Great communication, very clear instructions and house had everything we needed. Close to several attractions. Home was clean, and extremely comfortable.

This was our second stay at this home and again the house is very nice and situated only yards from the lake. The Plush towels and great memory foam mattresses and a well stocked kitchen made it perfect as well. As I simply love a wood burning fireplace, the shed full of wood is a huge bonus! My only complaint is that since our first trip there there has been a modification on the fireplace of a steel insert (for efficiency/safety I assume) and that drastically cuts down on the size and charm of the fireplace. Still love the place and would highly recommend .

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s the perfect size for the six of us. The house is clean. It has a comfortable big couch that can fit everyone. And a working wood fireplace that is great to use. The views of the lake in the morning can’t be beat especially when it snows like when we were there. We will definitely be back again.

Check in was a breeze because the host was very informative on the check in peocess. The place appeared thoroughly cleaned and cozy. The large lounge couch in the living room is wonderful, but it could use an update as there is a lot of wearing (but not the cushions! They were great). I honestly loved staying here... it was quiet and exactly what i was hoping for, very relaxing. The only negative is that some of the queen beds seemed on the smaller queen size, so we had 2 people sleep on the couch (since it is so large!). Ultimately, I would definitely stay here again if they will have me!! Thank you!

Everything about the trip was great, Host was very responsive to txt and calls to help out. Front gate workers gave one of us an issue trying to check in and we’re not very friendly/helpful, even though they were listed as a guest. However, everything else about the trip was as expected, the place and host were amazing.

The house and setting were beautiful! We had plenty of room to sprawl out and everything we needed in the house. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, Jarlath got back to me in lightning speed! Highly recommend.

The house is great! My family enjoyed the game room. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed watching the deer. We would highly recommend staying there. Easy drive to anywhere in the Poconos. The lake is so quiet. It is gated with a security guard 24/7 so we felt very safe.

I shared my first experience. This is our second time. This time around, the weather was much nicer, and that we got to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The place is clean AND LOADED with amenities. There's laundry machines, even kayak and paddle boat. Lots board games, selection of movies and books to read. The owners really understand what guests are looking to do at their place. Trust me, not many vacation-home owners are this meticulous. PS: No, I dont know them personally.

My third rental of this house. A short stay this time but we were able to get the needed relaxation we were looking for. The house gives us everything we could want plus the lake views and sunsets are awesome. Will return again in the future!

Stayed here September 18-20. Super clean well-equipped home with great fire pit, wood burning fireplace in the living room and nice new gas fireplace in the huge billiard/game room. Row boat and kayaks as well. Kids can catch perch, catfish, sunnies, and small bass from the backyard shore (worms and bobber). Larger bass and pickerel around the island a short distance from the backyard. Homeowner answers any questions immediately. We love this place and you will too.

Went for a boys weekend to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. We had a blast. Amazing house and property with great views. Several kayaks available for use, awesome firepit, and an amazing gameroom with pool table and games. The owner/manager was extremely helpful with preparing us for our stay. Loved it!!!

We enjoyed all aspects of the home and location. Host was responsive and accomodating.

Cois Locha is a lovely home -- my family took full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, the outdoor grill, the huge deck, the mini-fleet of kayaks, the lakeside patio & firepit, and last but not least, the game room's star attraction: the billiards table! A great time was had by all!

Had a great relaxing time with the family- we enjoyed the beautiful lake and the wildlife- also enjoyed kayaking and fishing-house had everything we needed - this was our second stay and we plan on a third!

The backyard was awesome! We enjoyed the kayaks and the closeness to the lake. We had visits from lots of animals like ducks, geese and deer. The house was nice and the owner very responsive. Well stocked and lots of amenities with the property. We had a really nice time.

This is a great property situated well on Dresser Lake. The property does not have air but did not need it at all. Tons of community amenities. Ideally located near mt airy casino and mt pocono. A pleasant drive to francis walter dam or bushkill falls. Kayaks and rowboat and plenty of life vests made the lake easily accessible. Back deck and lower patio were gorgeous amd comfortable. Wild life a plenty. We had visiting geese ducks and many deer that walk right through the property. Which was an amazing treat. Host was exceptional and highly responsive. Kitchen was very well equiped with every pot pan utensil and gadget you will need. Plenty of plates bowls cups silverware mixing bowls etc. Bonus that we were not required tobmakenor strip beds or pre clean before leaving. Floor plan has 1 bedroom on main floor with large seperate 4 piece bath. 2 more bedrooms on second floor that share a jack and jill with 3pc bath. Cute little loft space. Main floor has open floor plan. Large comfortable living room. Ample dining are and large table. Well appointed kitchen. Very large game room with sesring pool table board games. 1 wood fireplace 1 gas fire place 4 sets of sliding door opening to beautiful view of lake. Cons. Beds were more double than queen. Lake fishing wasnt great

Everything that was shown was there. It was so nice walking out the back and being able to fish. Only complaint which was my fault was not seeing there wasn’t any air. Wasn’t too hot but kids rooms did get humid being in the loft

This home is as beautiful as pictured, nicely equipped, neat as a pin, and the owner is friendly and responsive. We've just come home from our third stay and hope to return again soon.

The place was clean. Plenty of firewood for fires by the lake. Overall a great visit.

We enjoyed out stay and had a great time relaxing, fishing, playing pool and cards. The amenities were as described. Minor problem with the read-out on the stove. Jalrath was quick to respond and resolve any issues. We love when there is both plenty to do and a comfortable setting if you simply plan to do nothing. As others have mentioned---the check-in staff could use some customer service skills. They are the introduction to the properties and could be more welcoming---we should not be an inconvenience, The gate person we encountered when we missed a turn and tried to reenter the property was very accommodating and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay (caught a huge bass!) and hope to be back soon.

Went with the family for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of indoor activities to entertain the kids once we pooped them out with outdoor activities :). House was also well maintained and clean. Highly recommend!

Very nice, comfortable, well appointed home for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed using the patio and fire pit on the lakefront. While indoors, the pool table provided fun, family entertainment. The living room and fireplace were just right for lounging and reading on a cool, blustery afternoon.
