to be on the beach. 2. We needed a fence so our dog could roam and enjoy the weather as well. This house hit the mark and more. Very comfortable. We brought the in-laws down for a few days as well, and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy some relaxation and much needed sun. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This is one of the better houses we have stayed in. The location on the beach and for going out is the best. We had four families and there is amble space for privacy and coming together for meals and family time. The pool was enjoyed by everyone and is private, which is nice. We had one problem, the refrigerator in main kitchen didn't work, but there was a backup and it was replaced with a new one in a timely manner. There are no futons and some of the furniture needs replaced but we were very comfortable. We will definitely try to get this house again. This house is well kept and clean. Thank you for making our vacation one of the best we have had

Our family of 19 stayed at this property for a week. We had a great time with the house right on the beach and a small pool on our patio. There are lots of places to eat snd shop for souvenirs within walking distance. Other shopping is a short drive away. Our ages ranged from 2-73! Best week ever! We had a few “issues” but with a phone call maintenance took care of them. There are quite a few household items that you need to provide yourself… overall, great place for a large group.

Property is even better in person. We had a wonderful time in PCB! Pool and beach were perfect. Definitely be back.

whole family came down- There is not sleeping for 20, but we made do with what was there.

6 years later, our family welcomed the opportunity to stay in this house again for a week of spring break vacation. Everything was very clean, plentiful supplies of towels in all bathrooms and kitchen and beds were all very comfortable that we slept in. The pool is not heated (we knew this in advance) and given the cold temps at night this time of year in March, we were not able to make use of it at all during our stay. The only challenge we encountered was a stable wifi internet connection, during the weekdays, where it was impossible to remain connected for more than a few minutes on all of our devices. The property manager was excellent at communicating via text messages during our stay when we reached out with questions. This home is literally on the beach ... one of the things we love the most is the incredible location and view! The outdoor closet on the patio had lots of items that have been left by prior renters ... beach umbrellas, a wagon, pool floaties, etc. which was a nice perk. Only suggestions we would have would be: provide a bottle opener in the kitchen, a newer set of knives as they were all quite dull and hard to cut with, a stable/reliable wifi connection in the home, and a garage door opener. Being able to park in the garage is very nice, but required us going in and out the front door to open it via the interior of the garage. The refrigerator upstairs is also very noisy at times, for anyone who would occupy the upstairs space and bedrooms.

We had an amazing time in Panama City Beach. We loved the house and the location. Part of our family were not able to make it which probably ended up being a positive. It is a spacious home but 20 would have been tight. It was very well stocked. Despite some cooler and rainy days, our grandkids still had a wonderful time.

We had 13 adults ,2 ages 9,12 and 2 little ones . We enjoyed the house and pool even tho weather was lil cool .We love the location and being just steps away from ocean was great ! Was jus couple issues kitchen faucet loose ,the sliding door going out from living room was hard to open/ close ,and some the rooms the cable/ satellite TV didn't work ,and parking was lil tight for house that sleeps 20 especially like us we had suburban, and 2 - 4 door pickups and small suv ! Can fit 5 vehicles if needed really but not all big ones .1 in garage 2 in grass in front and other 2 in driveway! But all and all I'd give it a 5 🌟 overall! And we would definitely stay again if possible! Lawson Beach vacation '22

Location was great. The pool was smaller than expected but great for the kids. Not a lot of parking for the amount of people this house sleeps. We managed but it was tight. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location to everything in PCB. Plenty of room for our whole family. Thanks for letting us stay, we had a great time.

The property was excellent the location, the room, just everything about it was awesome. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the house was not that good. We just went to Walmart bought a bunch of cleaning products and cleaned it up real good. After that we had the best time ever. We also left the house spotless for the next one. Definitely would rent again.

Property is spacious, and inside had everything we needed for a week vacation! The separate living spaces upstairs and downstairs were great for everyone to have their own space. The beach is just a short walk and is well-maintained in front of the house. The pool was cold in April but was nice to have/lounge around. Property could use some TLC (I.e. light fixtures need changed outside and inside, kitchen faucet leaks, could use a deep clean, etc.) but nothing that ruined our trip or warranted contacting the management company. Would be nice if the property included chairs/umbrellas for guests who fly in to use at the beach. We would not hesitate to use this property again! Thank you!

Lock on the front upstairs deck did not work I fixed it with WD-40. The kitchen sink was clogged they tried 2 times to fix but couldn’t some lights needed fixed burned out the toilet in the master suite kept running but with all of that I would stay there again but a different time of the year a lot closed for the season

Big house, great location. Plenty of room for the whole gang. All the conveniences of home at our fingertips. Plenty of bed sheets and towels. We were only missing kitchen towels so we used bathroom hand towels to dry dishes. Some tips for future renters; the houses and condos in that area are on top of each other. I would suggest bringing fans or something that would drown out noise while you sleep. Lots of parties going on all around us. This of course, is not the fault of the home owners, just a suggestion to make your stay better. On arrival, we had some cleanliness issues. We found lots of hair and lots of sand...everywhere. I don't know if they forgot to sweep and vacuum or what. Yes, I know we were at the beach. However, we go to the beach often and I have never seen that much sand and hair on arrival. I did not contact the management company. We just wiped every thing down, cleaned up as we unpacked and went on with our vacation. The cleanliness issue is the only reason I did not give this home 5 Stars. I will admit, I am extremely picky in this area. I love my rentals spotless. The outdoor area of this home is nice. It's right beside a public access ramp but the owners have put up a privacy fence. This keeps the nosey people from checking out your belongings. We felt safe keeping our beach chairs, floats, towels, etc. within the patio area. Access to the beach is just a few short steps away. PCB has some of the best beaches around. So go and enjoy! If you have pets, take them along. The home is very pet friendly as well.

It’s was all good the whole time. The only thing was that the cleaning crew when we went to check in made us wait an hour to get in.

I was looking for a beach house on the beach to bring all my kids and families together to celebrate my 75 birthday. There was 12 adults and 2 Kids, 6 and 12. We had four cars and needed parking for all of them. It was kind of tight but we made it work. . Having the upstairs made it nice to put some of the younger people up there as the steps were a little steep. The big master suite on the first floor is awesome. Sliding door onto patio and pool. The other rooms are small but they worked. The bathrooms are stocked very well with lots of towels. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is very private and no problem with noise even with the public beach access close by. My 6 old grandson wanted me to live there, and he also loved the pool. Now he lives in Tampa and has a beautiful pool in their back yard and he told his mom and dad he liked this pool better. Out of the mouth of babes. The beach is a nice walk, especially up and down the hill to the beach but the younger ones had no problem just grandma !!!! The kitchen is a good size for families to gathered cook and chat. There were a few issues, the grill was filthy and the pull out bed upstairs was broken. We did not call about it. Just didn't use them.. Was disappointed not to be able to use the grill.. The landscaping is a lot to be desired, lots of dead plants, bushes , was hoping for more of a Floridian flare as coming from Michigan. Over all my family enjoyed their time and many memories were made with my kids.

This property had it all! A pool, wonderful patio furniture and gate straight out to the beautiful beach. The only slight situation we had was one of the rooms was shown as having a full size bunk bed layout and upon arrival it did not. It threw our plan for sleeping arrangement off slightly but we quickly got it figured out and it was ok.

Had a wonderful stay! Very nice house and very convenient to the beach. We had twelve people in our party and the house was very spacious.

BEACH HOME WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND LOTS OF ROOM FOR LARGE FAMILIES. WE LOVED BEING ABLE TO WALK STRAIGHT OUT TO THE BEACH FROM THE HOUSE. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!

This house was great for our needs. It was not in the hotel zone so it was not busy around us which was perfect. Close enough to everything we needed. Great access to the beach. Parking was a little tight for 5 cars but we made it work. Only thing we wished for was a heated pool but we made do. If we come back to the area this house will be at the top of the list.

We loved the house. It was right on the beach and close to the pier and the stores. The house was big enough for 4 families. The property manager was responsive and even accomadated early check in.

Beautiful view, plenty of room, well stocked, family fun, on beach - just walk outside and open gate and onto beach, pool too cold in March but some kids fought off chills and swam..., same with ocean! Minor issues only with house- toilet paper low (bring your own tp and paper towels), some tv issues, warm downstairs, and cold upstairs.... all very minor for such a beautiful view and beach right outside door. Also groceries, souvenirs, and restaurants all within five minute drive. Great family fun!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, and more than enough rooms to support our family. The backyard opens up to the ocean and the view and proximity to the water can't be beat.

My husband and I, along with our dog, spent 10 nights at this property. The house is large with two kitchens and two living areas. The best part is that it is right on the beach with no stairs to get to the water. You just open the gate and walk out. It has a fenced in yard for dogs. The pool is small and unheated, but we didn’t mind. Wifi is great. The house is stocked with most everything we needed. We hope to rent this one again!

Booked last minute, and was fortunate to find this great beach home. We only brought 4 adults and 2 children (and one new puppy) but this spacious place would easily hold twice that. Loved the quick walk right out to the beach. The private pool was nice, but a little too cool with temp in the mid-70’s. Very nicely furnished, with everything you would need. Usually stay on 30A, but this home makes us want to visit this area again next year!
