Excellent location. We got in early and the room wasnt ready. We left our bags and explored. When we came back our bags had been taken up to our room. Nice bonus.

great location in the old town, in the waterfront.
The great waterfront location was somewhat irrelevant, as we were put into a room with no windows - at all! There was a window in the adjoining vestibule/dressing area that led to the bathroom, and a tiny ceiling-height window in the separate toilet - but the main bedroom area was a dark box, which was mot mentioned during booking.
This surprise came immediately after being told that, because we were ‘out of season’ (3rd week of April), there was no assistance in getting from the car park to the hotel, which was 15 minutes’ walk away over difficult / irregular cobbles, on a wet and rainy day. Again, the seasonality of the help was not mentioned prior to our stay.
There are no lifts (because of regulations around the age of the building - which is completely understandable), but meant that we definitely needed a glass of something in a local bar once we had dumped our bags in our room!
All in all, a pretty disappointing start - and meant that we spent minimal time at the hotel.

THe roomw was full of smoke from the kitchen of nearby restaurants! i didnt even stay my last night there beacuse it was impossible to breath.

The location was amazing, close to the port and the center of town... but in a quite neighborhood
Parking... but they helped find us a great and secure location, just a short walk from the house.

beautiful rooms, so quiet and in fantastic central location. nothing too much trouble for the staff, Ivana organised all our transfers , which meant we had nothing to worry about

Location was perfect, room was lovely. Breakfast was not served early enough to allow for our departure to the airport however the hotel kindly put together a take away breakfast for us which was very much appreciated.
I was put in a room on the 4th floor and had a heavy suitcase I needed to drag up the stairs.

The location
The air conditioner in our room did not work and apparently the whole hotel was not working. We were not offered any sort of Fan to help with the unbearable heat and the staff did not seem to care that it was not working and the fact they said that the A/C in the whole hotel was not working which is not true because in the reception it was nice and cold. I feel they just did not care about this and I heard another guest complaining and the staff members response was if you don’t like it you can leave.

Excellent location and very nice building in the fortress city of Trogir.
The air conditioning was not working and there was a very high temperature in the room. After complaining, hotel desk personal mentioned that it was normal that due to high exterior temperature, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Quite a surprising and disappointing comment! The room just below the roof was not very practical due to a lot of low-height ceiling.
Also when we arrived at 16:00, the entrance was invaded by trash bags containing dirty linen.

The rooms are nice and spacious, and the sheets and bed are very nice.
The reception is quite small and nobody helped to bring our suitecases upstairs (no elevator).

Car parking is not convenient but not a problem.
