The location is excellent. Walking distance to everything. The host was most excellent, was quick to response to assist with any queries. The property was clean and had most of everything we needed for our stay.

The location of the apartment is very central. We can walked to most of the attractions in Palermo. The Host is very attentive & helpful. She responded to all of our enquires & requests promptly.

It can get a bit noisy in the evening as there are quite a lot of street entertainers performing till late at night.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location couldn't be better - right on the Quattro Conti. Walk out the door and you're in the middle of everything. But on the terrace, you can still enjoy an espresso or glass of wine. The host was an incredible communicator, always checking in to ensure all needs are met. Unit has everything you could want, and is clean and comfortable.

If one was sensitive to noise, they might be bothered by the music from the street, but we enjoyed it, and it was pretty quiet once the doors were closed. We also heard the neighbors a bit, which we didn't enjoy as much. But it wasn't too bad.

Beautiful flat in a great location, with a lovely terrace area. Great for exploring the historic area of Palermo. Very helpful host. Would recommend.

Very clean and spacious. Excellent location. Clear instructions and communication from the owner.

The apartment is very well equipped (the washing machine was very welcome after two weeks’ travelling and the air con is good) and the double bed is really comfortable (there were only two of us so we didn’t use the sofa bed). Water, milk and a bottle of wine were in the fridge to welcome us. We never met Tiziana but she kept in touch by WhatsApp and checked we had everything we needed. There is a big roof terrace where we ate our meals.

The double glazing is good enough to keep out most noise, but when we were there buskers with mikes sang in Quattro Canti, till 1.00 a.m. some nights, so light sleepers will need ear plugs as well.

We loved the location. Step out the door right onto Quattro Canti! The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved having our coffee on the terrace in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.

Simply a great apartment with a fabulous host. We felt so welcomed and were provided with everything we needed The location couldn't be any more central. It was just what we needed. The most thoughtfully designed, well-appointed palace we stayed at in all of Sicily.

My stay at the apartment was very enjoyable. Very conveniently located in a very lively part of Quattro Canti, close to great cafes and restaurants, the market and easy walking distance to many of the main cultural sites. The apartment itself is modern with all mod-cons such as a dishwasher, washing machine, full-size refrigerator, efficient air-con and fast wifi. I also really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, balcony and basic supplies. Host Tiziana was always available to answer any questions and gave excellent tips for local eateries and sites to visit.

In the heart of everything. Tizzana was wonderful and responsive. So perfect in the heart of everything. Could not fault location or accommodation or our host. Follow up messages to ensure satisfaction and to see if anything was required. Such a responsive and supportive host. A beautiful bottle of local wine to toast our arrival and sample Sicily at its best, very thoughtful. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely everything :) The apartment is gorgeous, right in the city center. Very cozy, with all amenities a traveler might need. The host was very nice and very helpful. Overall an exceptional experience.

Breakfast was not applicable because, both being coeliac, we managed our own glutenfree food. There was no view from our room but that did not bother us as the location was excellent, very central to all the action while being extremely quiet at night. The terrazzo was a bonus as the apartment was quite small. Tiziana, the owner was very helpful in making sure we arrived safely and she gave us lots of advice regarding where to eat and where to visit. Grazie mille Tiziana.

The apartment was spacious, well furnished and decorated and immaculate. It was extremely central and all the major sights were a short walk away. Despite being in the thick of things, it was quiet at night. The host was very helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay there again.

Everything was perfect!

The host was very helpful with setting up parking for us and emailing us maps, photos, and instructions for getting us going. She was also available and quick to respond to questions. The apartment was unique, comfortable, and well-stocked. The location was amazing. If you like the idea of being at the very heart of the old city center, then this place would be perfect. We were just a few meters from the center of Quattro Canti, with shops and restaurants all around us. The cathedral directly across the street is quite nice and is one of many impressive attractions within easy walking distance. We took advantage of this ideal location to explore everything we could manage by foot in three days. We found this apartment to be an ideal base and Palermo to be a lot of fun.

Don't even think about driving around in central Palermo.

The location simply can't be beat, in a small side street off of Quattro Canti and therefore within a short walking distance to everything Palermo has to offer from museums, to markets to restaurants. It is also a 7-minute walk from the Via Roma stop of the airport shuttle. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, with a well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed and two bathrooms (one on a mezzanine which also has the sofa bed). We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace - great for breakfast in the morning and aperitivo later in the day. The host is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

The location of the appartment is very central, the rooms are very pleasantly equipped, and the terrasse is large to have dinner outside. Tiziana, the owner of the appartment, is extremely nice and helpful. All in all: everything was perfect and we definitevely would come back once we are in Palermo again.
