The open layout and 3bed/3 bath worked well for family gathering to attend NAU graduation. The back patio was spacious and had a scenic view of trees and golf course. Would recommend and stay again.

This is a beautiful property. It’s a very quiet neighborhood on a golf course in the forest. Deer were our company for morning coffee. Ken, the host was great and the home had everything needed for a great stay! We will definitely be back.

The house is beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked. Beautiful views out the back. Ken is obviously a detail person. 😊 The light switches were all marked. There were instructions for everything, and there was a large notebook full of info. The neighborhood is great for walking. The location is within a short drive to the downtown area and restaurants. We had hoped to see a lot of snow and maybe an elk or two—didn’t happen, but not Ken’s fault! We did see some deer, though.

We visited this wonderful home for a quick weekend up north with our family. It was the perfect home base for a skiing/snowboarding trip to the Snowbowl, and our family of 5 loved coming back to the house after long days in the snow. The fireplace was wonderful, keeping us warm and cozy after our freezing days. We were able to order food from local restaurants via delivery services, and the house had everything we needed to facilitate our meals. The decor is lovely, the home is clean, and the beds are so comfortable! The owners of the home were great with their communications and had easy and detailed instructions for check in and check out processes-10/10 My littles loved the bunk beds (ages 4 and 6) and my oldest daughter (14) loved her spacious second master at the front of the home. Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to visiting in the future.

Enjoyed our stay

Sorry we didn’t have snow but had a wonderful Christmas. Everything was just perfect for our family. The wildlife was incredible, saw lots of deer and even saw a huge group of elk making their way to the golf course.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! We wanted a place to relax, cook meals together, and be able to visit the Grand Canyon. Our expectations were exceeded! The hosts give very detailed information, and provided a clean, very comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner! We highly recommend this property for a quiet relaxing space with lovely scenery.

This house is an absolute gem. It is extremely clean, comfortable and has everything you would need in a home away from home. It is very roomy and perfect for two families with kids. I cannot recommend this home enough. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful! It backs onto the golf course so the view was lovely. The home itself is remodeled, comfortable and completely stocked with everything anyone could need. It was also extremely quiet and comfortable. We appreciate it being able to park our cars in the garage. When coming back to Flagstaff we would love to stay there again!

Exceptionally clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Helpful checklists from using TVs to checkout expectations. All one level, which was needed for family members with limited mobility. Couldn't ask for more.

This gorgeous house has a great open floor plan with beautiful furnishings. Everything from linens to the well-stocked kitchen items are higher end. The owners have thought of everything to make guests comfortable. Helpful instructions for t.v., appliances, area attractions, etc., were placed throughout. Super clean, lovely patio, quiet area. We loved it, and hope it’s available again next time!

This home is our first choice whenever we visit Flagstaff. Always very clean and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Love the three-bedroom floorplan, each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. Nestled in the tall pines with a variety of wildlife including deer with their baby fawns visiting the backyard nearly every day during our stay and a view of the golf course, beautiful setting!

House was super clean and very well equipped for all of our needs. Beautiful view of the golf course from the living/dining area. Easy to get to and close to all the things we wanted to do. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms made is perfect for our family. Owners were responsive to questions! Highly recommend staying here.

My family and I enjoyed this property very much for our annual family adventure getaway. The layout of the home is perfect! Large, open area including the kitchen, dining area, and family/tv room was perfect to ensure that we could always be together. Having 3 ensuite bedrooms was amazing, giving everyone their own privacy and comfort. The instructions the owner laid out were thorough and easy to follow, making us feel secure and not worried about doing things right. And one of the best things about this property was how incredibly well-appointed the kitchen was. Every pot and pan, baking dish, plates, bowls, glasses and cups you can imagine -- just like at home -- were at our fingertips. The owners even provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. Plenty of extra towels and sheets were also available. We've stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this property will always rate very highly on our list. And the view behind the house was lovely. Plus, Flagstaff is a beautiful area. We found a lot of fun activities, including a long walk all around the NAU Campus. Might end up on a college list after all. Highly recommend this property!

We love to travel to Flagstaff when Phoenix gets too warm. This home and host made our stay perfect again. Location and house amenities are excellent. This is a repeat stay for us with friends and we think this is the best find in Flag. Book it...you won't be sorry.

We were looking for a nice place where we could access all of the natural beauty around the Flagstaff area. This home met the requirement perfectly. Very spacious, extremely comfortable for six, amazingly well appointed. Need comfy blankets for the living room area, enough dishes to make a nice meal, laundry and supplies, this place has everything. The deer living in the backyard even put in an appearance for us. We very much enjoyed our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was central to many attractions such as the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. Check-in was easy. Instructions were easy to understand. Love the extra touch of a 3-ring binder with information about restaurants, places to visit in the area, and instructions. As well as labels on the light switches were great so we didn't have to try to figure it out. Perfect layout for us (4 adults & 1 pre-teen), plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed, including kitchen towels, for the times we cooked. Would stay here again next time in the area.

We were here last week with my daughter’s family and this week my oldest son’s family. Everyone enjoyed the comfort and location of this home. Fun times, lots of meals prepared there and so many games to play in the evening after our daytime outings. Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful location in a quiet clean neighborhood. Enjoyed the deer and elk viewing from the family room and dining area. The house has everything we needed for ages 8-68!! Comfortable beds, nice having a bathroom suite in all bedrooms. All amenities were there for us. We’ll be back next week with family number 2.

Location is great, 2 rooms on one side of the house and the master on the other. Saw a family of deer in the yard multiple times. Even had a visit from a heard of Elk!! Good communication, highly recommend!

We brought our parents as well as our kids (3 & 1) and this place was fantastic for all ages. Definitely the cleanest house we have ever stayed at. I would recommend to anyone going to Flagstaff. Best value you’ll find on VRBO. Big perk - Each night we would have over a dozen deer roam the backyard and sleep for the night. They had no fear of people and would come up close for a great view.

This was my first time reserving with VRBO and we were so pleased with the layout, location and the amenities provided. Ken and Robyn covered everything we could need to relax at night after a long day of sightseeing. We ate our meals at the dining table, played games, and watched tv. I loved that everything was labeled so well and instructions were clear for check in and out. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with family. There were 6 of us and the 3 bedrooms worked out perfectly. The proximity was also perfect for day trips to Grand Canyon and Sedona.

This property was amazing for our family and we loved it! It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the detailed instructions for everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was everything we hoped it would be. It's spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. Additionally, it's located right on the golf course, but set back enough that you feel protected by the trees. We took several walks along the course and enjoyed every minute. Daily we saw squirrels, deer, and blue jays, as well as a variety of wildflowers. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway and some quality time with their family.
