Perfect location for families, dining, and beach days. The beds are very comfortable. Park your car and walk everywhere. Live music every night. Everything you need for home away from home. The owner is very kind and helpful. Don’t pass this one up!

Amazing getaway

This property is perfect for a getaway to the beach! It’s centrally located along 30A making it easy to a access other beaches either on foot or a quick drive. The owner is in constant communication and answers questions quickly to ensure you have an incredible trip!

The Newcastle was perfect for my family of 5. The condo had nice furnishings, new appliances, and a master en-suite so nice everyone wanted to use it. It is just a short walk to the beach and is centrally located to shops, restaurants, and anything else you want to enjoy while on vacation. The property manager, Jill, was fantastic. She communicated clearly and responded promptly to any and all questions. We will definitely come back. 10/10 would recommended.

Can’t say enough good things about this property!! We came on a girls trip (mom, sister, aunt, cousin) and had so much fun!! You cannot beat this location - we really did park our car and leave it there the whole time. The Newcastle is a skip away from Rosemary (shopping, eating, views, etc) and a short walk to Alys. A few of us rented bikes for a day which was SO convenient with the bike rentals downstairs. We tried the deeded beach one day, but it was pretty crowded and HOT that day with double red flag (so no swimming in the ocean!), so we decided to come back and chill at the pool for a little bit - it was great! Best of all, Jill was excellent with communication and gave so many great recs! The condo was updated and perfect! We will definitely consider coming back :)

Our stay was perfect! The condo is beautiful and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere . The beach was crowded but we took Jill’s advice and drove to inlet beach which was less crowded. Jill was very prompt with text and answered any questions we had. This gorgeous condo is our new favorite place to stay on 30A! Everything is so modern, clean, and luxurious. Nice bathrooms, comfy beds, beautiful decor, and every amenity we needed. Our teenagers loved the gaming setup in the bunk room, and we (parents) loved being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the live music in the evenings. Pool is great, beach shuttle is great. We did drive the 5 minutes to Inlet Beach a couple of times so we could find a less crowded place for our son to skim board. There are so many good restaurants and places to shop within walking distance. The location is hard to beat! We also appreciated the steamer, the cooler, the bowl of snacks/waters, and especially Jill’s list of helpful food/entertainment recommendations. Overall just a really perfect experience, and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Newcastle! The place was super convenient to all the restaurants, shops, etc in Seacrest and Rosemary. It was also just a short, easy walk to the beach! The condo was gorgeous and so clean!! The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. I highly recommend this rental and we hope to come back soon and stay here again! Thank you!

We spent Thanksgiving week in this fully stocked and spacious rental. Decor was updated and ambience was lovely. Manager was extremely responsive and accommodating! We will be back!

I don't ever leave reviews, but felt compelled to leave one this time to reflect how wonderful a vacation my family had. This was a family vacation for me, wife, and 3 kids (9, 6, and 2). We hadn't been to the beach since 2019, so my 6yo didn't really remember and my 2yo had never been. The condo is as advertised and met all our needs. I found the host/owner to be extremely kind and quick to respond if we had a question. The location is, for my family, as idyllic as could be. One thing we didn't want to do was spend much time in a car driving from place to place and we quite literally parked the car when we got there, and aside from a grocery run on the first day, never needed to drive it again until we left. Restaurants, shopping, beach, bike paths, activities, etc. are all immediately outside your door. Beach is a short walk. The community/development is just amazing. Difficult to describe how great a trip it was. I am not a beach person and have historically preferred other places for vacation, but this location converted me. Plan to stay again.

Comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The walk to the beach was so quick and easy. Well- appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. Loved sitting out on the balcony for breakfast or cocktails. Thank you, Jill! We had a great mother/daughter trip!

Condo was perfect for what we needed. Live music was great every night and a super easy walk to the shopping area in Rosemary Beach. Only downside was designated beach was packed like sardines so pretty uncomfortable. We drove to Inlet beach our last day which was SO much better as others have mentioned, but would have loved to have been walking distance to a less crowded beach.

The property is so convenient. Five min walk to the beach, a tram if that doesn’t suit you, above restaurants and coffee (and 2 min walk to better coffee :P) Owner is so gracious and all recos by owner were perfect and spot on! Loved it here!

The Seacrest/ Rosemary area is amazing. This condo is situated very well for all activities with all the shops right below. We walked and kids bikes around. Very safe. Very fun. Clean property that has good updates too. We had 7 and it was good. Highly recommend!!

This stay has very good access to beach, pool and food and shopping. We would definitely stay again

First, Jill and her concierge were very attentive and helpful. I spoke to Jill multiple times prior to our stay. We enjoyed our time and this condo is spacious and in a prime location. Thank you for a great stay. The only suggestions we had were a mat inside the tub and new shower caddy for the master bathroom. We would definitely return. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score for cleanliness was because someone in our group used the coffee pot and had to do a rigorous cleaning prior to.

We had a wonderful stay at the Newcastle! It was the perfect property for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Location was great, excellent communication, and easy check in! Will definitely visit again!!

The property is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. Walking distance to many things. I highly recommend for anyone staying in the Rosemary area.

We enjoyed our stay at Newcastle! The condo was beautiful- very clean and well kept. There were 4 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant in our group and we had plenty of room. The beds were super comfortable- it felt like sleeping on a cloud! The condo had everything we needed so we were able to make a few meals there. It was also a quick walk or tram ride to the private beach. FYI- the private beach doesn’t allow “wheels” past the security gate, just something to keep in mind. It was packed our second day so we ventured out to other beaches that were a quick 5 minute drive. It worked out better for our group. We would definitely book Newcastle again! The owner, Jill, was super sweet and communicated well with me! She even gave us the ends and outs of the area.

This was our first time to use VRBO , and not use the traditional hotel choices. I’m glad that we did. The accommodations were perfect! The property was just as advertised as well as the communication. We will be rebooking this property. So much to do in the heart of the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. You can’t beat the location. We were able to walk to most things. We did end up driving to Inlet beach instead of using the deeded beach of the property. It was very crowded. Rosemary Beach is a great family destination with plenty to do and see.

Everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable, spacious, gorgeous interior design, and just steps away from all you need while on vacation! A perfect beach getaway!

This was a much needed R&R girls trip! Condo was as described, beds were SO comfy and the location was perfect for us! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings, drinking wine and listening to music. It was an easy walk to the beach and lots of options for food around the condo. We would definitely stay there again!
