The room was spacious and clean. There was always hot water, which is always appreciated, and the bathroom vanity had a lot of room for personal items. The location is great, food and gas are close to the hotel and you can catch a beautiful view of the sunset from the area behind the hotel. My husband enjoyed the cookies in the lobby every evening. We would stay again.

The hot tub was not hot at all. It was barely warm.

probably would not have been too ticked off if I only paid for 1 room and staying by myself, but I paid for 2, with better expectation. Here's why we pay for the most expensive hotel in the block (among 5 others). - Hot tub is filthy. We chose the most expensive hotel thinking the swimming pool will be the cleanest. It's clean, just not amazing. Hot tub is unacceptable. - Breakfast bar: a few food trays go out so fast without replenishing at 8:50 AM, we waited 20 min and just gave up eating whatever else available and left. If we had more time, no problem, but we never had breakfast issue with Best Western just across the street, which has made-to-order omelette.

Diarrhea from breakfast. Pool and hot tub were too small to accommodate such a full hotel on a Friday night. Which by the way was the only reason I chose this hotel since ten pin was booked out. The hotel is built cheap, the beds are old and uncomfortable and things were falling apart everywhere but online it looks as if it's a newly renovated hotel.

The room was spacious and very clean. The ac/heater worked well and wasn't to loud.

The mattress was very firm, I have joint issues and the firmness made is very difficult to sleep and left me in quite a bit of pain the next day.

Location was great next to lots of restaurants and gas stations and coffee! Nice view out the window with pretty sunsets. Our room was cozy and bed was comfortable. Pillows were amazing. Lighting in bathroom was good. Clean hallways and nice entrance. Air conditioner worked good. Employees were friendly and nice. Easy check in with a guy who’s initials were JC! He was super helpful and nice.

The bed kind of sagged in the middle. Sheets were ripped. Wallpaper falling off. Separate weird room with couch. Jacuzzi was also used as a shower which we did not like, felt big and awkward to get in to use shower. Dust on top of bed frame. Hair in jacuzzi tub. Did not do anything extra as we were celebrating our anniversary, vday, and bday. Did not give us extra towels like we requested when confirming our stay online. Safe in room did not work- was out of batteries.

The pool area is always clean with water the perfect temperature for young grandchildren. I was upgraded to a room with a jetted tub that was amazing! The bed was comfortable, and the room clean and spacious. Jon at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming when I checked in. The staff here is always wonderful.

Not a single thing. This place is my go-to each time I visit family in Moses Lake. It's the yardstick I use when measuring the quality of other hotels when I travel.

The cleanliness of the pool area could definitely be improved, very strong chlorine.
