Check-in and check-out were very simple and painless, and the house was great for my group’s needs. Had more than enough space and beds for our party of 6. While it’s a bit far from downtown, we had no problems getting Uber rides to and from the city

We enjoyed the house there was plenty of room for all of us. There were 8 of us there on a girls golf trip.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very roomy with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped and had a beautiful view of the lake. It was a nice property in a great neighborhood.

We were in Nashville for a wedding and this place was perfect. Short drive to downtown. We are already talking about going back in the summer to enjoy the lake and outdoor space more. Thanks Kellie for having us!

Loved that boat rental was an option with the house.

Comfortable spaces for our large group to spread out. Sun room was good for teenagers but no insulation or central air. Though we couldn’t all eat together inside or out. Great opportunity to rent motor boat or kayaks from hosts but we also brought a lot of floats, life vests, beach towels, coolers, etc of our own since none there. Close to two foot sandbar hangout. Outdoor grill was nice. Not too far from grocery store or restaurants. Plenty of parking. Lots of steps from house to water - not for anyone with mobility issues. Great view from deck. Used the fire pit for s’mores and brought and end table down from deck but opted to sit on stairs or grass than lug chairs up and down.

The size of the property and the fact that it has three full baths make it ideal for a family gathering. Its location is central to shopping and downtown which we did both. The host was very accommodating and quick with responses. We had a power outage, and she went out of her way and brought us ice and flashlights. Housekeeping could be improved and the deck furniture cushions and living room furniture should be updated. The dock appeared to be recently updated and was very nice although the steps going down to it are steep.

Great stay. Fished from the dock and rented a boat. Fourth of July fireworks could be seen all at and the house across from us had a great display.

Amazing home amazing views! We were 3 couples! Spent tons of time on the deck! Clean and really kept up home!

This property was perfect for 10 adults having our yearly reunion. There was ample room to spread out, and we enjoyed having an upstairs and a downstairs area to lounge and hang out. Kitchen was very well stocked, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The biggest thing was how quickly the host replied to various questions - very good communication, thank you!

We had a great stay at the house on the lake. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all eight adults. Plenty of space to hang out together but also room enough for napping and sitting outside on the deck overlooking the lake. We saw many blue herons, egrets and bluebirds. About a half hour into Nashville where there was plenty to do and see but great to have the house to come back too. Kellie was great and very responsive. I highly recommend this house and would go back again anytime!!

Very nice place. Great view. My grandfather could not get to the kitchen due to being in a wheelchair but he had plenty of room to be with the family in the down stairs. Plenty of sleeping for a larger group.

The whole property was beautiful, well Kept, had all the necessary amenities and dishes necessary. The view was the best thing to wake up to every day. We fit our whole group comfortably, and has plenty of blankets. The beds were Comfortable, and the property manager was so sweet, and accomadating. I would definitely stay here again.

House and property very nice. It was a little cold in the house but nothing a sweatshirt couldn’t fix. Fast response time, clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

My family and I stayed for a week and the home was absolutely beautiful. The property was very clean and the lake view was amazing. From arrival to departure, the property management staff was so friendly and took great care of us. We would definitely come back for another stay soon!

Went for Thanksgiving with 12 people ages 5-75. Short distance to Nashville. Kellie left us a turkey roaster to cook our Thanksgiving meal, which was much appreciated! Would go back.

House was great. Would liked to have cable TV, we had a couple of football fanatics and they missed some games. Recommend cutting back magnolia, hard to see backing out. Overall a great experience, great location and house

We did our annual high school guys re-union trip. This was our first time staying at a house in Nashville area and won't be the last as it was our favorite. House, lake and pontoon (rented from owner) were great.

We had a wide range of ages visiting this property and everyone had a great time! Everything was clean, the check in/out process was easy and if we needed something our host responded very quickly.

We stayed for four nights and absolutely loved here. We wanted something on the outskirts of Nashville for our trip to Nashville and we couldn’t have picked a better place. There were 8 of us and we all enjoyed it very much. The house was HUGE and accommodated all 8 of us perfect. Kelley was fantastic from the time I booked the property all the way through to check out!!! I highly recommend this property. Our husband enjoyed the pool table and they had plenty of room under carport to set up their corn hole boards. Thank you Kelley for answering any questions that we had after we arrived.

The property was beautiful. The water was perfect so was the area and the house was amazing along with the views. It fit all of our needs and the Host was so easy to talk to and made us all feel at home. If we had any issues or questions, she solved them

I have a large family and there was plenty of space for us. We didn't make use of the lake, but just knowing the home was on the water made us happy and the kids enjoyed seeing the boats that passed. It is a straight shot to Nashville (you literally drive down one street for 15 minutes...so easy) but away from the chaos that staying in the city limits can bring. The neighborhood is very quiet...except on July 4. If you travel during Independence Day expect a delightful show. The neighbors light up so many fireworks that you would think there was a contest. It was such an awesome and fun experience! We planned to go enjoy the Nashville fireworks, but found it would be an unnecessary inconvenience when we were able to just sit on the deck and enjoy a spectacular. Thank you to the hosts!

Great house for a group of friends! Neighbors are nice and the views of the lake even better. Ample parking for 8-9 cars. Only downside would be no offstreet parking. Other than that it’s perfect! Thank you again!
