Beautiful condo, enjoyed time on the covered patio… view to the ocean. Easy access to the beach. This condo was equipped with everything we needed, and more! Happy to find the condo was as described, nice and clean! Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing we’d change would be the weather. Otherwise, we found the unit to be exceptionally clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds clean and comfortable and and furniture

The management was a quick phone call away and give us the updated codes. The beach is just a quick walk over the boardwalk directly behind the property.

Property was as listed on the VRBO website. Fully stocked kitchen was wonderful. Lots of pillows and towels (although the towels could use some updating). Washer and dryer were a nice plus. Side view of the ocean so nice for afternoon drinks. Beach towels and chairs were provided as well. We would stay here again no problem.

This was our first time renting a condo, and we were pleasantly surprised! This condo was in a great location, with easy access to the beach and a great view from the living room and balcony. We had a perfect friends trip getaway! This property is exactly as described. The place was pretty immaculate and the beds were all super comfy. We had zero issues during our stay. The check in/out process was easy just be sure to check your emails for all check in information. Even though this unit isn’t directly facing the ocean, there is a view of the beach from the balcony just as described and it was perfect! We had our morning coffee (from the provided Keurig machine) while listening to the ocean...it was glorious! The boardwalk to the beach area was awesome. We got to catch the sunrise on our last day and it was amazing. It’s the perfect distance to downtown St Augustine where you can park and trolley if desired. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful, updated condo in a very quiet area. The most well-stocked kitchen I have ever had at a rental, and the first one that had everything needed for the beach. The property is a little older but still very nice. We were very satisfied.

Property is just as described, nice furnishings, everything you would need is provided in kitchen and more. Condo is exceptional clean and everything worked great. Great pool and beach area, with great restaurants and stores all within a mile or two. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It wasn't easy to find what I was looking for on short notice. My vacation was put on hold twice due to Covid related work issues so I wanted a relaxing ocean view for a few days. This condo came exactly as advertised and more. Well stocked, quiet, clean and most importantly the gorgeous ocean view.

We wanted to take our 15 mth to the beach for the first time and he loved it. Wish they had a trash chute instead of having to walk the trash all the way out in the parking lot but other than that everything was great.

This condo was absolutely lovely - even nicer than the pictures. It was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. LOTS of towels and washcloths. There was also a closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The view of the beach was nicer than I expected, given that the condo is not full ocean facing. There was also a very nice view of St. Augustine and we could see all the way to the light house and the pier. We also realized the benefit of not facing directly east - we could actually sit on the balcony in the morning and enjoy our coffee without being blinded by the sun. Two things I should point out for anyone considering this unit: one, the condo is on the top (7th) floor of the building and sometimes the wait for the elevator was a bit tedious (although it was mostly on check-in and check-out days) and two, the beach is a drive on beach which we were not accustomed to. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a beach lined with parked cars and canopies and, by 9am Sunday morning, there was a steady stream of cars arriving. We were dismayed at first but I can honestly say the car traffic was definitely reduced after Sunday. Also, there was still plenty of room in the ocean for us so, in the end, it was not a problem. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and being so near to restaurants and grocery shopping was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was great, both size and location. The only issues we had were related to the codes to get into the complex and to get to the beach. Both were incorrect on the paperwork. These were rectified but was a bit of a hassle.

This was a perfect location for veiwing fireworks, and we also had a view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the property was as described on website.
