Really efficient and comfortable for a night or two. Ideal location to downtown restos and shops. Easy in and out, very well appointed and clean

Minor point but didn't love the sofa

I like that it was located in Moab.

Our unit did not have working AC. I attempted to call the host with no response. Not only was the AC not working it was blowing hot air during summer in Moab.

I liked the location in reference to where we wanted to be near the Utah Arches, but I was in B room which the walls are thin and you could hear everything in room A and C. I liked that the room was clean and smelled fresh.

I didn’t like that the AC would not stay on long enough to cool down the rooms. It is summer time and it was hot. The wall as are thin. The travelers from California in room A arrived at 1:30 am and let their child run up and down for hours crying while others were trying to rest at that time in the morning. I thought there were quiet hours in place. The AC unit is on solar panels which in theory is would be a good idea, but they would not stay on to cool the room after a very hot day. The bed and sofa furniture was the cheapest and the hardest to lay or sit on, very uncomfortable.

Noisy neighbors, the insulation between the houses is very poor.

Location was great, place was clean.

I just wish the kitchen had a cooktop.

We loved being walking distance to shops and restaurants in Moab. the space was very clean and comfy.

While it was well stocked for a kitchenette, we would like to be able to actually cook on a multi-day stay. A hot plate or simple stove would go a long way.

The best thing going for it is the location from main street. Only about 2 blocks.

The rooms are not quite enough if the neighbor rental has children crying there self to sleep. Also the rooms are next to bike shop that has a air compressor or something else kicking on and off all night. Also we booked for 3 nights but they only leave 2 wash cloths for those days of biking and hiking.
