The staff are very friendly and helpful specially 🙏🏻barek Allahu fiyh he is very cooperative and with shining smile The food is variable and made fresh every morning the two ladies in kitchen and the waiter are very kind The room is so clean The location is near everything metro ,tram , bus All markets restaurants of faith area very near Totally recommend 👌 👍 👏

Bed was a bit to firm for me

HOTEL TO RECOMMEND AND FOR 9.5 Very good hotel. It exudes some serenity, though it was almost full, there was no crowd except for breakfast. Newly furnished modern hotel with very nice furniture. The room may be a little smaller than it says in the description, But the bathroom is spacious and comfortably furnished. Cleanliness for 10, towels are cleaned and changed every day. A special story are the guys Fatih and Gokhan from the front desk. Mr. Fatih procured us an Istanbulkart and activated it with the HES code, so in the morning we had the tickets ready for transportation around Istanbul. Thank you mr. Fatih. Any information you need about Istanbul or Turkey, feel free to ask - these guys know everything. The position of the hotel is fantastic for those who are not new to Istanbul and want to discover this city as much as possible. Vezneciler Metro Station is 5 minutes from the hotel, and Laleli Tram Station is 7-8 minutes away. Near the hotel there are numerous restaurants with traditional cuisine, and in the blok there is restrictive traffic, so it is quite quiet.

The only thing I could mention that is a little less good than the rest is the dining room. Neat and clean, the breakfast content is standard for Turkey but the dining room is small and there is no breakfast terrace

Breakfast was solid, a few sweet things and a lots of salads.Not so many meat.Eggs, cereals and of course tea and coffee.The hygiene of the object is wonderfull, changing towels every day and cleaninig room every day.Also, despite the city location,good isolation ,not noisy at all,quiet hotel. Friendly staff,especially for breakfast, nice man and woman always bringing fresh watermellon and milk.HOtel is close to Urdu street and close to the MEtro station.Fine central air condition, very pleasant.

The view from the window, looking to another hotel and not be able to move the curtains all day because the other hotel across the street is very close.

Location is great - metro and tram stations are in 5 min walk. Rooms and hotel in general are clean and looks new. Breakfast is ok - standard Turkish breakfast, nothing special, no variety.

Balcony is a lie. There is no balcony in a common understanding, because it is literally 15 cm wide, so if you're smoking or just like to chill on it - not an option. There were 1-2 small torn holes on the sheet. It was clean, but just old. It was a bit noisy - sounds from the corridor and street are heard in the room very well.

Location is very close to the subway, in a walking distance to historical part of the city. Room is comfortable, large and comforable bed with good pillows. Good breafast with a view. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. A very nice stay.

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my parents and some family friends and at the end of the trip their review about the property is more than great . They were very pleased with the accommodation, the rooms were clean and cozy , the food was excellent , the location was also great . My father asked me to pay special thanks to the receptionist Serhat , because he was very kind and one of the finest receptionists he had ever met . They enjoyed Novel hotel very much !

The location and cleaning very good

Bad smell from the bathroom, from pipelines. The breakfast was poor and not so qualitative for this kind of 4 stars hotel.
