The view, the amount of beds.

We had no end of problems with this rental. 1-beds were hard and lopsided. 2-the place felt grimy and gross, and looked it. 3-there were wet towels in the washer. I tried drying them 4 times and they still didn’t. 4-I tried to wash our clothes (not knowing it wouldn’t work or that the dryer had issues yet) and I am leaving with a garbage bag full of soaked clothes! 5-there were wasps inside when we arrived. They were in the upstairs rooms and one of the downstairs bedrooms and kitchen. We killed them, used painters tape to cover holes in the screens, and they still got in! 6-there were dead millapeads all along the walls where the bunk beds were. 7-Giant spiders! The size of nickels and quarters. They were downstairs where the kids were. On the floor and in the kids bunk beds. Needless to say, the kids wouldn’t sleep downstairs after that. 8- there was a mouse on the main floor that ran from one of the rooms into a locked closet. 9- they wouldn’t let us go lower then 70 degrees! And the house wasn’t prepared and was absolutely boiling for hours when we got there! When we opened windows to try and help, that’s when the wasps first came through the holes in the screens. 10- when I contacted customer service, they said to check the breaker box to make sure the thermostat wasn’t malfunctioning. I wasn’t going to do that in a home I’m not familiar with. Especially not with giant spiders around. 8-the A/C didn’t really work well and kept upstairs boiling. 9-they had a picture of a hot tub in the listing, clearly advertising it. When I asked if they had one, they said no. Then when we got there it was there like the pictures had shown. I asked if we could use it and they said no. False Advertising!
