Property was clean, well kept and ideally located. Nice appliances. Good communication from management. No problems whatsoever. Would stay again for sure!

The property was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. It had everything we needed for our 9-day vacation. The location was on the beach and close to great restaurants. If we return to the area, we would love to stay a this property again.

Pros: condo was as described and very roomy. Easy beach access and condo had everything needed to spend the entire day at beach. Laid back area. Cons: property is dated but clean. AC can only be turned to 70 and it doesn’t seem to cool down the condo enough. Bathroom in primary is small. All in all, we would stay here again as it had everything needed and we love the location.

The units at the Reef Club have a lot good points, but the property as a whole is starting to feel a bit neglected. For this unit the pictures are true to the unit, communication with the owner was fast and we had a great family vacation at the beach. I did find myself wishing for a few child friendly features but they weren’t a deal breaker. There is not a step stool in the unit, so we brought one with us so the kids could reach the sink. There were no plastic/melamine plates or cups that the kids could use. I was worried they would break something but they were fine.

Our family stayed at the reef club for a week and had an excellent time. The unit was as advertised. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great place, beautiful Sunsets

Renting the property was easy. Would have been easier to have had instructions on how or where to park and where to get into the building. We got caught in a traffic jam so arrived in the dark and drove around several times before finding out parking spot and didn’t know where to go to get in

I would definitely stay again! Pros- The property is exactly as pictured. The appliances were great and the furnishings were just as pictured. The tennis court and pool were in great shape and well maintained. Communication while on site was immediate. We had one maintenance issue and the management company quickly replied. Cons- communication with management was very poor before the trip. There was a pretty major hurricane that came thru a few weeks before our trip and the only reply I recieved after the storm was "no bad weather here". - there was no extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel etc. So just plan on buying all these things if you're staying more than a night or two. One of the two elevators was " down for maintenance" for our entire visit. I has elderly patents with us, so " just use the stairs" wasn't an option for all of us. All in all I would definitely stay again. We loved our four generation trip and the other family members were happy with their condo as well.

Property is on a great stretch of beach with a very nice pool and hot tub. There are plenty of walkable dining options and convenience store. A covered parking spot is a nice bonus. Balconies are good size relative to some other places I have stayed. Condo is large and as pictured. Great amenities and kitchen is adequately stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the bathroom tub and shower need an update.

Nice location. Could use a few updates. Doorwall needs work microwave door is faulty. Owner said we broke a centerpiece. We did NOT. We were charged for the piece. All and all enjoyed the condo and definetly the location

Absolutely wonderful, would absolutely come back again, loved every minute, Margaret was so easy to deal with, we found some plumbing issues, she had them fixed the same day. Thanks for one of the best vacations we've had!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. Condo was very clean and nice. Beach was very close and condo provided beach chairs! We used the gas grills that were provided...nice to not need charcoal. All information (codes) were sent by email and parking passes were in condo. We will definitely stay here again!!

We really loved our one-week stay at the Reef Club! The condo was so roomy and open with lots of windows. The deck was larger than we expected, and we spent hours out there enjoying the views. The walk to the beach was short and convenient, and the condo had everything we needed -- from chairs and umbrellas to spices and pots and pans! We would highly recommend this VRBO to others!

The location was perfect and apartment exactly as advertised! Short walk to pool and beach. We loved that the beach wasn’t crowded. The owner was quick to respond to questions! Would def recommend and hope to visit again next year!

For what we were paying, we were surprised that the unit wasn't as clean or well maintained as we thought it should be. We stayed for 5 days and during that time, things kept breaking with normal adult use. And no toilet paper? We spent too much time restocking their shelves. However, the location is amazing, wonderful views from the balcony. Would visit Indian Rocks again, just not stay at this particular location.

Amazing view, incredible amount of space, perfect location. We could walk to restaurants and shops and were steps to the water- made it so easy for all of us. Sunsets from the porch were a great way to end each day. Fantastic and responsive owner. We are already planning g our next trip!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids and we fit very well in the unit. The owner communicated quickly when the dryer stopped working and had a new one deliver ASAP!

All the fun included - loved using the tennis rackets and great to have beach towels! Great location, we loved every minute!

We loved this property! I love that I was able to see the beach and watch my kids play tennis from the balcony. Plenty of towels, plenty of space on the couch! There was 7 of us and we never felt crowded. Excellent condo!

Our expectations were exceeded walking in to this condo! Despite the pictures it was so spacious and open! It was very comfortable for 8 of us! Literally a 2 min walk to the beach and the pool was right there. The pool was smaller than we had thought but we spent most of our time at the beach. Gorgeous views! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, well maintained.

This condo is all that it is advertised to be. Just put down your deposit now! Everything you'll need is there. The communication and expectations were perfect. Even the cleaning staff was helpful during our check-in. Visiting this part of Florida was a first for us and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for all the memories!

Will definitely book again … only issue at all is the sliding door needs fixed so very hard to close! Great place though clean nice! Loved it!

Enjoyed our stay In this condo. Very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Had everything we needed. Very easy check-in. Had enough parking for both our vehicles.

We fully enjoyed our week at this property! Beds were comfortable, place was spacious and beach was just what we needed! Hope it's ok, we left some body boards for the next guests! I would recommend some new beach chairs in the near future however. Overall great though, thanks for having us, we would definitely rent this place again!

This condo provided exactly what we were looking for this spring break. The parking spot for this unit was near the pool/beach gates so that was even convenient for us to use as a “locker” for our spike ball set, football and other beach items we brought with us. We used the grills one night, kitchen for several meals and walked to dinner one night and out for ice cream another night. Very nice location for easy access to anything. It really was ideal in many ways!
