We had lovely apartment with view on the mountains. Room was clean, tidy and warm. Good size. Ski bus just behind the property. Nice location.

Amazing location - can walk to bus, shops, restaurants in just a few minutes. Lady who runs it is very helpful. The flat worked really well - the kitchen area is very nice. Bed very comfy and bathroom very clean.

There was no toaster. Also no salt, pepper, and oil which is nice to have in a self catered flat but not a big deal to buy those when doing a food shop.

Very comfortable and spacious, in the center. Beautiful panorama from our appartment on the last floor, but, be cautious, there is no lift!

If your bags are heavy, which was not our case, you could have some problems bringing your luggage to the last floor.

street lights are very bright and stay on all night, could maybe install some blackout curtains. breakfast can be a hassle as the room didn’t have any facilities, there is a shared kitchenette downstairs. I’d have liked a kettle in the room to have a tea/coffee in the morning. Also I found out after I left that there was a place 100m away (Messers) that allowed non residents for breakfast, it would be useful if the host could advise which local hotels offer breakfast and the approximate cost.

The location is conveniently located in the center of Alpbach, close to the Ski Bus Station and to all the restaurants. The owner is very nice and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and with a great view!
