A nice private space with a deck and garden, plus a private pool.

Vance made our family vacation exceptional. From the communication before our trip all the way to our check out. We loved the personal tour at check in. Vance even worked so well with our flight times. Vacationing with our two adult children is very important to us and everyone having their own space is top of the list. The townhouse is so roomy, well-stocked, and steps to the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels ready for us. Plenty of space. Everything worked well-I loved the vanity in the master to get ready. The upper level outside space is where we hung out the most. We came to be on the beach, relax together and enjoy local food. The kitchen was well-stocked to make meals there also. Vance made us feel like family, he had anything we needed in an instant, he even sent us weather reports, restaurants, things to do. Do not hesitate to book-this place is awesome. Thank you Vance

Can’t beat the location. Directly across street from beach, with 2 miles of downtown Boca, and walking distance to ice cream, pizza, breakfast and,7-11. House is not well kept and in need of updating. Furniture is ragged and worn. House did not feel clean. The owner lives on property, is frequently seen, and you need to reach out if you need toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags as house only has the minimum. Owner is quick with delivery, but seems strange to not have a proper amount on hand. The pool area is not as pictured. It is the backyard of where owner lives. No lounge chairs out and kitchenette area cluttered and unusable. There are ring cameras in the pool area and owner is frequently seen working outside on property.

Listen, this location cannot be beat. With the salt water pool and the 50 feet (1/2 block maybe?) to the beach, you can't really complain. Here's the deal: if you're high maintenance, this might not be for you. If you're really picky about super duper cleanliness or small details about the actual house, you might walk away underwhelmed by the interior. We felt it was just fine with furniture that was well loved and comfortable and didn't make you afraid to let your kids sit on it like the places with pure white sofas. If you're a big communicator leading up to trips, you might have questions unanswered until you arrive. Once you connect with Vance in the days prior to your arrival, the communication is awesome. Vance was super friendly, helpful, prompt when we needed something, but also didn't encroach on our week at all. He was totally respectful of our families, was friendly and patient with our slew of kids, and had SO many helpful things around to make our time easier, like a beach cart, beach toys, booster seat, floaties, boogie boards, etc. All we had to do was text and shortly, he'd help us out. If you want to relax, soak up the sun, enjoy the pool, have a REALLY easy stroll to the beach where you feel like you can haul your kids and all their junk back and forth in one day, this is the place to do that. There is an ice cream shop pretty much out the back door, a playground on the way to the beach, and awesome outdoor spaces on the property to spread out. The beach is the best one in the area IMO, as it was quieter than Deerfield and Red Reef and it was clean and so easy to access from the house. I would definitely rent this place again because it's just the perfect location for families. We didn't have to drive anywhere if we didn't want to and could enjoy the outdoors, beach, and the pool.

Traveled with my father, stepmother, teenager daughter, and 1yr old son. We all had a great stay. This house had more than enough room for all of us to spread out with our own space. Aside from the house being roomy and comfortable, you cannot beat the location! I went for walks every morning along the beach trails which are directly across the street. Few quick places to grab a bite are right around the corner, and Vance was kind enough to allow us to cut across the property so it was an even closer walk. If you’re looking for more variety, downtown Boca is only a 10min stroll down the street. The pool was warm and relaxing to hang around. Definitely a GREAT stay for a family. Can’t wait to be able to return with my husband and teenage son as well!

Great property great host and hostess

The host was exceptionally accommodating, he was also very attentive. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The reverse osmosis drinking water was an unexpected pleasure.

We were very pleased with our week long stay over thanksgiving. Vance was very helpful!

Property manager even brought over an umbrella when it started raining one day. The location was great-quick walk to the beach. Lots of towels available too!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The owner was really nice and super responsive, the location was amazing, and the house worked for our party of 4 adults and 6 kids! The listing doesn’t do justice to how convenient it is to the beach. It is so close and easy! Highest possible recommendation!

A wonderful location, excellent accommodations, and great hospitality was our experience! The beach, just a two block walk across the street, is a popular spot but never crowded. There are shops and eateries also within walking distance of this location as well. The accommodations are impressive; the whole place is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. As a group of 7 we had plenty of room as well as all the comforts we could ask. The host was extremely hospitable and made himself available to meet our needs and answer any questions we had about the area and where we could locate different businesses and attractions. Part of the accommodations included an unground salt water pool for us to enjoy giving us a private place to relax while we recapped the events of our day. We definitely recommend this destination and will likely return in the future!! Fun for All!!!

The location of this property can’t be beat! It was great to be able to walk to the beach from the rental. The kitchen was well stocked and the patio was great for chatting outside. Our biggest thing with this property is that the home was not clean at all. The floors needed a good mopping (I wore socks and you could see the dirt on my socks) as did the furniture needed a good dusting. The communal pool area could benefit from updated furniture and a cleaning as well. Other than that, nice host and awesome location

This place suited our needs. The teens and adults and little one all had so much fun. Plenty of places to sleep and relax. It was hot outside and nice and cool inside. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach, literally 5 minutes. It was a great location for the little shops and restaurants. Vance (the host) can help you with any questions you have about things to do and places to eat. He recommended Gumbo Limbo and all the kids loved it and are still talking about it today! We left taking great memories with us. Great ending to a fast summer! ☀️

the place was perfect for us; pool and beach access. kids ages: 6mos, 2, 5 plus 6 adults. plenty of room and the laundry was key. vance was absolutely terrific. he responded immediately to all inquiries. i highly recommend for families.

The house was really nice and spacious. Directly across the street is beach access. Communication with the owners was fast, efficient, and friendly.

I can't thank the host of this property enough. Our family vacation would not have been as great without their hospitality. Provided everything we needed to have a great day at the beach and at the house, many hosts don't have near as many supplies for you to use. Thanks for allowing us to spend some family time at a great house and location - 1 block from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Cons: Pictures of property are not accurate. Pool area was not inviting. Decor is not as depicted in photos of the listing. Pros: the check in process was very good, Location and neighborhood were very nice. Large accommodation so comfortable for 10 people.

The house was perfect. Our host, Vance, was awesome with communication and suggestions of places to go. Enjoyed our time at the beach and pool.

We loved our stay. The location is PERFECT and the space is huge. The owners were accommodating and incredibly friendly. Some of the apartment is a little outdated but in my opinion the character of the space makes up for it. Would 100% stay again and would recommend.

I stayed here with my family over Christmas and had a wonderful time! The owner was very responsive and the place was as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. And the kids enjoyed the big screen TV upstairs!

Our experience at this property was great! Great location and walking distance to the beach, parks, shops and restaurants. The property manager/owner does a great job to stay in touch and makes sure the guests have everything they need. Would definitely come back!

It needs a little update, but nothing major, The owner Vance goes way and above to help and make you feel so comfortable. He was so helpful whenever we asked for anything, sometimes he was there asking if we needed anything.

Our family of five had a fantastic week here. I'd say it's a bit rough around the edges, but it was clean, beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, had all the required amenities, and the location was unbeatable. The pool was beautiful. Owner/manager Vance is so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Location! Location! Location!Not only is this property located a walk away from one of the most beautiful places in the country but it’s unique character is just phenomenal. A massive Master bedroom and living area! A great area off the kitchen to enjoy morning coffee listening to nature. Vance, the owner was accessible and friendly.Our only complaint was that the towels and some Maintenance issues were present. Maybe some newer towels. Overall a great place
