Spacious rooms
Light cleaning of rooms wasn't worth if. Just do a good clean every 3 days.

The location was great and nice safe parking with our trailer.
The pool was extremely hot, was not pleasant after a while so didn't swim for long.

Good location
No fences keeping your car safe.
Room was half renovated and not finished off
No signs to get you to reception so you get lost.
Restaurant is pretty average food wise.

Room size was good, didn’t have breakfast but had dinner which was good
Pool and grass area was good, a bit more shade would be good
Ability to close off the toilet would be an improvement otherwise I was happy with my stay.

The location and amenities were good. The pool and surrounding areas were very comfortable.
Meal in the evening was good.
Bathrooms could do with a little freshen. The toilets were old and the showers average.

Great location. Good facilities.
Bathroom was a bit dated. No sliding door on the shower and no rack for placing shower gels etc so had to leave them on the floor while showering.

it’s clean & quiet with an on-site restaurant
Lukewarm water 2 mornings in a row means not being able to have a shower first thing in the morning

Only ate dinner at the restaurant. The menu was very ordinary, not a lot on offer it you don’t eat chips and burgers.
Chose squid and it was very average.
Not al lot of choices for other restaurants so ate one other evening, this time saw the specials menu and had mushroom risotto which was very nice.
Leaking shower water faucet, dripped constantly.
Bedside lamp was broken and not replaced during our stay.
Lots of cane toads in garden and in swimming pool area during evening.

Very clean and hospitable staff. Quick to service the room while we were out. Pleasant and accommodating manager.

Hotel Rooms was clean and comfy, The Aircon worked amazing, Staff were super friendly and polite. A great spot to stay and a Beautiful.

A vast improvement on my previous visit when I was unable to check in until after 4:00pm (3 hours after I had arrived!) I was then offered an upgrade to a spa room as a sweetener but the room provided had no spa! At the time I was quite annoyed as the person on reception had no answers to my questions.

Arrived with grandson needed a cot and a late check out not a problem staff were excellent

The room was big and the pool was really nice. It was good having a restaurant/ bar on site.
Really appreciated the Gardiner - he was the only one who showed respect.
The admin staff were very uninterested in your needs and requirements. They are definitely lacking in hospitality.
There was also a lack in room cleaning and replenishing your tea, coffee, soap etc.
To be told to get it yourself is not acceptable!

Check in was a bit average and food in the restaurant was just ok considering it catered for a lot of tours

Three separate interactions with front of house staff were met with surly responses. If the staff do not want to work in hospitality then you need to limit their interactions with guests
