The condo was very clean and accommodated our family perfectly. The owner, Christy was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful stay for our family vacation and two dogs. The pond was filled with fish and turtles was great for the kids. And it was a short walk to the beach. It was a great vacation.

My family and I stayed for a week. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The balcony on the lower and upper level provided a partial view of the gulf and the beach was a very short walk thru the property. The location was excellent and was convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. Christy was the host and was very responsive to any of our questions. The checkin and checkout process was very smooth. My whole family was very, very satisfied with this experience. Thank you!

I took my daughters on a couple of their first trips to the beach, the condo was perfect, even had a pack and play as well as a baby gate for stairs. Plenty of room to read at condo and a short walk through complex to the beach. The pond looking out from the balcony was a good view as well. Definitely 10/10 recommend!!

The owner was super nice and replied quickly to any question I had! We had a wonderful time in an awesome location! Plenty of space for everyone and we had everything we needed. We will be back!

The condo was great. Location was ok! The only thing that was really a downfall of location was hearing the screams from across the street late at night from the ball slingshot & the frogs in the pond are very loud, mainly kept our 2 year old up. None of this is any control of any condo owner. 🙂 I guess I missed needing to get the parking pass which is my own fault, but noticed there were about 10-15 other warnings on other vehicles all around us had it as well, and having to pay $20 per vehicle is fine, but wish it was included in the rental fee & at the condo when we arrived since the office is 9-5 & you only have a couple hours at most, if they are even open when you arrive, once you can check in to your condo - which you’re busy unpacking of course, and they weren’t the friendliest at the office. Again, this isn’t the owner of the condos control. We would absolutely stay at the location again using Christy and any property she may have. 🙂

Nice place. Well stocked with what we needed to cook and take showers. The sofa and love seat were not comfortable to sit on. Downstairs bed is way too firm, slept terrible. The upstairs beds were comfy. The area is a bit noisy since it is the Panama City Beach strip. Had fun feeding the turtles and the fish in the little pond. The pool on property was lovely, and being right on the beach is great. Checking in was confusing, access to the property was confusing. It would help to get the access info a week ahead of check in so I could print it and read it over. If the owner sent it the same day I traveled, I never got it. I never did find the email from the owner that gave me the code to the front door to get in to condo or how to use the access panel. Fees were excessive by VRBO and the pet fee was excessive by the Sugar Beach condo complex. I thought the cost and the fees were too high, then if you cancel, there is a cancel fee. Too expensive to stay there again.

This 3 bedroom vacation getaway was beautiful ,extremely clean and decorated beautifully.

Great place! Everything you need is either within walking distance, or a quick drive. Private gated parking!! Beach was nice. Pool and pool house was great. The grill area was perfect.

This was the first trip to the beach for our girls and it couldn’t have been better. Christy was great to rent from. She was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt like we were home. We will definitely be bringing our girls back here for years to come.

Conveniently located just off the strip. Easy beach access in a not so crowded area of PCB. The owners always check on us while we are there to make sure everything is going well. The condo is fully stocked and has little extras like spices, salt, pepper, etc (assuming from previous guest). There was laundry detergent and Bounce sheets. We adore the size of this complex. The pool is never crowded, nor is the grilling area or club house where we played ping pong.

Great stay in a very nice updated condo. One negative of the trip they were doing some kinda of work and our power was off from 8am to 4 pm. We were not happy about that. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a great stay. Became like a second home to us. The only thing was the spring breakers were very loud at night in the area but, we knew this coming in. Our hosts were wonderful!

Our last minute end of summer trip was a success! Our party of 8 slept comfortably in this roomy condo. The adults loved the balcony and it was one of our favorite places to relax. The kids loved the pool. As a tropical storm moved in, the owner was very accommodating and responsive. Flights were being canceled and she was going to allow us to stay another night. Since this isn’t a high rise, we didn’t have to fight any crowds at an elevator or a crowded beach! We will definitely try to stay here when we come back to PCB!

This was our first time renting through VRBO. The place was clean and the hosts excellent. Couldn't have a better experience. We loved that even though we were close to everything the complex wasnt overcrowded.

Property is great but beds were uncomfortable and new mattress are needed. Also, headboards in twin bed area banged against wall when turning in bed.

The condo was cute and clean. Air conditioner worked great. Balcony was so relaxing to sit on. Pool was excellent. Short walk to private beach. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Downstairs bed very firm.

We rented this townhouse for an evacuated from hurricane IDA. Christy the owner was helping from the start. When we booked for this evacuation and even during/throughout our stay. She was extremely accommodating and supporting during these times. Again, Great 3 bedroom with more than enough space.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated! There was plenty if room for all and close easy access to the pool, beach and several restaurants and places to go. Would love to stay again!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean. F updated. All information that we got was correct. We had several family members rent other condos in the same complex, and we- by far- had the best stay!

Convenient and comfortable the right space for my family..and by the beach

I really enjoyed my stay in Panama City. The property was everything that the listing said that it would be. It was great for our family and it was close enough to the beach that the kids could go everyday! The host was great, I had plenty of questions and she didn’t mind answering them. It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!

I personally am not a fan of Panama City however, this facility/unit is great especially if you have kids. It is a gated community and shops are real close. Pool was nice and then you have the beach access which also gated. The condo itself was very well kept and clean. The only thing I can think of was there is no TV in the downstairs bedroom but again you don't go to the beach to watch TV. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Absolutely the best place we have stayed in the last 10 years of vacationing in PCB!!!!!

We stayed 7 days at Sugar Beach and loved it. The owners were very prompt with their communication and the property was very clean. Check in was easy as it could be. Rooms had plenty of space and a bathroom for each room was great. We have stayed in the high rise condos in the area that had a better view of the beach but it was a lot more of a hassle getting our kids and equipment out there. Here you are only a 5 minute or less walk to the pool or the beach and neither are as crowded as we have been used to. We loved our stay and we will definitely be staying here again.

Great location, clean and easy access to beach. Came to PCB for Trident Cup and chose location at it was close to soccer fields. Would stay again.

Owners very receptive and friendly. Property was not clean but we arrived early and there was mixup with cleaning staff. They came and cleaned right away once the owner contacted them. The place was spacious and decorated nicely. The property was very nice and is pet friendly which is very important to us. Beach was wonderful and about a minutes walk from condo. Beach chairs and umbrella was included with the stay which was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great. Short walk to the beach and close to every amenity. The property is clean and cozy. We did have a couple of hiccups at the beginning. Our first night, we got in late and went to the store. Upon returning, the property gates were closed and we were not given the gate codes at check in. Luckily, someone pulled in behind us and let us in. We had a small dog with us and had paid the pet fee. After check in we were told that we had to register the pet with the office. This was an additional 150.00. We also needed the pet's vet records. Just a heads up. Overall, it was a nice stay, despite the hiccups.
