The price and the location were great. There were a few relatively minor issues. The wifi didn't reach our end of the property and we could not get an adequate response about it from prop manager. The washer and dryer seemed to be at the end of their life. They worked with some finagling, but it might be time for new ones. Many of the outlets did not work. Also, the sauna at the property does not get nearly hot enough. But, having said all that we would consider returning to the property

Excellent location! Steps from Main Street and also directly across from ski into town trail, which makes leaving the mountain at the end of the day a breeze. Property staff was friendly and welcoming. Easy check in and out process.

The unit was perfect for our needs, but a few, inexpensive updates could make this unit so much better. The "beds" need new mattresses as they sink towards the middle and are just worn out. However, we didn't spend much time indoors and the location definitely offset the need for a few, minor updates.

After driving for hours, we found out the I-70 was closed and there was no way to get to Breckenridge. We had had return to Denver and pay for a hotel- The following day, we were able to make after hours of bumper to bumper traffic.- The instructions for checking in were very lengthy and confusing; it took us several phone calls and about 45 minutes to get the keys from a lockbox. We finally got help from a person at the front desk- When we got in; we didn’t have the parking permit that was supposed to be inside. I had to call again, and was told it would be delivered to the front desk- When checking out at 7:30 am, once again we couldn’t open the lockbox to leave the keys; so we left them at the front desk and notified the management immediately- Next thing we know, we got charged and extra $100 for missing keys and cleaning fee because there was some spilled soda in the fridge; even though we cleaned every dish, folded and put away every sheet and blanket- I contacted management about the extra fee but they did not reconsider at all- Avoid this rental as much as possible! Not worth it!

This is the second time we have stayed at the River Mountain Lodge. This condo is in the perfect location (near the hot tub)!

We loved the free heated garage but we only took the car out once to the market. This location was perfect to ski out and back to front door at end of day and for a beautiful evening stroll to many amazing downtown restaurants at night. We hope to return every year at Xmas from now on

Within a 5-10 minute walk from restaurants, pubs, and shops. Literally dozens of hiking trails within a 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a bit difficult with the lockboxes. Once in the room I tried to put a fan in the window and the screens fell out, reached out to management and no one ever showed up, came back from a day out and the screen was in the courtyard (total safety issue). Carpet could use a good scrubbing and keys were deactivated the day before check out

Great for a small family (2 adults and 6/8 year old kids. The main town street is literally a stone’s throw away from the resort. Also there are two arcades right across the river, which worked out great for our boys. Walked to a few trails in Breck, no need to drive. The rental was clean, about 50 feet to the pool/hot tub and had everything we needed. If you’re looking to cook while you’re there, bring along some spices but they had S&P there. Also recommend to stop by Walmart in Frisco, as the groceries in Breck can be a pricey! All in all, we are extremely pleased with the rental and looking forward to staying here again.

When we arrived the parking pass was not in the room. We called management and they said they would have one delivered to the room. Pass was never delivered and we ended up having the front desk write us a temporary one. The room is small but manageable with the Murphy bed, however the Murphy bed did not fold up all of the way. It protruded quite a bit causing us to try and barricade it so that it didn't flop down unexpectedly. Large sections of the carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed. The vacuum in the room puffed out a large puff of dust when I tried to vacuum using the vacuum in the room. The kitchen and laundry worked without issue. Front Desk staff was courteous and helpful.

It’s also one block from Breck’s awesome downtown. Superb location! The building is decent with some nice amenities. It’s certainly nice to have dedicated, underground parking, for example. It does show its age; this will not be mistaken for a 5-star hotel.Before I comment on the unit itself, I will acknowledge that it was very reasonably-priced, especially for the superb location, and we had relatively modest expectations. Pros: clean, very quiet, ample kitchen & dining space, high-quality kitchen appliances, decent bathroom, relatively well-stocked (tissue, TP, paper towels, cooking utensils, etc.). Cons: shows it age, the Murphy Bed didn’t fold up into the wall due to the larger size mattress (which was comfortable!) which rendered it silly & useless as it takes up way too much footprint when it’s down; lacking many low-cost furnishings that would make this a more usable unit such as a dresser, a second nightstand, luggage racks, a second towel bar in the bathroom, etc. The owner or manager should give more thought to the question, “how can we make this a nicer experience for our guests?” I would say the same for the building itself, for example in the hot tub area, there are no towel hooks. Small details, but these are things that make a difference and it’s hard to believe that I’m the first person to think of these things. (I hope not!)Overall, the excellent location and reasonable price outweighed the irritations I noted above. We WOULD stay again, keeping our expectations in check.

Overall, the unit and its’ location is excellent. My companion said the bed (and pillows) was the most comfortable mattress ever slept on. My complaints, if I was to call it that, is: •Don’t scrimp on cheap paper towels and cheap toilet paper. One WILL use twice as much of the cheaper variety to the do the same “job” as a thicker version. •The fan doesn’t work •There isn’t a flat spatula to flip eggs

The main bed is a fold away bed that wouldn’t close properly so it took up most of the main space and was a constant trip hazard, not to mention the worst possible mattress to sleep on that I’ve ever had to use! We will definitely not be staying here ever again

Terrible experience. No heat in room. Bed and sofa very uncomfortable. Found a new place to stay- couldn’t stay. And most likely will not be reimbursed for the 2 nights I already paid for.

Perfect place! Excellent location, the room has everything you need and the check in was very easy. Love the guidebook, so helpful! Will definitely be back.

Loved this condo. Great for two people. Has everything you need for for sleeping, bathing, every cooking utensil you could possibly need for cooking or baking, and for just hanging out and spending quality time. Had so much fun!

Slept on cushions on the floor the last night, and felt much better.Blinds did not work, and I had to turn each louver individually. The thermostat did not appear to work, and the room was cold. Lockbox was confusing to figure out late at night in a dark hallway. I finally got it, thank goodness. Need a better system.
