I loved the staff and the hotel entirely. It was more than we expected. The morning desk clerk and breakfast staff were amazing. They were so polite, helpful and genuine. We had the "bedroom" room and the space and cleanliness of the room was surprising. We've stayed at way more pricier hotels and this by far exceeded expectations. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The only thing that could have been better was the pool entry. We stepped outside for a moment and wasn't able to use our room key for entry from outside.

The location, it was clean the pool was not crowded, there were enough towels and supplies in the room

The bed mattress not a pillow top and was very cheap feeling. It was very uncomfortable I would have given my experience a 10 had it not been for the horrible nights sleep or lack there of.
