We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is nicely furnished and well appointed. The beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect for day trips out to the area falls, towns, and trails. Every evening we looked forward to heading back to the cottage to relax.
The best feature is really the outside seating area. The covered porch has expansive views of the valley and local wildlife. We had our coffee and watched the sunrise every morning. The first morning we saw a doe and two fawns making their way down to the creek in the woods below. There were more deer sightings to come, a groundhog, and many birds (hawks, blue jays, eastern bluebirds, wrens, finches, cardinals), etc. Sunsets were even more spectacular, especially when paired with a good book and glass of wine.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the OB Cottage. The grounds were pristine, the cottage was immaculately clean, and the furnishings were very classy and comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house itself has a very welcoming atmosphere and comfortably accommodated two couples and an infant. The real treat besides having a spacious house, full kitchen, and comfortable beds was the view out back! You will really enjoy your morning coffee looking out over the farm and hills— this is a really special spot to stay.

A great weekend with my wife and friends as we visited the Band of Brothers museum, visted Camp Toccoa it self and rode to the top of Currahee. Last but not least visted several local breweries. Along with a great weekend of site seeing the cottage was amazing, beautiful and everything advertised.

We had a great time at the OB Cottage. The views were spectacular- we spent mornings and evenings on the back porch. The kitchen was adorable and well appointed. The bathrooms were great, plenty of provided linens and the beds were comfortable. Great location near many hiking trails.

This was a gorgeous and relaxing property. We enjoyed our stay with our two kids and kept busy going to the waterfalls, checking out the local Museum, and playing games that were provided by the owner. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you all!

Everything about this property was perfect. We have a family of five which includes my 18 year old daughter, my wife and I, and my parents. We reserved the property to show my parents around Toccoa and TFC because my daughter will be attending there in the fall. My parents had no problem using the property. The location is perfect, and the view is beautiful. Our hosts treated us like family. We will stay here hopefully multiple times over the next four years while my daughter attends TFC.

We loved staying at this beautiful property in the north Georgia mountains. Gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Perfect quiet spot to unwind and visit with my family. The home is filled with unique antiques and character and the lovely owners are next door. Perfect visit for an early mothers Day.

Beautiful cottage with incredible view! Owner had very personalized touches throughout the property. Heaven on earth! Complete privacy the entire time we were there. Owner was only a call away and was there when we needed her the most without having to be asked. Hail storm rolled through and she came to the rescue to ensure my car did not get damaged. Highly recommend

It’s hard to describe this wonderful place. It’s so cozy and homey feeling inside with beautiful mountain views outside. We hiked all of the marked trails on the property which was so enjoyable. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in side porch in the rain and on the back porch overlooking the hillside with our coffee for sunrise. So comfortable, so many amenities, cozy throws inside and out, nice linens, games, we felt right at home (but better!). We loved having an Alexa to listen to music with a fire in the fire place and comfortable leather chaise lounges to relax in and watch TV. Owners are close by and very friendly but don’t intrude and have two gorgeous chocolate labs they’ll let you pet if you’re dog lovers like us. We hope to return!
