This is our 3rd year staying here and love it! Always enjoy our stay Great for kids grandkids and dog.

The townhouse itself was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 7 kids. Kids LOVED the downstairs bedroom. Everything was very clean and kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for making meals. The owner was great too and helpful with reminders of when to get the trash out. The o Lu downside was the location. We typically go to Seashore state park so the drive was a little further than we would’ve liked and traffic seemed backed up all the time. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Twelve of us spent the week together and enjoyed the home, community, pool, and amenities. The kitchen was stocked, the house was clean, and had ample space for 3 families. It was a great time and we would stay here again.

The townhouse was very clean. There were 10 of us and the open design gave us plenty of room. We did not feel crowded at all. The lower level bedroom was absolutely fantastic for the kids. They loved having their own bedroom and at the same time being together. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Game room was a plus. Totally recommend. Would stay again!

Perfect! The property is well maintained and the owner was excellent communicating all important/ relevant information timely and accurately This is our 2nd annual trip and it easily holds our family of 6 adults and 3 kids Minutes away from Bethany beach and the Stateparks as well as lots of restaurants/ bars and grocery stores (Salted rim/ Off the hook/unhooked/ Amato were some of our favs)

This was our 2nd year staying here. We really enjoy the Millville/Ocean View area, and this is a great house.

Very accommodating home for children and pets!

Home was very accommodating for 8 adults and 5 children. The home was located near a couple of beaches, Bethany, Fenwick Island, Dewey and Rehoboth so you had your choices depending on what you wanted to do. Plenty of things there to do. Rooms were spacious enough for families to spread out, plenty of games there and DVD's for families to take advantage of it they needed it, but we had a beautiful weather week so indoor things were not needed. Appliances worked great and pantry was a nice plus as well as the pool was perfect to take advantage of also. Only thing missing was the fridge in the garage which would have been helpful, but most have recently been removed because it was in the writeup. 3 1/2 bathrooms was a dream. Loved the area.

Enjoyed our stay, enough room for everyone. Good kitchen supplies. Wish the refrigerator had a water dispenser.

Owner is very customer service oriented . He responds to any inquiry you have in at most two minutes. Matt is a very nice person

The condo was cleaner then I expected and more then enough room for all including the dog. Although could use a new couch.enjoyed our stay.

The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with things needed for the beach (chairs, sand toys, etc.). The location was a short drive to Bethany Beach and the host was very quick to respond to any questions. There is also a grocery store in walking distance, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful property for our family. It was able to accommodate our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The first floor teen room was great for the kids. They got to spend great quality time with each other. It was very clean and the kitchen equipped to cook at home.

House had plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood was exceptionally friendly. Very dog friendly. Great location!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house for a week. Matt was very responsive to any questions I had. The house is in a great location, and had everything that we needed. We appreciated all of the games and puzzles in the house, as well as some beach supplies in the garage! The pool was also great and a short walk from the house. We would definitely stay again!

Overall we are very satisfied with the stay. It is a great location in terms of how close it is to town/beach. The access to the pool is also great and we were pleased with all the space in the house. If you are picky about your pillows, make sure to bring your own - this was one of the biggest issues for me as I like a medium-firm pillow. Other than that, it was great and a good value for the rental!

Rental property was great. Accommodated the whole family comfortably. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Property had all we needed including a game room, chairs for beach and boogie boards. Will stay here again

This house has everything and more for a family vacation. Roomy and clean with everything you need for a beach vacation. Safe place for kids and pets. Only minutes away from the beach. Will definitely rent again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Close to all beaches and plenty of other activities with in minutes.

Beautiful house, good owner experience.

We made this our home for one month, while we were between a home closing and a home opening. This home is so well cared for, spacious and clean. Great for a family and the location is perfect, shopping and beach all so close. Homeowners are so attentive and available to answer any questions. We had a great stay.

Great location! Fun family get away!

The property was lovely what you see is what you get. The home was clean and plenty of space for my family. I received the code for the house the night before so check in was easy and contactless. The property had awesome neighbors who were very friendly and so were the grocery people which was located only two minutes away and right across the street there was another grocery store located next to a bar, liquor store,subway and a few other stores. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped for the thanksgiving meal I prepared for my family. There were a few chill out places. One being the main living area, another by the kitchen and another outside on the deck which has a picnic table as well as a few other end tables and chairs. The beds were extremely comfy in each and every room. I was most grateful because this home was a dog friendly house. It’s hard to find nice homes that are pet friendly. I don’t need to contact the owner for anything but I would like to thank them. This was a lovely get away for my family who has been stuck in the house due to Covid. We had to provide our own sheets, towels and wash clothes but we need this prior to check in and during these times of covid it’s best this wAy. The extra bonus were we weren’t far from the outlets so we got to do some extra shopping. Would definitely use this rental again.

I rented this home as a surprise getaway for my family since we've all been couped up in our homes due to COVID and we loved it here! The home looked just like the pictures and there was so much space in the house. We were able to spread out and not be on top of each other. The dogs loved the space as well. It just felt "homey." There's a lot of steps and some of my family members knees really bothered them so if you have elderly people in your family, it may be a little difficult for them but definitely perfect for younger families with kids. We loved that every room had a tv and the dogs loved going out on the deck. Matt, the owner was so nice and very prompt and responsive to all my questions throughout the reservation process and through our stay. We would recommend staying here!

The house is great and has everything you need to cook, etc. Lots of beds and space to spread out. We loved the shuffleboard table!
