Wanda advertised her property as newly renovated plenty of room for the whole family. We loved the new renovations the beautiful hardwood floors and plenty of bedding for everyone. The basement (2nd family room) was very cozy and comfortable. If I had to recommend anything I would say the couch in the main family room could be larger but would had a blast and would rent there again And again.

Our stay was truly amazing! We had a great skiing & snowshoeing weekend with family. Our friends own a house in the same neighborhood so the location was perfect. The house was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Thank you so much Wanda!! We will definitely book again next year.

This property is great, pictures are an actual reflection of the condo. Plenty of room to spread out, relax and close to Loon , shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

The townhouse was great. Very spacious, location fantastic for skiing at Loon. There is even a shuttle to the mountain. So close by. The finished basement is a whole other living area with its own living room bedroom and bathroom. Everything we needed was there in terms of kitchen utensils and cookware. Great long weekend spent with the family. Would definitely rent again!

What a great property! It is everything that you expect it to be, plus more! First of all, the house is immaculate! The cleaning lady, Sarah, was double checking the unit when we arrived at 4pm to make sure it was all set and it was! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great during the hot summer days, the water was hot, the ping pong table got a lot of use and everything we needed to enjoy a meal was in the cabinets. The location right off Main Street was fantastic! Everything in the Lincoln/Woodstock area is all within 15 minutes of you. The area around the property was quiet and walking was great. The pool/exercise room is right up the street and, also, very clean and nice! Wanda was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions! We are already considering another visit to the same place for next year! I hate to recommend it so highly because everyone will want to rent it and it will be tough to book, but I can't tell a lie!! We really enjoyed ourselves!

This place was perfect for our family getaway (4 adults and 4 kids under 10). It has everything we needed plus some. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, large dining room table and open to the living room. There are no photos of the deck, but it's a lot larger than expected (spans the entire width of the condo). The place was very clean and spacious. Wanda was extremely responsive to any questions I had before and during my stay. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we return.

Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Lots of games for rainy afternoons.

Great Stay at the property which is located in the heart of Lincoln and yet is secluded from the everyday hustle which provides privacy for a Nice intimate stay. The house itself was very clean and tidy and the property manager was quite responsive. She responded to our questions even at 9:30 in night on a long weekend and sent in maintenance person to fix a light bulb. The townhouse community has nice amazing amenities in the form of indoor and outdoor pools, Tennis courts , Gym and Game room. Overall well managed and would love to come back.

The property was great, very clean and tidy and had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as was the rest of the house. Enjoyed having a beer on the deck as we had great weather. Was also thankful for the air conditioning, as we had days in the 90s. Wanda was very helpful answering questions and accommodating us with a last minute booking. We highly recommend this property.

We had an awesome time staying at Wanda’s property! The location was perfect - we never had to drive more 5 minutes to get anywhere. The house was spacious yet cozy. The large kitchen table was a great place for 6 old friends to catch up. The large deck provide a fantastic view of the stars at night. We will be back!

Nice house in great location. Modern floors. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable and esthetic master bedroom. Very nice reclining furniture. Only negatives: garage was not clean (however rest of the house was fine) and ping pong table there could use maintenance. Also one of the couches was somewhat falling apart. Would stay here again.

Communication with owner was great very responsive ! Rental location was central to everything unit was immaculate kitchen was well stocked with every kitchen gadget beds were very comfortable plenty of linens. Amazing family vacation !!! We will definitely be back !!!

My family and I just got back from a great week in Lincoln. The condo was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The condo is also close to some of our favorite restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back.

The condo was perfect for our group of 8 golfers, everything neat, clean, spacious, nice large HDTV's with kitchen adjoining large comfortable living room. Owner answered all our questions and had a guest book with details on the Sports Club, wifi password, etc. We will be coming back!

Great condo! Spotless. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. 3.5 bathrooms. Very complete kitchen. Nice gas fireplace. Spacious deck with gas grill. Clubhouse pool at 81 degrees, big Jacuzzi. Great time!

We have stayed on this property multiple times and it never disappoints. Everything about it is great. It’s always spotless, the location is perfect and the property owner is a pleasure to deal with.

We have 5 boys, so finding a place that can comfortably accommodate our family isn't easy. This condo was perfect for us and had all of the amenities you could want for a family. We particularly liked the close proximity to the pool, basketball, tennis and the quiet nature of the neighborhood. We would highly recommend Wanda and her condominium and hope to stay here in the future.

We had a lovely getaway for 4th of July week. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing, we couldn't have been more pleased with the size and roominess as well as the location in Lincoln. We've traveled and stayed in the Lincoln/Loon area for many years and wanted to stay someplace new. Forest Ridge is a beautiful, private community of homes that was perfect for our family. Homeowner left a welcome bag for us in the kitchen full of snacks, which was a nice touch. Having use of the pool and gym was a plus as well. We will definitely be back!
