The location was perfect for our short stay.

The property was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Being just a few steps from the gondola is pretty great. We've stayed in a few places in Breck, but will definitely be coming back here if it's available. All of the instructions/communications from Brett were easy to follow. Highly recommend this place.

This rental was perfect for our long weekend! Nicely decorated, extremely clean—all the amenities we needed for our weekend in Breck. And the location could not have been better! It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere in downtown with ease. Thanks so much for the great stay!

No hot water, host rude about it. We weren’t able to get hot water here. My wife started a bath – immediately went cold (1st time using bath/shower other than to wash hands). Waited 30 mins but still no hot water. Neither of us could bathe or shower after a day of hiking. When I emailed Brett at Stay Living the Dream, I said it must be our error: "There is a 30 gallon hot water tank dedicated for this unit you should have had plenty of hot water for a shower. My check in instructions note that you cannot take multiple showers and expect to have hot water. You can also not take a bath with a 30 gallon tank. Sometimes the breaker trips and that would’ve been an easy solution the breaker is in the kitchen.” So according to the host, the hot can be a problem. If there were instructions about this, we missed them. But who would expect not to have hot water in a condo? The description on VRBO & others lists a shower/tub combo – nothing about multiple uses. When I expressed frustration with being told it was our fault, Brett left off with,"Well we checked the unit and it had hot water and the next guest has had no issues no not sure what to tell you.” It was clear he was unwilling to consider there could have been a problem that we didn’t cause. Frankly, it felt like he was questioning my honesty. When I took time to read other bad reviews on other sites, we’re not the only ones who’ve had this issue, or other issues. Many are met with similarly rude, accusatory responses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our quick stay in Breckenridge! The property was exactly as described and as the pictures showed; clean, amazing location right on Main Street and within walking distance to literally everything! We will definitely rebook when visiting Breckenridge again!

The property was sufficiently furnished and very clean. .The location is on Main St. which is good, but I would probably choose something a little closer to the middle section of the street if we return.

Great location, walk out to Main Street only 160 steps to Daylight Donuts : ) Management was very helpful and resolved simple problem quickly. It is on Main Street so expect a little late night noise.

This is a very small, very basic rental unit in perhaps the best rental location on Main Street. Large patio area for guests and owners overlooking the sidewalk with a grill and large picnic table—perfect place to sit with coffee or a drink and people watch. Everything you need is within a block, from groceries and liquor, to great coffee, to nice eateries. If you want to take the gondola up the mountain, you are at that end of town. The unit doesn’t have wifi or AC or a fan (we bought a box fan as the summer daytime temperatures can be warm). There is a trip hazard between the bedroom and living area that we stumbled in the dark on numerous times (fortunately without falling). We loved the location however and would book again.

We enjoyed our long weekend for the Fourth of July 2022. The accommodations were perfect and close to everything. Being right on Main Street we had easy access to everything! Oh the Mountain View from the top was magnificent. We will definitely return to Breckenridge and stay at Edelweiss!

I just needed a couple day getaway to clear my head and heard Breckenridge was a lovely place to visit. I couldn’t have been happier with this rental. The property is in an excellent location, easily accessible to town with ample parking. I would definitely come back!

The place fulfilled all of our needs and the location could not have been better for skiing. We did not need a car our entire stay. The beds, including the sleeper couch, were very comfortable with the memory foam mattresses, and the towels were nice and soft.

This property was lovely. It was as close as you could ask for to the main Breck Gondola and getting checked in/out was a breeze. Would love to come back.

This little condo was a perfect fit for us!

My best friend and I planned a girls trip to celebrate our birthdays and were not disappointed! The condo was exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a fun little getaway. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location for walking around downtown Breckenridge. The listing is accurately described and while it isn't big, it is comfortable and has nice amenities like kitchen appliances and utensils. Not a lot of noise from outside either so we slept well even with the window opening to let fresh air in.

Very snug little apartment for a quick jaunt to the mountains. Could definitly use a few more mirrors outside of the bathroom. :)

Loved the location of the property! Communication was spot on with the owner even right down to the best restaurants and happy hours and how to access the property and parking. Every thing was perfect with some exceptions the floor was a little dirty in the condo and the vent in the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Overall, great experience!

This property is right in the middle of town and just about as convenient as you could ever want. Super easy check in and out process, and Brett was very responsive with the few questions I had.

This place is super cute, has an awesome location right on Main Street, and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay :)
