We rented this home for only a few days, but enjoyed every minute of it. The hot tub is in a covered area, so if you get any rain you can still enjoy sitting in the hot tub. Our boys (4.5 and almost 3) loved finding the kids toys in the bedroom, by the pool and out by the swing set, which they also thoroughly enjoyed! All-around great place, and Carla was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend, and we’ll be back ourselves :-)

Our second time back to this home and it did not disappoint. Carla is a fantastic host. Always quick to respond and always friendly. House is perfect for young children. Our 3 and 5 year old loved the playground and pool. 30-40 minute drive to manasota key or englewood for good beaches, but we didn’t mind the drive. We look forward to returning!

What a wonderful and unique Florida property! My wife and I loved the Victorian and equestrian decor … not something you’ll see very often in a Florida rental. The home is spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and modern appliances. The pool is large … my grandkids just loved it. And Carla is one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered., extremely responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to return!.

My wife and I spent the entire month of February in this home. It was perfect for us. Our grown children came to visit during our time there. Our youngest grandchild - 7yrs old spent hours in the pool and enjoyed the playground. We never had more than 4 adults, including us, at a time in the home and space was great. We have stayed at a number of VRBO premier homes and this one did not disappoint. Of all of the homes and neighborhoods that we have stayed in this was the quietest. As with any home there were a couple of requests that I made to Carla, and she is amazing, almost immediate replies from her, and all requests fulfilled. The first week we were there it was cool, so I did pay to heat the pool. This is to be expected from any VRBO so it was no big deal and was worth it. The comments that I look for in a review of a property is - would the reviewer stay there again- and in our case yes, we would. Mike & Marcia from Minnesota

The house is beautiful and just as described. Kitchen was great and had all the essentials. Pool was definitely cold even with the heater but that's expected this time of year. Good location inconvenient to grocery stores and restaurants and of course the beach. Would definitely stay here again and maybe next time bring the kids. Carla was easy to get ahold of and very responsive.

Our little one enjoyed the swings and slide. Carla was very responsive to the several questions before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We were able to easily entertain local family and enjoyed the open concept kitchen/living room and pool area. The home needs some repairs and updates as many rental homes do after some time in the business. The owner was very attentive and specific with instructions for the property.

Can not say enough good things about this property. 5 stars from the booking, communication from owner, location, and house. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty for the children to stay occupied. Our kiddos loved the pool. My favorite was the master bath. This property is so kid friendly. Even for babies!!! Thank you so much for such a great stay.

My wife and I had a small wedding ceremony at this house. It couldn't have gone better. The owner was very kind and responsive. Nice house. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

Me and a friend made a stop in port Charlotte for the night and had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful house. We spent half the time just wandering around the house and admiring the beautiful paintings and decor. Carla was very helpful and quick to communicate. I highly recommend!

This home is the perfect home away from home. It is beautiful. My 7 year old loved the playset and pool in the fenced in backyard. The host is amazing and answered all of our questions quickly. My daughter even had questions about her horse pictures and she took the time to respond to her in detail.

We stayed at the property for a friend's wedding about 20 minutes away. The location is good with food and stores nearby. The host is awesome and stayed in contact and responded quickly to anything I asked her. The house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is exactly as described and pictured. It’s a great house, very roomy with plenty of space for everyone. The master suite and bath are amazing!! The pool and hot tub were so nice to have, and the outdoor seating space was perfect for quiet breakfasts and evening cocktails. We definitely hope to return!! Thanks so much!

I paid additional fees for the pool and hot tub heater for 6 days. The pool was still cold upon arrival and for the first 3 days. After contacting the owner, she said I could pay an additional fee for the heater to run from 8am-8pm. It was only set to run between 9am-5pm. On the 4th day of 6, the pool was finally at a desired temp. Also, I'm unsure why there is a fee to warm a "hot tub"? Kitchen ware is very minimal. I planned to cook a big meal for Easter but there were not enough pots and pans to accommodate my needs.
