Booked it as we were at a gig at Wembley. Just a short walk away from the train station as well as Wembley stadium. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Nothing really the hotel can do about heat but the room was very warm. A fan was provided and helped a bit but the weather was very warm the weekend we were there.

As described really clean and well decorated throughout. Staff were really helpful and location is great for the arena and only a short tube ride into Central London

Too small room even smaller toilets

I liked the room and how clean it is. Guys at the reception were good. Free coffee and tea (even the simplest ones) always nice gesture. We had good experience there.

Just some small details. Some tv channels weren't working properly. In room was quite hot.

Excellent location for OVO wembly concert. Underground 10 mins walk. Comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom, no outside noise from roads. Food and drinks in the bar downstairs were great. Bonus DJ and disco when we got back from the event so could enjoy our night a little longer.

Would have been nice to have kettle in the room.

I am very happy about my stay at the OYO The Arch at Wembley. The staff was friendly and located perfect for the purpose:a concert in Wembley Arena. The room was basic but extremely clean. It had everything I needed inside and a spacious bathroom. The price was excellent as well Thank you, OYO! :)

Despite being very happy with everything, I need to mention a little spot I didn't like, but this doesn't affect my positivity about my stay, and I will go again. The room was in front of another room with a sort of VERY noisy water motor or something. It kept me awake most of the night since the noise was loud and constant. In a way, it was my fault because I changed my initial room for this one, much much cheaper.

Great stay, staff really friendly, very clean room, walking distance from Wembley arena. Will absolutely book again.

Location and clean

Room was very clean, no issues with any stains or hairs etc. Room was quiet considering it was right on top on the bar. Was provided with two pillows, which by the looks of previous reviews this is not always the case. Room size was decent and could have spent multiple nights (Maybe not a Friday or weekend though)

The windows did not shut fully, which considering it was the end room and right next to a busy road, I would have expected this to be working. Bedroom was very warm at all times, even without any radiators on and window open (the main road is quite loud) Was provided with a fan as there is no air con, which is a nice touch however, the fan was quite loud so did not use for more than a couple of minutes. The main reception is often left unattended and I did have to wait 5 minutes for someone to come up and give me my key, which was not a big issue.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean and perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Good location for concerts at Wembley arena. Nice addition to have a beer garden and pub downstairs, although we didn’t use these. Also didn’t use the shower but it looked fine.

Couple of cosmetic repairs needed - fan was broken and toilet cistern was loose, but these didn’t really bother us.

I have stayed at this location in the past with no issues. It's a great location near Wembley Park where you can find various restaurants and cafes. The room was small but just enough for what I needed. Tube stations close-by as well, within walking distance. Hotel manager checked me in was very friendly and also very helpful with a query I had after having checked out. I would stay here again.

I found my mattress to be a bit too soft or worn down this time around. There was loud music coming from restaurant below, that was expected and I was warned about this at check-in and it's also stated on booking.com site. After checking out I received a notice stating I was charged £6... not told what it was for so I was not happy about this. After contacting Booking.com I was told this was a misunderstanding and the charge would be reversed. Please note ** this was not a charge made by OYO, it was made by Booking.com .
