Being dropped off a block behind and having to push luggage on uneven cobble stones was the worst part as the taxi cannot park outside the hotel

AC was weak and affected sleep.

Lovely spacious bedroom with comfy bed. Great location with quality restaurants close by and easy to get to the main sites.

No lounge seating

It was so central to everything very clean staff were exceptional

I loved our little room and the location. The hotel also provided little things you may need during your stay. I'd stay again.

The elevator took long. The restaurant on the rooftop had terrible food, but maybe it was just not for me. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but linen was clean and smelled good.

I liked our last year experience.

I didn't like that this year, although we lost our flight and we announced them and asked polite to change our dates, so we don't loose our money, they were totally non cooperant, unfortunatelly. Never again!

Once you get there, the hotel is very well located on Ermou street, between Syntagma Square and Monastiraki Flea Market, and walking distance to the Acropolis site and museum through beautiful pedestrian streets.

Take into account that Ermou is a pedestrian street. Some taxis cannot find a place to drop you easily since some of them don't know where it is. If you are not familiar with the area, it might be difficult to access the place. It has a very small entrance, one elevator for up to three people. The rooms are fine, but it is impossible to get them dark at night. For the same price, there are far better options in the vicinity. I made a reservation for 4 nights and ended up staying 3, but I was charge for all 4 making it even more expensive per night (they knew from the first night that I was going to stay for only 3)

Everything! Great location. Close to everything. Wonderful and kind staff. Beautiful room. Good breakfast. Awesome shower!

No complaints, I would make 2 suggestions, however: 1) Grab bar for shower..(floor is very slick when wet) 2) Charge a few extra Euros for the breakfast and allow guests a broader selection of coffees and menu items.

Excellent location! Within walking distance to everything! Our room was extremely clean, the staff was amazing & helpful. Would highly recommend.

Just didn't work for us. No closet or drawers - no good for an extended trip. Fine for an overnight. Staff worked to accommodate by upgrading our room to higher floor with Acropolis view. First room was bad and disappointing with minuscule bathroom. Ermou St is walking only so hard to manage big bags from taxi or subway.

We stayed at Utopia with our 5 month old and I couldn't speak more highly of the service we received at the hotel. I messaged in advance and asked for a taxi to be booked to the hotel with a baby seat which was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport, they also arranged this on our return as well which was so helpful. There was a cot already set up in our room when we arrived and the room was always kept clean. The breakfast was also nice too and the view was brilliant. The reception staff also helped us book a tour during our stay which was really good. Great location - near loads of shops, restaurants and bars.

A little noise on the street on the Saturday night but nothing the hotel could do about that.

The rooms were big and clean, but could use a working table. The service of Katerina was exceptional and commendable.

The breakfast didn’t taste good and was limited in options.

Fantastic location.

The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful and the hotel is perfectly located for shopping and sightseeing. Unfortunately the company in charge of the restaurant is different to the company in charge of the hotel. Despite having paid for five breakfasts, after our first breakfast on the 7th floor we ate out.. . The food was low quality and apart from the amazing view (the view of the Acropolis dominates the city and is readily replicated in quite a few nearby restaurants on high floors) -there is little to attract anyone back to this particular restaurant.
