Amazing location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the team in the attached restaurant - both morning and evening. They made you feel welcome.

Room has no air-con but a portable fan is provided.

The hotel has an amazing location!! We were a few minutes to everything. Our room was large and simple but clean. We even had an outdoor balcony that looked over the big church. We felt very comfortable.

- air conditioning would be nice. There was a couple fans in the room which helped. It was not very hot outside when we were there but the room still got warm in the room. - no mini fridge

I just like it.

Don't accept room in front due to noise. Don't accept courtyard room because of tobacco smoke. I would avoid staying in very warm weather, or even normal summer weather, because leaving a window open does not cool the room even when the outside temperature are not warm. These buildings are simply hot when you want cool. I did not ask for a fan, but they should have one for each room.

Whilst our room was a good size our friends room was very small

In old town and 10 minutes walk from train and bus station. Room had a kettle in it. They changed our room to a quieter one at the back although the receptionist was a bit grumpy about this. Breakfast (16:50 euros) was OK.

You can hear the cathedral chime every 15 minutes at the front.

The location was great and the staff was very inviting. The lobby is nicely renovated and the room was very clean.

There was no division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom which made the entire bathroom floor wet after the shower. This was especially inconvenient in our 4 person room.

The location was 100% amazing. friendly Staff Great RestoBar to chill out Easy to find, and in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and bars. Good views and easy to find your way to where you wanna go.

Had booked one room, it was really nice at first glance, but first night was freezing cold in it, second day they had to move me to another room because the bathroom was leaking into the lobby, the new room had heating yeiiii, it had the same standards as my previous one, except I lost a bathtub for a shower. Would have loved some breakfast vouchers or some kind of mild compensation to use in the facilities just for the inconvenience of the first day and for having to pack and move to another room, but nothing. Still, had an amazing experience and the Hotel is worth it

the room wasn’t overly clean. there was at least one splatter of what looked like blood on the curtain, another blob of what was possible nail varnish on them too and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.

We stayed in a room on the first floor and the noise from the street was extremely bad from 1am till 4am. I live in Amsterdam and don’t mind city noises, but this was on another level. It spoiled the stay.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Nice large room. Our only disappointment was the smell coming from the bathroom, as it sometimes smelled like sewer gas. The location is outstanding. We walked from Haarlem central, and then was easily able to tour the sites and restaurants in the area. Beds were very soft. Bunk beds excellent for the children.

The location was perfect. Right in the centre and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Nearby musea and the shopping area.

Our room was right near the streets. The music from the bar beneath or room was super noisy till 1 am which wasn’t so pleasant. Also, by arrival our room was super cold! We couldn’t find the thermostat and when we told this at the reception the next morning (we were very tired from our travels so we decided to tell them next morning) they laughed at us. This is the main reason our stay wasn’t as lovely as we had hoped it to be. Finally the breakfast was fine, but they served only black coffee. No cappuccino. We had to buy these extra. We won’t be coming back to this hotel.
