The keys were left in a lock box as reception is only open in the mornings. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with plenty of storage. Downstairs there is an excellent restaurant where we had dinner. The back entrance also leads directly up to the trail to the Castle.

Spacious apartment with large kitchen, bathroom, appliances. Would be ideal for a longer stay. Bedroom upstairs was comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast and dinner on site were both extraordinary, and it seems that many locals enjoy the restaurant with outdoor seating. Easy walking distance to river with beautiful weeping willows along restaurant strewn streets.

Superb location, less than 5 minutes walk to central pedestrian zone of Ljubljana. At the base of the walking path to the Ljubljana castle. Large apartment, can easily accommodate 4. Superb natural light and a cute view of the quiet residential street in front. Very helpful staff, shout out to Anya. Even though the AC unit is in the corridor, the bedroom and hall we're sufficiently cool. Can't be sure about peak summer though.

Nothing. Well, maybe they could absorb the cost of parking/breakfast in the apartment's price.

We loved this apartment!! Comfortable, clean, quiet, couldnt be in a better location… the restaurant is fantastic ( we tried to go elsewhere but it was soo good we ate three meals there !)…, we loved the private little deck off the apartment; the staff was fantastic; breakfast was great!…can you tell… ?, we loved it!!

Great location- 15 minute walk from the station, 2 minutes from the Dragon Bridge and city centre. Clean, very well equipped apartment. Sadly we were only staying one night and arrived late in the evening so were unable to make use of the excellent kitchen. When checking out we were allowed to leave our luggage and pick it up later on the way to the station. We were a little worried when we arrived as the restaurant downstairs was quite noisy, but by 11pm all was silent.

Big apartment, in a central zone, clean, good breakfast. Parking in front is a plus, but it costs 15 euro per day.

There was mold in the bathroom, by the window.

When I'd.moved on to Ljubianja I realised I'd left my Kindle in the room. So on the off chance I emailed the manager Ms.J VESELJEM and asked if it was found and if so would they please send it.to.my home address, nearly instantly she replied no problem they had it and would send it on at no cost. I cannot stress how great it was for them.to do this for me. The apartment and location were really special with spectacular views of Lake Bled just 50 metres away. Thankyou once again..

Location is great and the restaurant in the property is very cozy, good food and good prices. Convenient is the reception desk which operates until noontime everyday as the apartment is in an apart-house.

The place is obviously maintained by a company along with a few others situated in the same apart-house. Furniture is very basic, the cleanliness is questionable, not homy at all and even though it is situated on the first floor it gives you the feeling you are in a basement. There were ants in the kitchen and also it was quite smelly from the restaurant's kitchen.

great location, very comfortable bed, very clean and very lovely staff! can not fault in any way!

The location is perfect, in the central plaza and just a few minutes from the church. The building is very cozy and warming with the attention to detail.

Checkout at 11AM is too soon, but in our case they let us leave noon.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Ljubljana. It is a very modern apartment and we enjoyed our stay. Goid breakfast, lovely staff.

Very clean and fully equipped, it would be very nice to come here in summer and stay for a few days.

Everything was great, perfect location, big apartment, well equipped… we really liked it and will come back for sure.
